关于生产函数的新思考——理论研究与实证分析

本文既考虑了本期投入对本期产出的影响，又考虑了过去累积形成的生产成果对本期产出的重要作用，并在此前提下建立一种新型生产函数-动态生产函数。运用动态生产函数与C-D生产函数对中国和中国部分省（区、市）的实证分析表明动态生产函数较符合中国和中国地区经济发展的实际。最后就各要素对产出增长率的贡献份额进行了测算。     

方法研究在A企业生产流程改善中的应用研究

针对企业生产流程不均衡、在制品占用量过多以及瓶颈工序等问题,运用5W1H和ECRS等IE技术,对现有的工艺程序图和工序流程程序图进行了分析改善。改善后的生产流程平衡率较低,运用作业压缩、分担转移、加人、减人等技术对生产线进行了进一步改进,提高了产线平衡率。通过生产流程的改善活动,提高了企业管理者应用IE思想解决生产问题的积极性,促进企业管理向流程管理的方向发展,提升了生产管理的绩效水平。     

浅谈绿色工位管理

针对企业中制造系统管理存在的问题,把全面质量管理与实际生产相结合,提出了绿色工位管理方式,并介绍了绿色工位管理的基本原理及具体实施方式,这种管理方法是达到精益生产的有效途径。     

基于PCA&SVM的多品种小批量产品质量预测方法研究

将主成分分析与支持向量机结合应用到多品种小批量产品的质量预测。首先确定多品种小批量产品生产过程中的定量影响因素,并将其作为初始影响因素集;然后利用主成分分析方法降低因素集的维度,同时提取关键主成分;最后将关键主成分作为影响因素集并建立针对于多品种小批量生产的支持向量机质量等级预测模型。算例分析表明,与传统的支持向量机分类模型相比,主成分分析与支持向量机结合的模型预测准确率及稳定性均有显著提高,说明模型具有更好的预测性能。     

元极堂三元场对501水萝卜生长及增产的影响

实验证明，经元极堂三元场处理８ｄ的５０１水萝卜，可提高出苗率，促进幼苗生长，增进植株根，叶发育，提高整株及根菜的产量和净菜率，且能增加根菜的Ｖｃ含量，减少粗纤维量，从而提高菜的品质。     

Taiwanese IT firms’ offshore R&D in China and the connection with the global innovation network

Although it is evident that technology is becoming increasingly globalized, resulting in the expansion of R&D internationalization by firms, despite this discernible trend, the substantial body of literature in this area is based mainly on the experience of the developed country. This paper aims to contribute to the understanding of this issue by examining the R&D internationalization of a newly-industrializing country, Taiwan being a prime example, and its connection with the global production network. We begin with an examination of the literature on R&D internationalization and globalization, based upon which we propose a conceptual framework adapted from Dunning’s eclectic paradigm. In doing so, we set out to develop arguments based not only on the reasons why cross-strait R&D internationalization may be undertaken by Taiwanese information technology (IT) firms, but also the likely patterns of their R&D portfolios across the strait. Drawing on an original questionnaire survey and firm-level interviews, the paper presents and discusses empirical data on the cross-strait R&D deployment of Taiwanese IT firms. It then goes a stage further, using the ‘smiling curve’, to put forward a ‘holistic’ view of the cross-border innovation network in the IT hardware industry, in order to determine what cross-strait R&D internationalization means to the global production network.     

粮食综合生产能力与国家粮食安全

提高粮食综合生产能力,是确保国家粮食安全的重要战略性举措。随着城市化和工业化的快速推进,耕地、水资源、农业基础设施、种粮比较收益等方面的弊端相继凸显,不仅影响了粮食综合生产能力的进一步提升,甚至还可能危及到未来国家粮食的安全。为了实现国家粮食的长治久安,必须破除现存的瓶颈,构建粮食综合生产能力稳步提升的长效机制。     

通过研究性学习推进教学过程最优化研究

教学过程可分为课堂内的理论教学和课堂外的实践教学,分别实施互动式课堂教学模式和产学研结合的实践教学模式,培养和提高学生独立思考、解决和探索科学研究问题的能力,同时可把教学过程的优化与强化研究性学习有机地联系起来,并结合课堂教学过程,建立专业课程论文制度,培养和提高学生的论文撰写能力及综合素质,是进一步深化教学改革和提高教学效果的一个有益尝试。     

Experiencing production ramp-up education for engineers

This paper presents a game of industrialisation, based on a paper airplane, that mimics real world production ramp-up and blends classical engineering courses together. It is based on a low cost product so that it can be mass produced. The game targets graduate students and practitioners in engineering fields. For students, it offers an experiment in which methods learned in separate courses can be applied. For practitioners, it affords an opportunity to engage in reflexive practices related to industrialisation. Both students and practitioners are able to experience integrated management, required by industrialisation, in a controlled environment: the laboratory.
