“教学设计”培训策略研究——中小学教师教学设计能力现状的调查与思考

教师的教学设计能力直接影响着基础教育新课程改革的推进和实施,是教师专业化的重要体现。本文采用问卷调查和内容分析法,以山东部分地区的教师和网络最新教案为调查对象,从教师的教学观念、教师对教学设计的认识和重视程度、教学设计一般方法的应用等方面调查分析了中小学教师的教学设计能力现状,并根据调查结果,针对性地提出了教学设计的培训策略。

A parallel memory architecture for video coding

To efficiently exploit the performance of single instruction multiple data （SIMD） architectures for video coding, a parallel memory architecture with power-of-two memory modules is proposed. It employs two novel skewing schemes to provide conflict-free access to adjacent elements （8-bit and 16-bit data types） or with power-of-two intervals in both horizontal and vertical directions, which were not possible in previous parallel memory architectures. Area consumptions and delay estimations are given respectively with 4, 8 and 16 memory modules. Under a 0.18-pm CMOS technology, the synthesis results show that the proposed system can achieve 230 MHz clock frequency with 16 memory modules at the cost of 19k gates when read and write latencies are 3 and 2 clock cycles, respectively. We implement the proposed parallel memory architecture on a video signal processor （VSP）. The results show that VSP enhanced with the proposed architecture achieves 1.28× speedups for H.264 real-time decoding.     

试论晚清新闻媒体的社会舆论作用——以《申报》关于“杨乃武案”的报道为例

“杨乃武与小白菜案”是清末四大奇案之一。该案情节跌宕、线索复杂,案件审理层层升级,直至惊动了晚清最高当权者慈禧太后。作为中国较早具有近代新闻媒体特征的《申报》一直对该案给予高度关注,作了长达三年的追踪报道。《申报》在报道该案的过程中,不断揭出案情的可疑之处,并抨击传统司法审理制度的弊端和官吏的昏聩无能,发挥了很好的社会舆论效应,对“杨乃武案”的最终平反起到了一定的作用。     

Introducing teaching cases with face-to-face and computer-mediated discussion: Two multi-classroom quasi-experiments

Two studies were conducted in multisection introductory child and adolescent development classes to determine effects of introducing abbreviated teaching case studies that were then discussed either in face-to-face or online formats. Students receiving teaching case studies in either format in both classes showed improved ability to critically analyze probe and final cases compared to control participants. Both case study groups in the child development class also showed increased application of psychological concepts in analyzing new cases. No differences in course knowledge were expected as a function of condition and none were found. Hypothesized case-related increases in efficacy for teaching also were not observed. Results were interpreted as supporting a case analysis approach in educational psychology classes and use of online methods for presentation and discussion of abbreviated cases.     

Narratives as Tools in Designing the School Chemistry Curriculum

This article is based on results from a research project which focused on chemistry teachers and student narratives from lived experience. The purpose was to find a way to make abstract chemistry more meaningful. The project began with six experienced teachers who used narratives and stories as a didactic tool. These narratives stemmed from the teachers individual lived experience and thus were designed differently. Later, interviews with students showed that five adult students and six younger students all appreciated the use of narratives as ameaning-making activity to help them grasp the abstract subject. The most interesting finding was that the students revealed several narratives from their own lives where the theories of chemistry played an important role in explaining events that otherwise had been mysterious to them. Thus the teachers and students showed that the ancient human method of sharing experience through narrative is still alive and useful in chemistry education.
