The importance of proximal-to-distal sequencing in human performance throwing has been reported previously. However, a comprehensive comparison of the proximal-to-distal sequence in team-handball throwing in athletes with different training experience and competition is lacking. Therefore, the aim of the study was to compare the ball velocity and proximal-to-distal sequence in the team-handball standing throw with run-up of players of different skill (less experienced, experienced, and elite). Twenty-four male team-handball players (n = 8 for each group) performed five standing throws with run-up with maximal ball velocity and accuracy. Kinematics and ball trajectories were recorded with a Vicon motion capture system and joint movements were calculated. A specific proximal-to-distal sequence, where elbow flexion occurred before shoulder internal rotation, was found in all three groups. These results are in line with previous studies in team-handball. Furthermore, the results of the present study suggest that in the team-handball standing throw with run-up, increased playing experience is associated with an increase in ball velocity as well as a delayed start to trunk flexion.  相似文献

This paper studies how introducing free school track choice in Germany’s between-school tracking system through a repeal of binding track recommendations affects track decisions by socio-economic status (SES). While highest track enrollment increases for previously ineligible high-SES students relative to comparable low-SES students, the SES gap does not increase. This is because previously eligible low-SES student become more likely to enroll in the highest track. A key mechanism for this response appears to be lower preferences for the intermediate track due to concerns about the inflow of mostly low-achieving and low-SES students from the lowest track after the repeal.  相似文献

拐点是数字图像中的一个重要信息载体,本文针对具有类直线边界的图像提出一种新的拐点检测算法。该算法并非通过在连续空间内选择支撑区域计算每个点的特征值来选择角点,而是在针对特定图形特征,首先通过Freeman链码提取图像边缘;然后通过图像支撑点和连接点的概念过滤掉一些明显不为拐点的像素;最后用直线逐段来代替图像边缘曲线,而替代直线的端点则构成了图像的拐点。  相似文献

本文提出基于积分卡尔曼滤波的无线视觉传感器网络的分布式目标跟踪算法,用于从多个监控数码相机中汇总跟踪结果,然后通过中央处理器处理数据,返回到各个数码相机中,从而优化目标跟踪。无线视觉传感器网络是一个重叠视觉领域里的一个多监控摄相机网络,重叠视觉领域里有同样的目标经过,通过交换它们当地的目标位置和速率的估计值,在估计的过程中,每个加入的摄相机通过一致性算法汇总收到的状态。仿真结果表明,多个数码相机对目标预测的真实状态值要比单个数码相机预测值更精确。  相似文献

Abstract

Ubiquitous (pervasive) computing is a term for a synergetic use of sensing, communication and computing. Pervasive use of computing has seen a rapid increase in the current decade. This development has propagated in applied sport science and everyday life.

The work presents a survey of recent developments in sport and leisure with emphasis on technology and computational techniques. A detailed analysis on new technological developments is performed. Sensors for position and motion detection, and such for equipment and physiological monitoring are discussed. Aspects of novel trends in communication technologies and data processing are outlined.

Computational advancements have started a new trend – development of smart and intelligent systems for a wide range of applications – from model-based posture recognition to context awareness algorithms for nutrition monitoring. Examples particular to coaching and training are discussed. Selected tools for monitoring rules' compliance and automatic decision-making are outlined. Finally, applications in leisure and entertainment are presented, from systems supporting physical activity to systems providing motivation.

It is concluded that the emphasis in future will shift from technologies to intelligent systems that allow for enhanced social interaction as efforts need to be made to improve user-friendliness and standardisation of measurement and transmission protocols.  相似文献
