幼儿科学教育的三个关键

新的科学教育理念强调,幼儿科学教育重在"做科学"的过程,而非仅仅是对幼儿进行科学知识的灌输。适宜发展方案(DAP)、5E教学模式、提问策略是幼儿科学教育的三个关键。从理论上对这三个关键进行相关论述,并结合案例对其进行了具体分析,以期能够帮助幼儿教师为"做科学"创造一个更为丰富的环境。     

5,7-二氯-8-羟基喹啉固-液萃取法分离铈和铽的研究

以切片石蜡(PC)为稀释剂,5,7-二氯-8-羟基喹啉(HQ)为萃取剂,研究了铈(Ce4 )和铽(Tb3 )的固-液萃取性能.探讨了PC用量、酸度、HQ浓度对萃取分离的影响,斜率比法确定了PC中萃合物组成.     

Spot-5遥感数据在北方农牧交错带景观结构特征研究中的应用

受尺度的限制,空间分辨率较低的遥感影像很难对特定村落景观进行分析,而高分辨率影像可以更好的反映地类空间信息、地物的尺寸、形状等特征,该文利用高分辨率的SPOT-5影像,以河北省沽源县为例,分析了北方农牧交错带不同地貌部位的村级景观单元在景观结构上的不同特征.位于农牧交错带的沽源县,由于其高亢的地势与农牧交错的特殊人类活动方式,使其形成了显著区别于华北农区而又不同于内蒙牧区的特殊的农田与牧场犬牙交错的地表基本景观结构.论文归纳出牧业占优势的南部山地牧林农景观、以农为主的中部丘陵平原农牧过渡景观、农业占优势的西部波状高原农牧景观、牧业占优势的北部河漫滩冲积平原牧农景观4个景观结构类型,对其不同的景观结构特征进行了描述.     

疫情期5G云课堂混合教学模式在外科教学中的运用

2019年12月新冠肺炎疫情暴发以来,各级政府制定限制人群聚集,减少人口流动等措施来阻止疫情扩散.在这种大背景下,学生的学业受到影响.考虑到今后亦有可能存在疫情影响开学的可能性,如能利用先进的5G通信网络,制定符合智慧云课堂要求的高素质教材、教案、软硬件构架及实施细则的预案,则可组织开展多种形式的临床知识讲课和远程外科...     

杭州短时强降水特征分析及预报研究

利用杭州市近20年的1h雨量资料,分析了杭州短时强降水的发生规律,包括短时强降水的极值分布、年发生次数、月际分布、时段分布等气候特征。短时强降水雨量极值大多出现在台汛期间。杭州市短时强降水年发生次数的多年平均值为9.6次。杭州发生短时强降水的高峰期为7～8月。短时强降水容易发生在凌晨及午后两个时段。产生短时强降水的天气系统有:梅雨锋、西风带低槽、热带气旋、副高边缘西风急流、局地强对流系统等。本研究通过MM5模式产品得到各大气对流参数场及单点探空曲线,为预报短时强降水提供了新的思路。通过个例分析发现,在强对流天气发生前,各个大气对流参数场中心与短时强降水中心对应较好,杭州探空曲线反映了大气层结不稳定,有利于强对流天气发生。但是预报仅停留在定性和人工分析阶段,做出客观定量预报,并确定短时强降水的落区还有待进一步研究。     

五年制体育教育专业学生小学体育教学能力的培养

为适应新课标九年制义务教育体育课程标准,结合五年制体育教育专业学生特点,为切实加强五年制体育学生的教学能力培养,从小学生的生理和心理特点出发,培养五年制体育学生的各项教学能力.     

Acquisition of inductive biconditional reasoning skills: Training of simultaneous and sequential processing

One hundred forty-four 10th-grade students received training on one of three processing methods: coding-mapping (simultaneous), coding only, or decision tree (sequential). Then they learned a biconditional rule under one of eight transfer test conditions based on a 2 (paradigm: rule vs complete learning) × 2 (memory aids: 0 vs 4) × 2 (focus instance: presence vs absence) design. Although the coding-mapping students processed concept instances in much the same way as the coding-only students, they acquired the target rule more frequently, and they processed instances more quickly and more consistently than the decision-tree students. The observed ordinality of the responses of four truth-table classes was found to be more consistent with the simultaneity than with the sequentiality hypothesis. As expected, training interacted with paradigm and also with memory aids and focus instance. The induced simultaneous processing strategy apparently works optimally under rule learning, while the sequential strategy is difficult to induce and/or not optimal for rule-learning operations.     

Women as androgynous managers : A conceptualization of the potential for American women in international management

Women in international management, where are they? While many female managers appear to have the qualities necessary for international management, they have been implicitly and explicitly excluded from overseas assignments.This paper will begin by describing some of the dimensions on which the international business environment is different from the domestic United States environment. Research on the attitudinal and behavioral skills found to be associated with success in the international environment will be presented. It will be suggested that this list of international management skills goes beyond those characteristics generally associated with either the male or the female role in North America. The Model of the Androgynous International Manager will be introduced as a way of conceptualizing an appropriate orientation for the role of the international manager. The need for future research is delineated.The scope of the discussion is limited to the role of American 1 women working in multinational business settings around the world.     

Rapid processing of base and derived forms of words and grades 4, 5 and 6 children's spelling

This paper emphasizes the productive aspect of morphological processingand the effect on spelling proficiency in 226 grades 4, 5 and 6 children. Two convergent studies using reaction time measures aimed at exploring ten- to twelve-year old spellers' sensitivity to, and knowledge of, derivational morphology with lexical items varying in orthographic and phonological transparency and opacity. There is some evidence, from the accurate and rapid vocal production of base forms or derived forms of source words in sentential contexts, that the depth of segmentation to base morphology and the converse process of derived morphology of words, plays a role in spelling performance of these children. There are complex orthographic, phonological and semantic factors affecting morphological processing.
