从“难、美”分析竞技健美操与艺术体操的专项特征

竞技健美操与艺术体操均属难美项群,两者在项目规律、项目特点上有着较大的共同点,但是作为不同项目,两者在专项特征上又各有风格。从难与美两方面对艺术体操与竞技健美操进行比较分析,揭示出竞技健美操与艺术体操的专项特征。     

赛事消费者分类与营销策略分析

体育赛事的消费者爱主体、客体等诸多因素的影响，在消费行为上表现出很大的差异性，在赛事消费需求影响因素分析的基础上。提炼出5种赛事消费者类型，并对其消费特征进行描述。指出赛事组织者要成功地推广赛事，必须对赛事有明确的定位，锁定赛事的目标消费群，并有针对性地采取营销策略。     

"小团体"教学模式在小学体育教学中的应用研究

“小团体”教学模式是对传统班级授课模式的一种突破,是团体心理辅导在教学过程中的应用。笔者通过教学实验,证明了在小学体育教学中采用“小团体”教学模式,能够使学生有效开展适当的竞争和积极的合作,营造民主和谐的课堂氛围,有效培养了学生的集体意识、合作意识和良好的竞争意识,提高了学生对体育课的兴趣,有利于顺利完成教学任务,提高教学效果和教学质量。     

《明经世文编》编纂群体之研究

在明末特定的历史背景下，以陈子龙为代表的一批有识之士，在强烈的经世意识的驱使下，聚集松江，共同编纂了《明经世文编》，对时人及后世产生了巨大的影响。围绕《明经世文编》的编纂，出现了一个颇具时代的地域特色的编纂群体－主要成员均为江南松江人士，具有较高的文化层次，多为社会、文化领域的活跃分子，并具有强烈的经世意识。通过地该群体的构成及其活动的考察，我们强烈地感受到《明经世文编》在当时社会的影响，以及时人的经世意识,并从一个侧面审视那个时代，审视江南一带的区域社会特性。

研究了置换矩阵与置换群之间的关系,在置换矩阵的基础上,用Matllematica语言设计出若干关于置换计算问题的程序．

民族高等教育特色发展的理论研究和实践探索具有历史继承性,对以往形成的"研究"进行"再研究"意义重大,可以让我们明了民族高等教育特色发展的起点性研究、生长性研究、发展性研究、突破性研究、总结性研究的状貌,进而知道从何处拓展新的研究,形成创新性的研究成果.近30年来,民族高等教育特色发展研究展现了从模糊走向清晰、从隐性走向显性、从整体走向专门、从经验总结走向理性成熟的历史生态.     

畲族文化的网络传播策略——以福建宁德为例

随着信息化时代的到来,媒体与民族文化传播之间的关系越来越密切。以福建宁德为例,提出了畲族文化的网络传播目标及策略,即要以提高文化自觉、展示民族自信为目标,树立畲族独特的文化品牌形象,搭建官方和民间的网络传播平台,加强新旧媒体的整合互动,开拓从虚拟到现实的互动满足等。网络虽然有其局限性,但毕竟为畲族传统文化带来了传承发展的新契机。

党委中心组学习是加强领导班子理论学习、思想建设的重要形式,是增强其凝聚力和战斗力的重要途径,也是集思广益、形成共识的重要平台。因此,以推动工作为目标、以联组学习拓范围、以扩大学习作示范、以“八有”制度强基础加强和改善党委中心组学习并引领学习型党组织建设具有重要意义。     

Using the method of normalisation for mapping group marks to individual marks: some observations

Abstract

The method of normalisation combined with peer ratings is utilised to provide the solution to the biased rating problem of mapping group work marks to individual marks. We critically evaluate the method of normalisation following the findings of an article which argued against the use of self and/or peer rating mechanism. We demonstrate that the findings of that article also hold for the method of normalisation as the influence of human behavioural factors are not accommodated in the designs. Additionally, we argue that the method (and its variants) is rather complicated, where all possible contingencies are not pre-specified. It makes the arrangement between tutors and students in conducting peer assessments incomplete and unverifiable by a third party.     

Scholars committed to opportunities in psychological education: a training and mentoring program for future psychologists of color

ABSTRACT

Although strides towards inclusivity and racial equality have been made in graduate education, many barriers to graduate education remain for racial/ethnic minorities. In response, we created Scholars Committed to Opportunities in Psychological Education (SCOPE), a mentor-based program for racial/ethnic minority undergraduates. 63 racial/ethnic minority undergraduates completed the SCOPE curricula and pre- and post-program questionnaires regarding graduate school application knowledge, application confidence, stress, self-efficacy, and SCOPE program satisfaction. Mentors completed a training and questionnaires in one SCOPE cohort. Knowledge about the GRE, the application process, and application confidence increased, and stress decreased, following SCOPE. The result of this work is a portable mentoring program that can be used across disciplines and demographics to increase inclusivity and equality.
