Fe(Ⅲ)-H2O2-甲基紫体系催化褪色光度法测定痕量铁(Ⅲ)

研究了Fe(Ⅲ)在酸性介质中催化双氧水甲基紫体系的氧化褪色反应,提出一种测定痕量Fe(Ⅲ)的新方法,体系的最大吸收波长为566nm,Fe(Ⅲ)含量在4～12μg*ml-1符合朗伯-比耳定律,回归方程为ΔA=0.00775C+0.05,相关系数γ=0.9930,最低检出限为2.75×10-7g*ml-1,相对标准偏差为1.83%,结果令人满意.     

协商民主:未来中国基层民主发展的创新之路

协商民主,是20世纪90年代以来西方兴起的一种民主理论。在有中国特色的社会主义民主蓬勃发展过程中,民主形式在基层得到不断创新,也呈现出协商民主妁若干重要特征和发展趋势。本文主要是在明确中西方学界对协商民主含义解释的基础上,探讨中国基层民主发展中出现的协商民主,分析其在中国基层民主发展过程中的可行性,并指出协商民主的进一步推进需要构建治理型政策网络。     

Performance of Montessori and traditionally schooled nursery children on tasks of seriation, classification, and conservation

It was hypothesized that the Montessori curriculum accelerates the acquisition of a number of concrete operational skills. To test this, eighty 4-year-old children were given three Piagetian problems—seriation, classification, and conservation. Half of the subjects were from Montessori schools, and the other half were from more traditional nursery settings. Within each type of school, half of the children were first year and the other half were second year enrollees. Results showed that significantly more Montessori than traditional children seriated and classified objects like concrete thinkers but that there were no differences on the conservation problem. Year of enrollment did not influence performance on any of the tasks. It was concluded that the hypothesis was confirmed and that the failure to find acceleration of conservation performance was due to its advanced nature relative to the other problems and/or the tangential manner in which Montessori exercises deal with the critical concepts that underly it.

一项运动从推广到走向竞技场是一段艰苦复杂的历程,然而太极推手在经过二十多年后竟然退出了竞技场,这其中肯定有一些主客观原因。本研究在文献分析、问卷调查以及录体外受精资料分析等基础上对竞技太极推手的竞赛规则、技术动作、训练保障等方面展开了分析与讨论,研究发现这些方面都有待于完善提高。     

Academic spin-off’s transfer speed—Analyzing the time from leaving university to venture

For academic spin-offs I analyze the length of the time period between the founder’s leaving of academia and the establishment of her firm. A duration analysis reveals that a longer time-lag is caused by the necessity of assembling complementary skills, either by acquisition by a single founder or by searching for suitable team members. Furthermore, new ventures are established faster if there has been high-level technology transfer, if the founders have access to university infrastructure, or if they receive informal support by former colleagues.     

高校毕业生基层就业的障碍及对策研究

随着我国高等教育由“精英教育”迅速转变成为“大众教育”,大学毕业生人数逐年增长,致使大学生就业问题日益突出。积极拓宽就业渠道,把广大基层作为大学生就业的主要方向,是大学毕业生就业工作的重点。高校毕业生前往基层就业还受到就业观念、就业条件以及高校专业设置等因素的影响,因此高校、政府、基层以及毕业生四个方面都要积极转变,推动高校毕业生的基层就业。

Aggregate unemployment decreases individual returns to education

Aggregate unemployment may affect individual returns to education through qualification-specific responses in participation and wage bargaining. This paper shows that an increase in regional unemployment by 1% decreases returns to education by 0.005 percentage points. This implies that higher skilled employees are better sheltered from labour market changes with respect to their jobs but they encounter larger wage changes than less skilled employees. We use representative individual data and panel variation in unemployment between German regions and employee groups. We demonstrate that our results are robust with respect to aggregation bias, time lags and potential endogeneity of the unemployment variable.     

Education–occupation mismatch: Is there an income penalty?

This paper adds to the sparse literature on the consequences of education–occupation mismatches. It examines the income penalty for field of education–occupation mismatches for men and women with higher education degrees in Sweden and reveals that the penalty for such mismatches is large for both men and women. For mismatched men the income penalty is about twice as large as that found for US men, whereas for women the penalty is of about the same size as for US women. Controlling for cognitive ability further establishes that the income penalty is not caused by a sorting by ability, at least for Swedish men. The income penalty for men decreases with work experience, which is an indication that education-specific skills and work experience are substitutes to some extent.
