为了解决软件众包任务定价决策阶段可用信息有限的问题,提出一种基于层次注意力模型的软件众包定价方法。利用层次注意力模型提取软件众包任务需求文本语义特征,可以在需求文本中自动发掘与任务价格相关的有效信息。此外,将文本划分成词和句两个层次对全文进行有重点的表示,可以更好地表示文本特征。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效克服生产环境的局限性,降低特征提取难度,并在一定程度上提高了预测性能。

基于注意力资源分配机制的网络危机舆情演变研究

分析了网络舆情演变过程中的受众注意力资源的分配机制,提出了网络危机舆情势能等相关概念,通过NetLogo平台进行多主体建模,模拟了危机事件爆发后危机话题和注意力资源的变动过程,探讨了受众注意力资源分配机制对网络危机舆情演变的影响,并通过改变模型中相关参数对演变规律进行了描述,提出相关的管理启示。

Abstract：

The allocation mechanism of audiences＇ attention resources in the online public opinion evolution process is discussed. The concepts of the potential energy of the online public opinion on crisis and so on are put forward. By the use of the multi-agent modeling method based on NetLogo platform,this article simulates the change process of crisis topics and attention resources after the crisis incidents break out,discusses the influence of the allocation mechanism of audiences＇attention resources on the evolution of online public opinion on crisis,and describes the evolution law by changing the relevant parameters of the model. Finally,some inspirations for crisis information management are offered.
