试论教育实习中指导教师应把握好的几个问题

教育实习是师范院校至关重要的实践环节。一个目的、两项任务、三重角色、四个要件的基本要求涵盖了教育实习的整个过程。这些要求如果提得适时、到位,就能充分发挥指导教师在教育实习中的主导地位,教育实习才能取得预期的效果。     

丽水地区"过渡语"问题研究

"过渡语"是指介于地方方言与普通话之间的、逐渐向标准普通话过渡的言语系统,是方言区的人们在学习普通话的过程中出现的语言变体。也有人称之为"地方普通话"。过渡语显示出方言区的人们学习普通话过程中所出现的典型错误和关键问题,所以,"过渡语"的研究对有效地提高方言区人们的普通话水平具有重要意义。文章在分析丽水地区过渡语语音普遍的问题的基础上,又分丽龙、松遂、青田、缙云四个次方言片,分析归纳了丽水地区各县、市"过渡语"语音方面的不同特征。

Insider–outsider perspective: revisiting the conceptual framework of research methodology in language teacher education

The present paper discusses three types of research perspective on the insider–outsider continuum: outsider research, (insider's) outsider research, and insider research. It examines the essential features of the insider–outsider distinction with reference to categories such as researcher, students, classroom context, contribution, control of condition, quality criteria, disclosure of information, and example of research. The paper concludes that the insider–outsider perspective can serve as a means of building a strong theoretical base in language teaching research that will help language teacher practitioner–researchers to situate their work within a wide variety of research types.     

我国中小学教师课程权力问题研究

通过对我国中小学教师课程权力现状透视,对教师课程参与过程中出现的权力缺失、虚无、落空等异化现象进行了剖析。通过对教师与课程应然关系的解析,提出了要实现教师课程权力的根本转型,不仅要求教师在课程理念、课程角色、课程领导力等方面作出艰苦的调整,更需要教育决策部门对现有课程管理体制的自觉调整,以使被剥夺了的教师的课程主体地位和课程领导权力有发挥和发展的空间。     

学校体育发展的十大问题省思

摘要：面对2020年青少年体质实现‘触底反弹’”的政府“承诺”,学校体育改革向纵深推进已刻不容缓。采用文献法,指出当前我国学校体育发展存在着指导思想迷失、发展格局封闭、实然地位的边缘、体质情结的泛滥、考试体育的追逐等十大新老问题。研究指出,处于新的历史发展阶段的学校体育应该在完善体育核心价值的基础上,通过引入社会力量激发活力,通过体制创新凸显专业力,通过培育新的增长点以实现体育增殖,进而实现从承诺向现实的转变并开创学校体育新局面。

Is graduate employability the ‘whole-of-higher-education-issue’?

Graduate employability has become an issue in Vietnam since many university students do not satisfy the needs of employers. Universities often receive the strongest criticism on the poor employability assets graduates possess. The ill-preparation of university graduates is considered the result of the out dated and irrelevant curriculum in the higher education system, of the traditional teaching methods and the absent of career guidance in most universities. This article, however, aims to challenge this common criticism that university is to blame for the ill-preparation for employment of its graduates. By conducting a qualitative research inviting the voices of both students and employers on the issue, this article wants to address a wider context and circumstance and also the related issues surrounding the transition from university to work of Vietnamese university graduates. It suggests that not only universities, but also students, employers and other related stakeholders (i.e. student’s family, government and educational policy makers) should acknowledge the changes in society, should be aware of the cultural features at work, and should see their responsibility in the process. They all should make an effort to create mutual understanding, to collaborate and to enhance the development of graduate employability in the Vietnamese context.     

高层领导者危机诊断失误及其克服——危机管理团队(CMT)的建构

随着经济的快速发展，企业环境变化加快，企业经营的不确定性增加，企业危机的危害性和频数增加。研究危机视角的变化使危机诊断成为可能。单凭高层管理者对危机进行诊断有较大的局限性，需要引入危机管理团队（crisis management team，CMT），为提高危机诊断准确性指出一些注意事项。
