逍遥散治疗慢性病毒性乙型肝炎(肝郁脾虚证)50例临床观察

目的:观察逍遥散治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法:100例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为两组,观察组50例在对照组基础上口服逍遥散,150ml/次,3次/d;对照组50例口服恩替卡韦分散片,0.5mg/次,1次/d。两组患者均治疗3个疗程共12周,观察两组患者治疗前后的临床症状、体征、HBV-DNA、肝功能的变化程度。结果:观察组患者临床疗效总有效率显著高于对照组(98%vs 84%),两组间比较差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论:加服逍遥散治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎有较好的疗效,值得临床进一步研究应用。     

病毒性肝炎患者血清谷胱甘肽S-转移 酶活性的测定及其临床意义

本文对各类盱脏疾病及50例非肝脏疾病患者的血清谷眺甘肽S-转移酶(GST)及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)进行了检测,结果表明,血清GST活性测定是一项特异性和敏感性均较好的肝功能指标,在甲型肝炎患者中,此酶活性显著升高,且与ALT呈正相关;在乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、肝硬化患者中GST都不同程度的升高;非肝脏疾病患者中,GST的阳性率低于ALT的阳性率。     

39例乙型肝炎后肝硬化病人的护理体会

目的 探讨了乙型肝炎后肝硬化的护理方法和体会.方法 对39例肝硬化病人实施饮食护理、心理护理等方法,采用回顾分析方法总结护理经验.结果 39例病人中好转出院36例,占92.3％,死亡3例,占7.7％.结论 对肝硬化病人通过密切观察病人的病情变化,及时给予心理疏导和有效护理,能提高乙型肝炎后肝硬化病人的生存质量,减轻临床症状.     

A jaundiced bodybuilder Cholestatic hepatitis as side effect of injectable anabolic–androgenic steroids

The use of anabolic steroids is prevalent in recreational athletes. This case report describes a young amateur bodybuilder who was referred to our outpatient clinic with jaundice and loss of appetite due to cholestatic hepatitis. Additional tests including a liver biopsy made it likely that the hepatitis was caused by the injectable anabolic steroid trenbolone enanthate. Cholestatic hepatitis may not be limited to the use of oral anabolic–androgenic steroids, as is widely assumed. Therefore, and because of other side effects, the recreational use of all forms of anabolic steroids should be discouraged.

病毒性肝炎是一种传染性强、发病率高的常见传染病。本文针对病毒性肝炎的传播途径及防治现状进行分析，指出存在问题，提出防治建议。     

中医药保肝降酶治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎进展

慢性乙型肝炎患者,因HBV在体内不断复制,肝脏出现炎症坏死及其肝纤维化,导致病情进展、恶化,因此,对于ALT明显升高者或肝组织学明显炎症坏死者,在抗病毒治疗的基础上,当选用抗炎保肝药物尤其重要。中医药在慢性肝炎的保肝降酶治疗方面,积累了丰富的经验,提供了坚实的临床基础,文章从中医防治慢性乙型肝炎的理论基础、慢性乙型肝炎的辨证分型与肝功能的关系、中药复方及中药单体成分对慢性乙型肝炎的保肝降酶作用等方面,将近年来中医药对慢性乙型肝炎的保肝降酶的研究进行了综述。     

Predicting positive user responses to social media advertising: The roles of emotional appeal,informativeness, and creativity

As social network services become more pervasive, social media advertising emerges as an attractive vehicle for augmenting advertising effectiveness. To leverage this new means of marketing, one must understand what engages SNS users in a favorable online behavior (i.e., overtly indicating personal interest in, or support for, the exposed message by clicking the Like or Share button in Facebook), thereby resulting in an effective advertising campaign. This research conceptualizes SNS ad effectiveness as a concept encompassing emotional appeal, informativeness and creativity that all have a potential to contribute to a positive online behavior. It empirically investigates the antecedents of positive user behavior for a SNS ad based on the theory of reasoned action, the social influence theory, and a persuasion theory. It proposes and tests a conceptual model of the formation of online user’s behavioral responses with regards to SNS advertising. The results of our empirical tests of the model reveal that informativeness and advertising creativity were key drivers of favorable behavioral responses to an SNS ad and that intention to engage in favorable user responses was positively associated with purchase intention. Based on these findings, the paper suggests further research directions and offers implications for harnessing the full potential of the new SNS advertising platform.     

复方甘草甜素(美能)注射液治疗重型肝炎临床疗效观察

[目的]探讨复方甘草甜素(美能)注射液治疗重型肝炎临床效果.[方法]把20例病人随机分为两组,每组各10例,Ⅰ组应用复方甘草甜素(美能)注射液治疗,Ⅱ组应用甘利欣治疗;疗程2个月,疗程结束时测定ALT、AST、TB.结果:治疗组6例纳差、恶心、厌油等症状消失,2例缓解,1例无效,1例死亡,有效率80%.对照组5例纳差、恶心、厌油等症状消失,3例缓解,1例无效,1例死亡,有效率80%.2例合并少量腹水患者治疗后腹水均消失,死亡病例均合并上消化道出血,病情较重。肝脏体积两组治疗前后均无变化,ECG,电解质、血、常规两组患者治疗前后均无特殊变化.[结论]提示复方甘草甜素(美能)注射液治疗重型肝炎有很好的临床效果.
