基于NiosⅡ技术的建筑能耗分项计量集中采集装置的设计

基于Altera Nios Ⅱ为开发平台,研制可灵活配置的通用能耗分项计量集中采集装置,实现分项能耗数据的实时采集、准确传输、科学处理、有效存储,为能耗监测、能耗统计、能源审计、能效公示提供数据支持.从而节约大量的人力和物力,避免相关产品软、硬件的重复开发,降低能耗监测系统的维护代价,提高建筑能耗监测分析的效率.     

从凡尔赛-华盛顿体系的内在矛盾看二战起源

第二次世界大战爆发的一个突出特点是它离第一次世界大战的结束只有20年,它的爆发与一战结局必然有着深刻联系,而一战的结局则直接体现为凡尔赛-华盛顿体系,因此,谈二战起源就不能不从凡尔赛-华盛顿体系说起。凡尔赛-华盛顿体系的内在矛盾是新的大战爆发之根本原因。     

Epideictic Rhetoric in the Service of War: George W. Bush on Iraq and the 60th Anniversary of the Victory over Japan

This essay explores the relationship between epideictic discourse and war through the analysis of George W. Bush's August 20, 2005, address at the Naval Air Station near San Diego, ostensibly to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Allied victory over Japan. The case also serves as an exemplar for how Bush routinely interwove epideictic appeals with collective memories of World War II in order to promote the Iraq war and deflect criticism of his policies there. Bush praised the greatest generation and linked it to the current generation; blamed and dehumanized enemies of the past and present; advocated for war based on “lessons” from the past; and reinforced a shared identity to instill both obligation and confidence.     

Seymour Benzer and T4 <Emphasis Type="Italic">r</Emphasis>II

One of the goals of genetics is to understand genes in as much detail as possible. For instance, with respect to a given gene, one would like to know its chromosomal location, its physical and genetic size, its neighbours, the number of mutations/alleles defining the gene, the order of mutations, the genetic/physical distance between them, etc. Thus, rather than focusing on the whole genome, one focuses on the finer details of a given genetic segment. The exercise of probing such details is called ‘fine structure genetic analysis’. There are several pioneers who have contributed enormously to this area in many bacterial and phage systems. Two stalwarts, Seymour Benzer and Charles Yanofsky, stand preeminent among them. In the following pages I present briefly Benzer’s outstanding work on the fine structure of the rII region of bacteriopage T4. These path-breaking studies contributed significantly to our understanding of the structure, organization and function of genes. R Jayaraman is an Emeritus Professor of Molecular Biology at the School of Biological Sciences, Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai, where he taught and carried out research in the area of microbial genetics for three decades.     

运动通过改善PD模型小鼠纹状体D2MSN-D1MSN侧抑制效应调节基底神经节信息输出

目的:通过研究运动及多巴胺Ⅱ型受体（dopamine type Ⅱ receptor,D2R）激动剂干预对PD模型小鼠纹状体D2MSN-D1MSN侧抑制效应的影响,揭示运动在改善PD小鼠基底神经节信息输出中的作用及机制。方法:选用4周龄雄性D2-Cre小鼠,右侧纹状体注射兴奋性光敏感蛋白病毒（rAAV-Ef1α-DIO-ChR2-EYFP-WPRE-pA）,通过光遗传技术精准操控D2MSN。小鼠随机分为对照组（D2-Cre）和模型组,纹状体分别注射生理盐水和神经毒素6-羟基多巴胺（6-Hydroxydopamine hydrobromide,6-OHDA）,经鉴定符合PD标准的模型组小鼠再分为PD组(PD^D2-Cre)和PD运动组(PD+Ex^D2-Cre)。采用4周匀速跑台运动（18 m/min,40 min/天,连续5天/周）和D2R激动剂分别对各组小鼠进行干预。实验结束后,制备离体脑片,利用全细胞膜片钳结合光遗传技术检测各组小鼠纹状体D2MSN-D1MSN侧抑制效应及黑质网状部的信息输出,并验证侧抑制效应的变化是否由D2R介导。结果:光刺激D2-MSN后,D1-MSN动作电位发放个数PD^D2-Cre组显著低于D2-Cre组（P<0.05）;PD+Ex^D2-Cre组显著高于PD^D2-Cre组,但仍低于D2-Cre组（P<0.05）。光刺激D2-MSN诱发D1-MSN抑制性突触后电流（Optogenetic stimulation evoked inhibitory postsynaptic currents,oIPSC）的幅值与基线比值,PD^D2-Cre组显著高于D2-Cre组（P<0.05）,PD+Ex^D2-Cre组显著低于PD^D2-Cre组,但高于D2-Cre组（P<0.05）;光刺激D2-MSN诱发黑质网状部（SNr）抑制性突触后场电位（field inhibitory post synaptic potential,fIPSP）最大幅值,PD^D2-Cre组显著低于D2-Cre组（P<0.05）,PD+Ex^D2-Cre组显著高于PD^D2-Cre组,但低于D2-Cre组（P<0.05）。结论:PD模型小鼠纹状体D2MSN-D1MSN侧抑制效应异常,并影响了SNr的信息输出,这可能是导致PD基底神经节功能紊乱的重要原因之一。4周运动干预通过改善PD模型小鼠纹状体D2MSN-D1MSN侧抑制效应,调节了SNr的信息输出。D2R在运动改善PD小鼠纹状体D2MSN-D1MSN侧抑制效应和调节基底神经节信息输出中起重要作用。     

基于uC／OSⅡ系统的音频频谱仪设计

所设计的基于uC／OSⅡ系统的音频频谱仪,硬件平台是Ccrtex—M3内核的STM32F103ZET6芯片,软件平台包括Keil MDK、Matlab和Virtins Sound Card Multilnstrument。经过测试,可同时将仿真结果与设计结果显示出来。     

配位聚合物[Ni（NIPH）（phen）（H2O）0.5]2n的水热合成及晶体结构

采用水热法合成了一个新的分子式为[Ni(NIPH)(phen)(H2O)0.5]2n的金属-有机配位聚合物(H2NIPH=5-硝基间苯二甲酸,phen=1,10-邻啡啰啉),并对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱、热重和X射线单晶衍射测定.该配合物属于正交晶系,空间群Pnna,晶体学数据:a=29.547(4),b=18.041(3),c=6.5860(10),V=3510.7(9)3,C40H23N6Ni2O13,Mr=913.06,Dc=1.727g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=1.157mm-1,F(000)=1860,Z=4,最终R=0.0276,wR=0.0769(2973个可观测点).该配合物具有二维网状结构.
