河南第三产业结构变动情况表明,第三产业的发展不足在于房地产与金融业的发展不足.房地产与金融业两者是相辅相成的关系,推动房地产金融创新,扩大融资渠道,这既有利于房地产业的持续健康发展,也有利于银行降低经营风险、提高优良贷款,更有利于河南第三产业的快速发展.     

大力发展第三领域经济－－解决我国富余劳动力问题的建设性途径

第三领域经济作为一种新的发展空间和新的经济体制可以有效地解决富余劳动力问题。本分析了我国发展第三领域经济的现实条件，包括经济全球化的趋势、政府职能的转变和社会公共事业的亟待发展、市场经济的不完善、以人为本的社区环境的回归、民主意识的提高、人的全面发展和社会走向明与和谐的需要等。在此基础上提出了大力发展第三领域经济的几种措施。     

“Wearing a mask” vs. connecting identity with learning

Contemporary insights regarding identity emphasize its situated, negotiated nature (i.e., identity is shaped by – and shapes in response – the contexts in which it is formed;  and ) Recent work also suggests that this identity/context intersection holds powerful implications regarding engagement in learning (Brophy, 2008). This pair of qualitative studies drew from contemporary models connecting learning with identity (Study 1: cultural modeling, Lee, 2007 and third-space/hybrid-identities, Gutiérrez, 2008; Study 2: Kids’ business inquiry projects, Fairbanks, 2000) to explore the nature and impact of such connections among disaffected ninth-grade English students at a high-needs school. Results demonstrate evidence of: (1) a significant connection between identity and learning; (2) students’ negotiation of engaged patterns of participation; (3) the relevance of student voice to this process; and (4) the impact of connections between identity and learning on students’ participation in, and affective response to, learning.

抗战时期,鉴于托派言行对中共活动的危害,中共在第三届广西学生军中秘密组织和领导学生对托派分子的破坏活动进行反击,并采取讨论、歌咏、开会等措施孤立和驱逐托派分子,同时利用新桂系的"反托"活动来打击托派分子。这种斗争尽管有扩大化倾向,但纯洁了队伍,发现和培养了一批积极分子,有利于中共在学生军中的发展,扩大了中共在学生中的影响,对中共控制学生军的领导权起到了很大的作用。     

The rocky terrain between delocalized and localized,duplication and originality: learning to write and learning to teach academic English

In recent years, a discourse is emerging in education that emphasises the study of the impact of in-service teacher education on student outcomes (more often than not student outcomes are seen in the form of test scores of academic achievement). Implicit in this discourse is the view that the impact of in-service teacher education is directly observable on students' outcomes, suggesting that the variables in a school or classroom are connected in some kind of a causal link. However, it is problematic to view variables in a social setting such as a school or a classroom as being in causal relationships because social settings are complex so that it is not possible to control the variables or the outcomes. Hence, one cannot convincingly study the outcomes without also studying the process and its complexity. In this article, I describe an action research study undertaken to study the impact in the classroom, of new teaching strategies introduced as part of an in-service teacher education programme in Karachi, Pakistan. By describing this study I mean to suggest that action research is an appropriate methodology to study the impact of in-service teacher education.     

Triumph in Defeat: The Genre of Third Party Presidential Concessions

I argue through analysis of the genre of concession speeches that third party presidential candidates have rhetorical norms of their own that address their unique challenges as political outsiders. I contend that their concessions are a variant of the concession genre warranted by the recurring situational barriers and overall purposes for minor party presidential campaigns. In developing this argument, I describe the function and form of traditional concessions, offer an alternative theory based on the analysis of over 30 such statements by various third party nominees from 1948 to 2008, and then provide three case studies demonstrating the genre.
