低龄小儿先心病术后呼吸系统监护15例体会

[目的]确保低龄小儿先心病术后最高的成功率 [方法]用纽邦E 200型呼吸机监护、小儿气管内插管、小儿吸痰管的应用,对15例低龄小儿先心病术后呼吸系统监护管理的方法及护理 [结果]根据各低龄小儿的情况,设定呼吸机初始参数,并根据临床血气分析进行必要的调整,15例低龄小儿先心病患儿均治愈、护理出院 [结论]根据低龄小儿先心病术后采取针对性的护理,是确保低龄小儿先心病术后成功率的关键

科学形体训练与畸形矫正方法的研究

章以山西妇女培训中心,青少年形体矫正培训班３４名女生为研究对象,提出了中小学生畸形矫正锻炼内容和方法,实践证明,把有氧练习、肌肉练习和柔韧有机科学地结合起来不仅可以使畸形得以矫正,使人恢复健康,体形健美,同时对增强学生体质,促进身心健康,促进身心全面发展,具有重要意义,为终身健康打下良好基础。     

Thyroid disorders in women of Puducherry

Thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), Free Thyroxine (FT₄) and Free Triiodothyronine (FT₃) were assayed in 505 women of this region. 60 women had previous history of thyroid disease. The remaining 445 women formed the “Disease free group”. A “Reference group” was obtained by excluding women with previous and present history of thyroid dysfunction. Of the total 505 women examined 15.8% had thyroid dysfunction and 84.2% were euthyroid. 11.5% were hypothyroid (9.5% sub-clinical) and 1.8% hyperthyroid (1.2% clinical). The geometric mean TSH for the total population was 2.65 μIU/ml. It was significantly (p=0.025) lower in the reference population 2.17 μIU/ml. There was no significant difference in the FT₃ and FT₄ values between groups. 19% of women over 60 years had elevated TSH above 4.5 μIU/ml. The 2.5 and 97.5 percentiles of the reference population was 1.1–5.2 μIU/ml. 6.1% of women in the reference group had TSH levels above the reference intervals. Hypothyroidism particularly sub-clinical hypothyroidism is predominantly present amongst women in this iodine sufficient region. Evaluation of thyroid status could help in early detection and treatment.

Experimental investigation on the effects of process parameters of GMAW and transient thermal analysis of AISI321 steel

Gas metal arc welding （GMAW） develops an arc by controlling the metal from the wire rod and the input pro- cess parameters. The deposited metal forms a weld bead and the mechanical properties depend upon the quality of the weld bead. Proper control of the process parameters which affect the bead geometry, the microstructures of the weldments and the mechanical properties like hardness, is necessary. This experimental study aims at developing mathematical models for bead height （HB）, bead width （WB） and bead penetration （PB） and investigating the effects of four process parameters viz： welding voltage, welding speed, wire feed rate and gas flow rate on bead geometry, hardness and microstructure of AISI321 steel with 10 mm thickness. The transient thermal analysis shows temperature and residual stress distributions at different conduction and convection conditions.     

经手术切除甲状腺和嗅球的大鼠有可能成为一种难治性抑郁症的实验动物模型

目的：探讨建立伴有甲状腺功能低下的难治性抑郁症实验动物模型的可行性。方法：将30只雄性SD大鼠随机分成3组,每组10只：模型组、假手术组、正常对照组。模型组大鼠首先接受甲状腺切除术,7天后再次接受双侧嗅球切除术;对假手术组大鼠除了不切除甲状腺与双侧嗅球以外,其余操作均与模型组的完全相同;对正常对照组大鼠则不进行任何处理。在最终手术后的第2周,采用旷场试验、强迫游泳试验与Morris水迷宫测试各组大鼠的行为变化。结果：与正常对照组或假手术组大鼠相比较,模型组大鼠长生相对停滞、体重明显减轻,并出现焦虑样和抑郁样行为,空间学习记忆能力明显下降。模型组大鼠的这些指标与正常对照组或假手术组大鼠的差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）,但正常对照组与假手术组之间的差异则无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：本研究全程应用两种外科手术建立的大鼠模型在原因与行为变化方面,可较好地模拟出伴有甲状腺功能低下的难治性抑郁症的临床特征,故其可能有潜力成为这类难治性抑郁症激越亚型的一种实验动物模型,也为后续开展联合药物治疗与揭示相关药理学机制的研究打下了一个平台。

研究推广的带启动时间的多级适应性休假Mx/G/1排队系统模型。在队长瞬态分布的基础上,用LS变换的终值定理和洛比达法则得到了队长平稳分布的概率母函数。并把这个结论推广到更一般的模型。     

先天性心脏病患儿的整体护理

研究目的：关于先天性心脏病患儿的整体护理。研究方法：对先天性心脏病患儿的药物护理、心理关怀、外科手术及家庭健康指导。研究原因：现如今许多的先天性心脏病患儿没有得到更好更有效的护理,影响着先天性心脏病患儿的患后健康,对先天性心脏病患儿的自身成长不利。研究结果：得到先天性心脏病患儿的整体护理的情况。
