使用生态学与信息生态学的相关理论,以网络平台构建要素及模型分析为基础,构建网络平台构建要素的信息功能生态位模型。结合突变级数分析,提出网络平台构建要素的信息功能生态位的测度方法及评价模型,并采用纯语言多属性群决策方法采集构建要素的专家评估数据。最后以吉林大学综合网络平台为应用算例进行实证研究。

Group Projects in Social Work Education: The Influence of Group Characteristics and Moderators on Undergraduate Student Outcomes

This study examined the impact of group size, group formation, group conflict, and division of labor on student outcomes in a group project for a sample of 112 BSW research seminar students at a large university in the Midwest. Students completed surveys on their experiences with the group project at the end of the semester. Multiple regression was used along with analysis of student comments and answers to open-ended questions. Group size was not associated with outcomes. Instructor input into group formation was related to higher self-assessment of student performance. Greater division of labor predicted greater learning, whereas more group conflict predicted less learning; less conflict occurred when students divided tasks in the most equitable way possible. Strengths and limitations of the study are discussed, along with suggestions for improving the group project experience, including preventative measures to reduce conflict.     

Exploring Online and Blended Course Delivery in Social Group Work

Agency group work has increased, but opportunities for social work group practice in educational settings have not kept pace. One option in response is technology-based learning, and students appear to have positive perceptions of online group project work. Online courses appear to have outcomes comparable to those that occur with in-person groups but require careful monitoring of group processes and group-based technologies. The authors discuss the factors involved in developing and implementing online and blended course delivery in teaching group work.     

Group incentives for teachers and their effects on student learning: a systematic review of theory and evidence

The effects of teachers’ group incentives on student achievement are examined by reviewing theoretical arguments and empirical studies published between 1990 and 2011. Studies from developing countries reported positive effects of group incentives on student test scores. However, experimental studies from developed countries reported insignificant effects. Some of the evidence appears to show a positive association between small group size of teachers and the effectiveness of group incentives. Still, it is uncertain whether the key to successful group incentives in teaching emanates from the incentive size, teacher group size, teacher intrinsic motivation, or type of incentive (rank type vs. non-rank type). Furthermore, most studies show that individual teacher incentives have positive effects unlike studies on group incentives. However, there is a lack of comparative studies of group incentives and individual incentives. We conclude that current empirical evidence has unclear policy implications and recommend additional experimental research.

应用型本科教育定位于培养理论应用人才,强调与职业胜任力对接。在连锁经营管理应用型本科人才培养中选择店长作为目标岗位更能有效满足企业人才需求,有利于学生熟悉基本业务活动、培养经营管理能力,拓展职业发展空间。基于店长胜任力构建了包括知识、技能、能力和个性特征四个方面的连锁经营管理应用型本科人才培养目标,提出了优化课程设置、搭建知识融通平台、强化实践教学、综合测评学生职业胜任力等人才培养策略。     

团体辅导对流动儿童孤独感的干预研究

评价团体辅导对流动儿童孤独感的改善作用,为流动儿童心理健康教育提供参考依据。方法对17名流动儿童进行8次孤独感团体辅导干预,并与对照组进行比较。结果经过团体辅导干预后,实验组的孤独感水平显著降低,领悟社会支持显著提高。结论团体心理辅导的方式的确有利于改善流动儿童的孤独状况,有助于提高流动儿童的社会支持感,是提高流动儿童心理健康水平的好方法,值得进一步推广。     

基于创业团队的高校创业教育课程体系的构建研究

创业课程设置的合理性直接关系到大学生创业能力的优劣。文章通过比较分析国内外高校创业教育课程体系的现状,从当前我国大学生创业团队存在的问题入手,有针对性地提出构建适用性强的创业教育课程体系,能更好的培养创业人才。
