我国澳大利亚法律研究三十年评述

本文对1980年至2010年30年来我国澳大利亚法律研究进行全面分析和评述。本文发现我国澳大利亚法律研究呈现出如下规律和特点：1980—1989为起步阶段,研究数量少,涉及领域有限;1990—1999为发展阶段,数量增多,研究呈现出多元化趋势;2000—2010为繁荣阶段,研究领域全面铺开,一些方向研究深入,取得突破性进展：宪法方面的研究更加深入,澳大利亚法律史研究有了新的突破,中澳比较法学研究取得阶段性成果。     

Evaluation of the non‐formal forest education sector in the state of North Rhine‐Westphalia,Germany: organisations,programmes and framework conditions

Although a large number of different organisations offer various forest education programmes within Germany, specific information (i.e., sectoral and programme content and provision at a state level) is lacking. This study used a survey of all 61 forest education organisations (43 respondents) in the state of North Rhine‐Westphalia, Germany, to evaluate its forest education sector, with a specific focus on the organisations, demand for its services, forest educational programmes and framework conditions. Input from expert interviews was also used to develop recommendations. The study indicates that, especially with children as the main target group, many non‐formal programmes are offered to support the formal environmental education sector and to promote leisure activities in the forest. Yet, despite a high demand for forest education, low personnel resources restrict the number of visits and activities, principally owing to limited financial resource. We also discuss the provision of innovative new educational programmes and supplementary services, combined with increased quality management, that could be beneficial to the future development of the sector in NRW.     

Project Cheddarfield: Supporting Co‐Curricular Themes Through Creative Use of Video Course‐Casting

This article chronicles the coordination and better integration of existing institutional resources to support cocurricular themes embedded in the provision of a large enrollment, video‐mediated undergraduate operations management (OM) course. The name Project Cheddarfield refers to a 2008 initiative in which two professors team‐taught an OM course to over 600 undergraduates on two different continents through the repeated rapid exchange of digital video between the United States and Singapore. Simultaneously infused in this core curricular delivery were themes of global awareness and study‐abroad, including the promotion of one particular opportunity that bridged the two campuses. This action research narrative spans over 5 years of related activity leading up to the initiative, as this project is best understood as a trajectory, or the evolving result of design adapting to unfolding realities.     

应用实践案例开发：高职数学课改的新探索

应用实践案例开发是高职数学与专业结合的切入点,其目的是对课程进行有效改革,提升数学教师专业应用能力。应用实践案例开发在课程内容改革、教学模式创新、师资培养和应用能力竞赛题库建设方面具有重要的现实意义,同时,案例设计上应具有一定的技术规范要求。     

浅谈案例教学在高职院校思想政治课中的应用

案例教学法在高职院校思想政治课中的实施,应结合案例教学与思想政治课教学的特点,选用的案例应具备针对性、时代性、真实性、客观性和多元性,实施案例教学应把握相关问题,科学合理地运用案例教学法,活化教学过程,启发学生辩证思维,激活课堂教学,激发学生的理论学习兴趣,拓宽学生理论视野,培养学生创造能力,使毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和＂三个代表＂重要思想生动活泼进课堂,融会贯通进头脑。     

大学生的共通能力及其发展策略

共通能力是大学生毕业后继续学习、职业流动和终身发展的基础,已经受到世界各国的普遍重视。共通能力适合在以学生为中心、注重学习过程、真实复杂的学习环境中得到发展。深层学习、顶点课程和案例教学法所具有的特点和功能,表明它们是支持共通能力发展的学习方式、课程类型和教学方法。     

基于教学改革模式下的教材研发与编制——以高职《Pro/ENGINEER三维造型设计实例精解》教材为例

在现阶段的教学改革模式下,合适的高职计算机辅助设计软件Pro/ENGINEER教材是提高教学质量的重要条件。为此,编写该课程新教材的宗旨是：使用简单的命令,实现复杂的造型。通过采用合理的结构、选择适合的内容、采用实例等方法来实现这一目标。     

高职商品学课程实训教学研究

高职商品学课程实训教学的目的是培养学生应用能力和实践能力,增强学生的学习效果。按照教学的需要,可以安排课堂内的实训教学活动和课堂外的实训教学活动。课堂内的实训教学活动分为教师主导的实训教学活动和学生主导的实训教学活动。课堂外的实训教学活动是实训活动的主体,可以分为校内实训教学活动和校外实训教学活动。     

药物分析学科进修中的几点思考

进修是提高高校教师业务水平及整体素质的重要途径。在药物分析课程进修过程中,教师所在高校、所从事的专业及年轻教师笔者等的作用十分重要,三者相辅相成、紧密结合,共同促进教师,尤其是年轻教师的成长和提高。

为适应全球化经济社会飞速发展的需求,各高校国际商务谈判课程着力于培养学生成为未来合格的跨国商务谈判人员。要想达到这一目标,实践的教学环节必不可少,具体包括案例分析法、模拟谈判法以及分组报告和录像、讲座等其他实践教学方式。只有理论学习与实践练习相辅相成才能真正让学生学以致用,全面深入地掌握相关谈判知识与技巧,为他们将来走入职场,成为具有良好的专业素质和沟通能力的复合型人才做好充分准备;而教师也会在这一过程中,从专业知识与教学技能两方面取得收获。
