面向话题衍生性的微博网络舆情传播模型研究

微博网络中信息的"裂变式"传播模式对已有舆情传播模型提出挑战。为有效地揭示出微博用户关注关系所形成的复杂网络中舆情传播演化的机理,以有向无标度网络为载体提出舆情传播的SIRS模型,该模型综合考虑微博的传播特性以及舆情话题的衍生性等因素,并对模型进行仿真分析,其结果可以验证模型的有效性。     

Evaluation fidelity: An examination of criterion‐based assessment and rater training in the speech communication classroom

The purpose of this study was to further investigate the effectiveness of speech evaluation procedures and measures. Specifically, this study examines the relationship between rater training and evaluation fidelity— a concept which focuses on the shared understanding of meaning between speech raters and students in terms of what is expected and what is performed. To do so, two studies were conducted. Study one hypothesized that evaluation fidelity would be associated with rater training such that inter‐rater (instructor‐instructor) reliability would be higher after training. The findings suggest that participants in Study one increased their evaluation fidelity in terms of total scores. The variance and frequency reports confirmed that the range of scores decreased (higher evaluation fidelity) after training. Study two hypothesized that instructors who provided their students with training in using the “Criteria for Evaluating Speeches” form would achieve higher evaluation fidelity than those instructors who do not. Results support this hypothesis and reveal higher evaluation fidelity between instructors and students in the group where students received a copy and explanation of the criterion‐based assessment tool.     

The Effects of Attachment Styles and Efficacy of Communication on Avoidance Following a Relational Partner's Deception

This investigation examined the effects of attachment styles and efficacy of communication on avoidance following a relational partner's deceptive communication. Efficacy of communication was explored as a mediating variable. Students (n = 123) who reported being deceived by their relational partner were recruited for the study. The data revealed that, compared to individuals with other attachment styles, those with a high anxious/ambivalent attachment tendency were more likely to avoid discussing the deception with their partner. In addition, efficacy of communication was negatively associated with avoidance. The results further revealed, however, that efficacy of communication mediated the link between attachment and avoidance. More specifically, highly anxious/ambivalent individuals were more likely to perceive relatively low efficacy of communication, and such perception, in turn, influenced their avoidance. Findings of the study provide an explanation for the association between attachment and avoidance.     

Links between Conflict Management Research and Practice

This paper explicates the implications of my research on conflict management for self improvement and for practitioners who work to improve the conflict management of others. I also note how my experiences with practitioners have informed my research.

风险投资公司的风险规避行为初探

对于每一个风险投资公司而言,风险规避问题是他们必然面对而又有本能的规避倾向的。本文在阅读了大量文献的基础上,对这种规避行为进行了深入的研究,发现此种行为的根本动因是对丧失信誉的恐惧。因此得出了风险投资公司的风险规避行为实质上是围绕着公司如何保持自己的信誉展开的结论。并在此基础上从不同角度对其风险规避行为作了探讨。可以说,在某种意义上,本文对我们国家的风险投资公司的运作有借鉴价值。     

“借题目写性情”——《儿女英雄传》主题新探

《儿女英雄传》的主题一向以“宣扬封建忠孝节义”著称，本文从作者本身的创作意图、作品人物形象的塑造、作品情节结构的设置等几个方面详加考察，否定了这一传统观点，提出了“借题目写性情”的新主题观，肯定了作品的时代进步性。     

国内外主题图应用研究述评

本文对国内外主题图发展概况进行简要回顾,侧重介绍国内外主题图应用研究的相关成果,包括叙词表改进与知识库建构、知识组织与检索、知识建构、网络门户导航与知识导航、语义网应用和学科管理几个方面。指出国内在该领域研究中存在的问题,如尚未形成系统性、规模化研究,研究方法手段比较单一,主题图应用范围领域应进一步扩大等,在此基础上提出今后国内主题图研究的可能走向。

Methods

Usage statistics of each e-book title in the resource were carefully analyzed. Purchase decisions were made based on the assessment of usage.

Results

Sustainable resources were acquired from other vendors, with perpetual access for library users.

Conclusion

This systematic process of finding alternative resources is an example of librarians'' persistence in acquiring perpetual electronic resources when a major resource is cancelled.
