混凝土强度无损检测方法研究现状分析

结合近年来在混凝土强度无损检测方面取得的一些研究成果,从基础理论、检测仪器、检测方法、数据处理四个方面对其进行了详细的分析和说明,指出采用多种检测方法的综合法是混凝土强度无损检测未来发展的主要趋势,而更有效、精度更高的数据处理方法同样是以后研究的主要方向。     

新型杂多酸（C5N2H6）3（C5N2H7）3[（PO4）Mo12O36]·2H2O的水热合成与晶体结构

合成了一种未见报道的标题化合物（（C5N2H6）3（C5N2H7）3[（PO4）Mo12O36]·2H2O,Mr=2403.00）并得到单晶,晶体衍射实验发现其属于单斜晶系,P2（1）/n空间群,晶体学参数：a=13.316（3）,b=22.414（5）,c=20.063（4）,α=90.00（4）°,β=100.743（3）°,γ=90.00°,V=5883（2）3,Z=4,Dc=2.713Mg/m3,μ（MoKα）=2.608mm-1,F000=4604,最终R=0.0596,wR=0.1345,GoF=1.042.配体由由簇阴离子[（PO4）Mo12O36]3-之间通过端基氧与2-氨基吡啶形成氢键而相互连接,中间填充了一些水分子及2-氨基吡啶.     

沸石分子筛La-ZSM-5的微波辐射法合成与表征

采用微波辐射法合成了La-ZSM-5分子筛,研究微波反应频率和配料的影响.对产品中镧离子进行定性和定量分析,通过IR、XRD、SEM方法对产品进行表征.结果表明：改变微波反应频率可以在较短的时间内得到产物,随着投料m（La2O3）：m（ZSM-5）的增加,所制得的产品中参与改性的镧离子先增加后几乎保持不变;改性的La高度分散在分子筛外表面.     

Developments and trends in synthesizing diverse forms of evidence: beyond comparisons between distance education and classroom instruction

This paper describes a range of models and methods for synthesizing diverse forms of research evidence. Although this topic is applicable to many contexts (e.g. education, health care), the focus here is on the research traditions of distance education and online learning. Thirteen models and methods are described, and seven examples from distance education and online learning are used to illustrate them. The models are classified as systematic, purposeful, and mixed and are described and compared in terms of purpose, methodological aspects, and expected outcomes.     

Enzymatic synthesis of nucleosides by nucleoside phosphorylase co-expressed in Escherichia coli

Nucleoside phosphorylase is an important enzyme involved in the biosynthesis of nucleosides.In this study,purine nucleoside phosphorylase and pyrimidine nucleoside phosphorylase were co-expressed in Escherichia coli and the intact cells were used as a catalyst for the biosynthesis of nucleosides.For protein induction,lactose was used in place of isopropylβ-D-1-thiogalactopyranoside(IPTG) .When the concentration of lactose was above 0.5 mmol/L,the ability to induce protein expression was similar to that of IPTG.We determined that the reaction conditions of four bacterial strains co-expressing these genes(TUD,TAD,DUD,and DAD) were similar for the biosyntheses of 2,6-diaminopurine nucleoside and 2,6-diaminopurine deoxynucleoside.When the substrate concentration was 30 mmol/L and 0.5%of the recombinant bacterial cell volume was used as the catalyst(pH 7.5) ,a greater than 90%conversion yield was reached after a 2-h incubation at 50°C.In addition,several other nucleosides and nucleoside derivatives were efficiently synthesized using bacterial strains co-expressing these recombinant enzymes.

Good and Evil in Popular Children's Fantasy Fiction: How Archetypes Become Stereotypes that Cultivate the Next Generation of Sun Readers

This article considers how the depiction of good and evil as discernibly polarised opposites in the most popular of juvenile fantasy texts cultivates a perception in children that the real world is similarly organised. It questions whether the archetypes presented in such texts are in fact stereotypes that, far from enlarging children's constructions of individuals, groups and movements within broader human society, limit conceptual development. It proposes that the dichotomised view of good and evil that these texts promote, rather than cultivating a broad educated outlook, prepares readers more adequately for the simplistic polarities of the tabloid press.
