天津市微小企业主的知识素质开发

微小企业主在管理活动中的职能具有极大的综合性,其必须具备一定的基础文化知识,还要懂得生产操作,善于设计和开发,而且要具备多方面的管理能力。对天津市微小企业主知识素质现状的调查表明,企业主的基础文化程度普遍偏低,管理知识匮乏,大部人没有参加过相关培训。鉴于此,建议:引导企业主树立正确的自我定位,激发其企业家精神;引导企业主形成注重自身知识素质的意识;积极组织开展对微小企业主的教育与培训。     

对数学课堂教学中创新思维培养的探讨

针对当前教学评价中存在的一些问题，笔提出了在大学的数学教学中实施数学素质教育和创新能力培养相结合的实践途径，即教师科学地将专业研究成果、教材教学经验和实际应用案例等多方面知识贯穿于教学途径。     

The Development of Social Media and its Impact on the Intercultural Exchange of the Olympic Movement, 2004–2012

Abstract

The development of social media, in the form of Internet and mobile platforms, has rapidly flourished in the early twenty-first century. The changes in broadcasting forms of the first three Olympic Games of the twenty-first century, Athens 2004, Beijing 2008 and London 2012, have corresponded and reflected the speedy expansion of this social media. This phenomenon invites not only attention to the historical transformation of the roles of media for the Olympic Games but also reflection on the concept of culture and intercultural exchange based on this phenomenon. This paper studies the relationships between social media, cultural exchange and the Olympic Games in the context of globalization. It argues that the characteristics of social media as ‘participation; openness; conversation; communities; connectedness’ will meet up with the goal of the Olympic Movement and aid the realization of the Olympic Ideal.

本文从分析建立动态知识团队的必要性和知识员工的特点入手，对如何管理好动态知识团队提出了新的观点；需要改变传统的绩效考核与激励办法，强调对知识员工进行兑现承诺的激励和对其价值观进行报偿；认为只有那些能够与员工达成心理契约的管理者才能成为真正的团队领袖。

知识服务是二十一世纪图书馆所面临的一个新课题。基于知识服务的涵义，它区别于一般的信息服务，是对信息资源的深层次开发和利用。图书馆知识服务具有服务手段自动化、能产生知识增值、能解决用户需求的特点。它通过知识的挖掘、知识的组织来为自身的发展创造条件。为顺应社会发展的迫切需要，对搭建图书馆知识服务平台提出了建设性的构想，其重点是树立正确的服务观念、创建由信息转化为知识的机制和提高馆员素质等方面。     

文化传递与直译

翻译离不开文化的传递，翻译的主要任务是在的文(target text)中再现原文(source text)的思想内容，促进文化交流。文章从分析东西方文化意义完全不同的两组对应词“龙”和“dragon”与“东风”和“west wind”入手，阐明了翻译中的直译是值得推崇的文化传递途径，其能保留原语文化，使读者感到新鲜生动；能丰富译语文化，扩大读者的知识视野：能促进文化交流，丰富和提高民族文化。

介绍了短信息服务在知识查询中的应用及系统总体的结构,应用自然语言理解技术对查询问句进行分析,通过运用概念网模型组织知识降低对查询语句理解的难度.对短信息处理流程及查询问句的分析进行了详细的介绍.     

Visual body pedagogies: how anti-oppressive education informs the teaching and learning of sporting bodies

In this article, the authors borrow from anti-oppressive education theory for its potential to disrupt how students visually conceive sporting bodies and to problematize the teaching and learning of these bodies within undergraduate physical education (PE) programs. Fourteen photo stories produced by students enrolled in PE programs at two universities were analysed using a semiotic approach to excavate the emergent themes of sporting bodies from the narratives. Relying on Kumashiro's anti-oppressive educational theoretical framework, the authors found that most of stories reified discursive practices that (re)produce gender oppression in sport. Despite these findings, the authors also discovered anti-oppressive pedagogies are useful for teaching against the body oppressions conveyed in the photo stories. How anti-oppressive education informs other areas of PE should be examined in the future.
