微课在性医学教学中的应用初探

目的:探讨微课在性医学教学中的效果。方法:随机选取2个班级,其中一个169人采用传统教学方法,另一个166人采取微课教学方案,比较两组学生成绩,了解学生对知识的掌握程度。结果:传统组学生成绩优良率为47.93%,微课组学生成绩优良率为63.25%,两组比较P0.01。结论:微课件教学方法可以加强学生接收、掌握、转化知识的能力,适合在性医学教学中推广应用。     

西藏高职院校辅导员队伍现状及问题分析

问卷调查、个别访谈和文献研究显示,西藏高职院校辅导员队伍建设处于起步阶段,辅导员的职业意识、职业素质、专业技能、工作效能均存在较大问题,有待提高。     

Struggling with Science and Status: Physiotherapy – Including Radiology and Cancer Treatment – and Physical Education at the State University in Ghent,Belgium, 1906–1936

The establishment of new academic specialties is an intriguing research topic from a social history of science perspective. In this article we focus on the ‘scientific migration’ within the Higher Institute of Physical Education (HIPE) and the Faculty of Medicine at the State University in Ghent, Belgium. The HIPE was ‘attached’ to the Faculty of Medicine in 1908, a world first that led to an interesting triangular relationship between physical education, physiotherapy, and medicine. The physiatrists (physicians-physiotherapists) who were appointed at the HIPE had to struggle with inferior status with respect to their colleagues within the Faculty of Medicine itself. Territorial power struggles arose on several levels. In 1936, after the first generation of physicians-physiotherapists had retired, physiotherapy was integrated fully into the Faculty of Medicine, and radiology and cancer treatment – which had been considered subsectors of physiotherapy – became autonomous specialties. Physical education, however, retained its inferior academic status.     

谈文化视域下中西方身体观的差异

文章在中西文化比较视角下,窥测两种完全不同的身体观,并阐释身体观差异的形成原因。文章运用对比法、文献资料法,以中、西医学,武技、搏击为例,阐述中西方身体观的差异。研究结论认为：中、西医学,东、西方武技中存在迥异,诠释出了两种完全不同的身体观,他们在文化价值观、审美观、体验观三方面存在较大差异。而影响中西身体文化观差异的根本因素是,中西生态文明方式与哲学理念的不同。同时,中西身体文化观在现代化与文化多元化的语境下,正呈现趋同与融合的发展走势。     

成境为心——藏传佛教心性说与审美心理探索

藏传佛教萨迦派密教命题"成境为心",不仅是一个佛教命题,也是一个与我国古典美学思想有亲密关系的命题。它源于唯识宗,本质上是一种人心内证的修持过程,旨在强调"境"的生成是由于"心",万物皆存于"心",除"心"之外再无实有外境,人应修一颗明空双运的心以达到生死涅槃的无别之见。探索一条从藏传佛教心性学说到审美心理理论的思想道路,既有其优势,也有其不可避免的缺陷。它反映了一种以主体为本源、夸大了主体作用、完全忽略了客体作用的审美心理。这种审美心理在美学理论研究中具有非常重要的地位。     

草地藏系绵羊mtDNA D-Loop区多态性分析

研究了草地藏系绵羊mtDNA D-Loop区多态性,获得了草地藏系绵羊mtDNA D-Loop区全长序列信息,这一区段的DNA长度为1179～1183 bp(A型)和1106 bp(B型),其长度存在明显差异,这主要是由于该区内串联重复序列数目的不同造成的,因此草地藏系绵羊可分为A型(3个重复)和B型(4个重复)两种类型。     

Medical library services in Switzerland: catching up with EBM

The feature is a part of the series about medical library services in various countries. It gives an overview of medical library services to support research, education and clinical practice in Switzerland. Data were collected by means of an online survey and set in the wider context of the Swiss healthcare system. Key findings are that library services, including support by academic librarians, are provided to health care staff in hospitals – both university and others, while there is no information service infrastructure to serve the large number of GPs and specialists who mostly run their own practice. The authors recommend that – if the health authorities take EBM seriously – information services should be introduced for these small practices. J.M.
