Habilitationsverfahren; Gutachten; Beweiswürdigung

Der Umstand, dass fünf Gutachten zum Ergebnis gelangt seien, die im Habilitationsverfahren vorgelegten Arbeiten würden die wissenschaftliche Qualifikation des Habilitanden iSd § 28 Abs 5 UOG 1993 erweisen, w?hrend nur eines eine gegenteilige Auffassung vertrete, besagt für sich nichts über die inhaltliche Richtigkeit der einen oder der anderen Auffassung. Eine Bindung der Beh?rde an die "klare Mehrheit" der in den eingeholten Gutachten vertretenen Auffassung besteht nicht. Vielmehr ist iSd § 45 Abs 2 des im Habilitationsverfahren anzuwendenden AVG der im Wege der Beweiswürdigung zu ermittelnde "innere Wahrheitsgehalt" der Ergebnisse des Beweisverfahrens ma?geblich, wobei die bei der Beweiswürdigung ma?gebenden Erw?gungen in der Begründung des Bescheides klar und übersichtlich zusammenzufassen sind.     

Effects of osmotic stress on antioxidant enzymes activities in leaf discs of P<Subscript>SAG12</Subscript>-<Emphasis Type="Italic">IPT</Emphasis> modified gerbera

Leaf senescence is often caused by water deficit and the chimeric gene PSA612-1PT is an auto-regulated gene delaying leaf senescence. Using in vitro leaf discs culture system, the changes of contents of chlorophylls, carotenoids, soluble protein and thiobarbituric acid reactive substance （TBARS） and antioxidant enzymes activities were investigated during leaf senescence of PSA612-1PT modified gerbera induced by osmotic stress compared with the control plant （wild type）. Leaf discs were incubated in 20%, 40% （w/v） polyethylene glycol （PEG） 6 000 nutrient solution for 20 h under continuous light [ 130 μmol/（m^2·s）]. The results showed that the contents of chlorophylls, carotenoids and soluble protein were decreased by osmotic stress with the decrease being more pronounced at 40% PEG, but that, at the same PEG concentration the decrease in the transgenic plants was significantly lower than that in the control plant. The activities of superoxide dismutase （SOD）, catalases （CAT）, ascorbate peroxidase （APX）, guaiacol peroxidase （GPX） and dehydroascorbate reductase （DHAR） were stimulated by PEG treatment. However, the increases were higher in PSA612-IPT transgenic plants than in the control plants, particularly at 40% PEG treatment. Lipid peroxidation （TBARS content） was increased by PEG treatment with the increase being much lower in transgenic plant than in the control plant. It could be concluded that the increases in the activities ofantioxidant enzymes including SOD, CAT, APX, GPX and DHAR were responsible for the delay of leaf senescence induced by osmotic stress.

战略管理是我国高等学校管理模式变革的趋势,制定切合高校自身发展实际的规划,引领学校健康和可持续发展,已成为各高校认真思考和研究的问题。本文运用战略管理理论和SWOT分析技术对新建本科院校＂十二五＂发展战略规划的战略分析、战略选择以及战略实施等进行了探析。     

制约中小学课堂运用教育技术的因素分析——美国中小学现代教育技术实施环境调查报告

通过对美国中小学教师进行问卷、访谈调查,研究目前制约中小学课堂教学中运用现代教育技术的几个因素.调查结果表明:教师时间缺乏、电脑网络技术问题得不到及时解决是阻碍教师课堂运用现代教育技术的主要障碍.进一步探索美国城乡之间、年级之间现代教育技术运用的环境是否存在差异,结果显示:郊区学校现代教育技术环境比城市和乡村好,但年级之间无显著差异.

本文在介绍USB接口基础上,提出一种AT89C52扩展USB接口的实现方法。并指出由于USB接口使用方便、支持热插热拔,AT89C52扩展了USB功能有利于进一步拓展其应用,因而具有广阔的应用前景。     

How should cultural diversity be measured? An application using the French publishing industry

Despite the lack of a clear definition of the concept, “cultural diversity” has remained a core issue for more than a decade (WTO, UNESCO, etc.). The aim of this paper is to begin to fill this gap. We argue that cultural diversity is a multi-dimensional concept and that accurate metrics must rely on three criteria: variety, balance and disparity. We also stress that supplied and consumed diversity have to be distinguished. We apply this set of multiple measures of diversity to publishing data for France over the period 1990–2003. Our main result is that the situation of the publishing industry in terms of cultural diversity is highly dependent on the dimension considered. Hence, diversity increases when variety is the sole consideration, whereas taking balance or disparity into account leads to the opposite conclusion. This issue raises a series of questions about the use of diversity measures in a policy debate concerned with furthering cultural diversity.

A case of vitamin B12 deficiency neurological syndrome in a young adult due to late-onset cobalamin C (CblC) deficiency: a diagnostic challenge

Vitamin B12 deficiency can present with neurologic and psychiatric symptoms without macrocytic anaemia. We describe a case of late-onset cobalamin C deficiency which typically presents with normal serum vitamin B12 concentrations, posing an additional diagnostic challenge. A 23-year-old woman with decreased muscle strength and hallucinations was diagnosed with ‘catatonic depression’ and admitted to a residential mental health facility. She was referred to our hospital for further investigation 3 months later. Heteroanamnesis revealed that the symptoms had been evolving progressively over several months. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the brain showed diffuse symmetrical white matter lesions in both hemispheres. Routine laboratory tests including vitamin B12 and folic acid were normal except for a slight normocytic, normochromic anaemia. Over the next 6 weeks her symptoms deteriorated, and she became unresponsive to stimuli. A new MRI scan showed progression of the white matter lesions. The neurologist requested plasma homocysteine (Hcys) which was more than 8 times the upper limit of normal. Further testing revealed increased methylmalonic acid and the patient was diagnosed with adult-onset cobalamin C deficiency. This case illustrates that Hcys and/or methylmalonic acid should be determined in patients presenting with neuropsychiatric symptoms suggestive of vitamin B12 deficiency with a normal serum vitamin B12 to rule out a late-onset cobalamin C deficiency.
