A legal odyssey: denazification law,Nazi elite schools,and the construction of postwar memory

This article examines the responses of former Nazi elite school staff to the pressures of denazification. Teachers of the National Political Education Institutes, known as Napolas for short – boarding schools for the Third Reich’s racial elite – were especially affected by the purge of National Socialist supporters from positions of influence, due to the schools’ intimate relationship to Heinrich Himmler’s SS. The introduction of the Law for Liberation from National Socialism and Militarism in the US occupation zone in 1946, however, allowed Napola apologists to construct a selective interpretation of the past, which rehabilitated the Napolas’ postwar image and successfully reintegrated alumni into West German society, in many cases long before the Adenauer government issued a series of amnesty laws.

中西比较视域下的中国古代书籍史研究

近年来中西比较方法越来越多地运用于中国古代书籍史研究,但迄今为止极少对这一方法进行系统的回顾、梳理和反思。本研究通过梳理以中西比较方法开展中国古代书籍史研究的若干主要论题,回顾中西书籍史比较研究的重要成就,从理论层面对中西书籍史比较研究进行剖析,将相关研究区分为参照对象、观察视角、研究领域、分支学科四个层次,认为开展中西比较研究具有开阔研究视野、发现和提出问题、破除西方中心论等意义与功用,同时也需要规避简单移植西方书籍史理论、不对等比较、本土意识欠缺等陷阱和误区,书籍史领域的中西会通与真正意义上的全球书籍史的书写,有赖于书籍史比较研究的深入开展。     

Operation Diplomat and Other Smuggling Stories

During the early years after the erection of the Berlin Wall in 1961, a number of smuggling operations from behind the Wall were executed, and the reports of them spread through the Western media. In the 1960s and early 1970s, the popular Swedish men’s magazines Lektyr and Fib Aktuellt published several exclusive photo reportages about such operations, providing Swedish readers with information about the East Germans’ desire to escape their country, and the West Germans’ willingness to assist. This article discusses the Swedish escape reports as examples of border crossing through their form as well as their content. It is analysed, how the escape reports published in Sweden both represented and generated border-crossing activity. The smuggling stories also illustrate the entangled character of popular print media: the travels of texts and pictures beyond national, cultural and lingual borders as well as travels between apposite publications. The material of the article consists of a total of ten reportages published in Lektyr and Fib Aktuellt between 1965–1966 and 1973.

《西风颂》是英国诗人雪莱最为人熟悉的作品,中文译者众,当中数王佐良的译文无论在韵律上还是意象上都翻译得较为出色。对王佐良翻译的《西风颂》进行分析的论文很多,但皆从诗学的角度分析,论文试从阐释翻译理论的角度来解构王佐良翻译《西风颂》的过程。     

中西比较语境中的文学界定

审美作为文学定义的种差,既是从内容也是从形式上区分文学与非文学:文学内容具有非功利、非理性特征,文学语言具有含混性、多义性,文学文本具有空白性、解释的主观性等等。文学定义的属概念反映文学的共性。"文本"作为属概念,可以兼容文学的多层面、多角度属性,兼容多学科观念和方法,普遍适用于中西语境。将文学定义为一种审美文本,与文学是一种语言艺术、文学是一种审美意识形态是等价的,但是可以避免用语潜含的历史分歧,可以彻底解决近年中国学界有关文学界定和文学研究边界的争议。

文献综述表明,体育赛事对举办地旅游有诸多方面的影响。缺憾之一是实证研究较少。文章先依据体育赛事对举办地旅游影响分析体系分析了其对举办地的旅游影响,进而以环湖赛作为实证研究对象,分析了环湖赛对青海及青海湖景区的影响,并搜集相关统计数据应用成熟的模型和科学的方法对环湖赛的部分旅游影响做了尝试性的评析。
