法学研究的新范式——进化生物学范式及其展望

进化生物学已对几乎所有社会科学产生影响,并成为经济学、心理学和人类学等学科的主导研究范式之一,但在法学研究中仍未取得与之相称的进展。进化生物学既研究有机体进化也研究文化进化,法律是一种文化现象并有其进化上的根源,因而在法学研究中引入进化生物学范式就成为可能。     

传播学视角下的宋代文学

从传播学角度对宋代文学的传播媒介与传播方式诸如手写、纸简、刻版、印刷等方面进行了考察,为进一步了解宋代文学提供了一种新的视角。     

Comparing beliefs about appropriate practice among early childhood education and care professionals from the U.S., China, Taiwan, Korea and Turkey

The purpose of this study was to examine what, if anything, caregivers and teachers of 3- to 5-year-old children from the U.S. (n = 412), China (n = 244), Taiwan (n = 222), Korea (n = 574), and Turkey (n = 214), had in common in terms of self-reported beliefs and self-reported practices related to the National Association for the Education of Young Children's (NAEYC) policy statement for developmentally appropriate practices (DAP). DAP is widely endorsed by early childhood education and care professionals in the U.S. and is assumed to have far reaching impact on curricular beliefs and practices throughout the world. Pearson correlations and one-way ANOVA were used to compare overall mean scores for beliefs measured by the Teachers Beliefs Scale (TBS) to those of practices measured by the Instructional Activities Scale (IAS) [Charlesworth, R., Hart, C. H., Burts, D. C., & Hernandez, S. (1991). Kindergarten teachers’ beliefs and practices. Early Child Development and Care, 70, 17–35]. Item-by-item analyses were conducted using factor analysis and χ² analyses within and across countries. Similarities emerged related to, in particular, those beliefs and teaching practices associated with integrating across the curriculum, promoting social/emotional development, providing concrete/hands-on materials, and allowing play/choice in the curriculum.     

Contextual factors that sustain innovative pedagogical practice using technology: an international study

Pedagogical innovation—whether involving technology or not—is shaped by a complex interaction of the innovation with contextual factors such as school and school district policy, leadership, cultural norms and values, teacher attitudes and skills, and student characteristics. This study examined school and classroom contexts in which pedagogical innovations employing technology were successfully sustained. Data were obtained from 59 cases drawn from the Second Information Technology in Education Study—Module 2, a project that examined 174 cases of innovative pedagogical practice in schools in 28 countries. An explanatory model of sustainability was derived from a qualitative analysis of the cases using grounded theory techniques. Essential conditions for the sustainability of classroom innovation were teacher and student support of the innovation, teacher perceived value of the innovation, teacher professional development, and principal approval. Contributing factors for sustainability were supportive plans and policies, funding, innovation champions, and internal and external recognition and support. 把辞章学研究推向前进

辞章学是＂大修辞学＂,或称＂广义修辞学＂,它和经学、史学一样,是＂吾国之菁英＂,是言语艺术的国学。我国辞章学的发展可分三个时期：古代期、古今过渡期、现代期。本文简述古代期辞章学;较具体地阐释过渡期倡建辞章学的观点;较详细地叙述了现代期辞章学各类型代表作及其理论成果和存在的问题,在此基础上,提出中、近期的研究规划,研究应注意的原则和如何实现计划的措施。     

论“贾瑞之死”的结构价值蕴涵

"贾瑞之死"是《红楼梦》中最早的死亡叙事之一,该故事单元在《红楼梦》中虽是"昙花一现",却具有丰厚的价值蕴涵。叙贾瑞痴迷于情欲,陷入色欲的泥淖无法自拔而走向毁灭,是为色迷心窍者诫之意,而这也正是贾府衰败的根由之一。该故事使王熙凤之心机、言辞,其残忍、毒辣等性格特点锋芒初露,也见其处事的策略与分寸。《风月宝鉴》提起了"家亡"的叙事主线,关涉到小说的色空观念,使作者诸多关于宇宙、人生的重大命题得到了互为表里的隐喻性互证。

浅谈苏珊·巴斯内特翻译理论的两点误区

苏珊·巴斯内特在《文化构建———文学翻译论文集》一书中一再强调理论与实践的紧密结合,但是在其对诗歌翻译和戏剧翻译的描述探讨中却存在理论缺失的现象。究其原因,其理论存在两点误区:一是对理论的概念存在误区,把翻译原则等同于翻译理论;二是对翻译理论的作用存在误区,对翻译理论的指导作用认识不清。因此, 要想完成科学的译学构建就需正确认识理论的概念、作用及其和实践的关系。

奥运会的国际影响研究，是当前中国奥林匹克研究的一个热门领域，然而相关的研究成果，反映出研究方法的不成熟.参考人文社会科学研究方法论和国外一些相关研究成果，可以对这个问题得出一些初步认识，进而构建中国特色的奥运会国际影响研究方法论体系：从整体和宏观到具体和微观的阐释原则，结构性静态分析和功能性动态研究原则，国际比较和历史比较分析原则，前瞻性和对策性相结合的探究原则，理性思辨与制度构建原则。
