Ethno-national boundaries in the construction of “dirty-work” occupational identity: The case of nursing care workers in diversified workplaces

Diversified domains, such as workplaces, are suitable social fields for the study of ethnic identities, because identities are constructed through comparison and negation, that is, by identifying what or who the “other” is. In the present study I explore the talk of hands-on nursing care work, a stigmatized occupational field, to illuminate ethnic identities and the strategic boundary work that care workers conduct. The study is based on 14 months of field work and 51 interviews and observations at two Israeli geriatric wards with highly diverse staff. I show that actors negotiate their care worker identity by the opposite strategies of making and unmaking ethno-national boundaries. The first strategy denies and erases ethno-national boundaries by stressing universal professional values and individual virtues; the second one demarcates boundaries between ethno-national groups, using perceived cultural differences. The discussion addresses these antithetical evaluation frameworks in relation to theories of boundary making and unmaking.

为深入领会习近平新时代体育观对我国体育产业和体育事业的重要引领思想,挖掘习总书记新时代体育思想的重要价值,采用文献资料法,比较分析法,梳理2013~2018年习总书记关于体育工作的重要论述以及我国学者对习近平体育观的相关研究,从习近平新时代体育观的思想渊源、提出背景、重要载体和研究特点等方面全面介绍习近平新时代体育观的起源、发展和最新研究进展,并对当前新时代体育观研究的诸种述要进行梳理。研究结论认为,目前新时代体育观研究领域内有效研究不足,需在内涵研究、应用研究、影响研究和比较研究方面做出更大改进。     

The determinants of stadium attendance in elite women’s football: Evidence from the UEFA Women's Champions League

Women’s football struggles to build a solid platform in terms of fan interest. However, while an increase in gate receipts can help assist its long-term sustainability, there is limited evidence in the academic literature on the factors influencing spectator demand in women’s football. The authors investigate determinants of stadium attendance for UEFA Women's Champions League (UWCL) matches. Using regression models deployed on 554 UWCL games played between 2009/10 and 2017/18, the authors examine contextual and sport-related variables as the main predictors of stadium attendance. Findings show that there is no continuous growth of attendance over the period examined, and highlight that spectators’ interest is positively associated with five factors: stage of the competition, uncertainty of match outcome, competitive intensity, away club’s reputation and weather conditions. Football governing bodies should put in place initiatives to ensure match outcome uncertainty is maintained as this represents a key determinant to maximise stadium attendance. Based on the specific context of European women’s football, recommendations to foster its development are discussed. These include incentivising investment into the elite women’s game and designing sport policies to encourage participation at grassroots levels.     

客户集中度、关键客户议价力与中小企业绩效--基于中小企业板制造业上市公司的实证研究

基于交易费用理论与资源依赖理论,本文利用中国深圳证券市场中小企业板上市的制造业企业的数据,采用多元回归的方法研究客户集中度对中小企业绩效的影响。结果表明,中小企业客户集中度对企业绩效有显著正向作用;关键客户议价力在客户集中度与企业绩效间的关系中具有部分中介效应;企业产品类别在客户集中度与企业绩效的关系中具有调节效应：工业品制造企业的客户集中度对企业绩效具有显著的正向影响,但这种影响在消费品制造企业中并不显著存在。研究结果对中小企业的市场发展具有指导意义。     

官员更替、银行授信与企业研发投入

利用官员更替数据匹配世界银行提供的关于中国企业营商环境质量调查数据,旨在从实证的角度探究官员更替、银行授信和企业研发投入之间的关系。研究发现,官员更替和银行授信都对企业研发投入具有显著的促进作用。此外,官员更替这种强烈的外生冲击会强化银行授信对企业研发投入的积极影响。不过,官员更替和银行授信对规模不同企业的研发投入的直接和交互影响存在着差异。上述结果表明,对于政策制定者而言,丰富和完善官员更替制度对加快实施创新驱动发展战略具有重要的实践意义。     

浅论译者主体性与非文学翻译

当今世界各国日益密切的文化交流已然成为不可阻挡的趋势,翻译在其中起着不可替代的作用。在交流过程中,非文学翻译占大部分的比例。非文学翻译涉及到了政治,经济,法律,科技,文化等各个领域。现在,翻译公司和翻译机构的兴起更加证明了非文学翻译的重要性。与文学翻译相比,非文学翻译似乎没有那么多给译者发挥的空间。但是,非文学翻译中译者处于什么地位,可以在翻译过程中发挥怎样的作用,对翻译结果有什么影响,这些都是值得探讨的问题,该文主要举例说明译者主体性在非文学翻译中的体现。     

自由的狂欢 非诗化的试验场——20世纪90年代的“民间写作”论

"民间写作"是20世纪90年代中国大陆诗歌写作的一股不容忽视的重要力量,对中国新诗的多元化发展与探索具有一定的积极意义。其诗歌创作与探索呈现出了三个突出的写作特征:一是绝对独立自由的个人写作立场;二是向世俗生活彻底敞开的取材原则;三是诗歌语言口语化极力追求。这种实践与探索呈现出明显的非诗化特征,存在着许多认识和探索的误区,需要引起我们高度警惕与反思。

本文将"八零后"视为一个严肃的社会世代范畴,以"八零后"为界,区分共和国编年史前后两大人群,并可发展社会时代的比较分析,因此"八零后"也是社会分析范畴.就政治意识而言,因为政治回到常态,政治接班人的问题对"八零后"的政治发展便不再有效.最后,"八零后"是有"我"且不讳言"自我追求"的一代.他们与父辈的代沟,不能以"无我"来弥合,而应在有"我"的利他观中达成和解.与父辈相比,"八零后"在身心两方面都是更正常的一代.
