Novel discontinuous control for exponential synchronization of memristive recurrent neural networks with heterogeneous time-varying delays

This paper investigates the exponential synchronization problem of memristive recurrent neural networks (MRNNs) with heterogeneous time-varying delays (HTVDs). First, a novel discontinuous feedback control is designed, in which a tunable scalar is introduced. The tunable scalar makes the controller more flexible in reducing the upper bound of the control gain. Based on this control scheme, the double integral term can be successfully used to construct the LKF. Second, New method for tackling memristive synaptic weights and new estimation technique are presented. Third, based on the LKF and estimation technique, synchronization criterion is derived. In comparison with existing results, the established criterion is less conservatism thanks to the double integral term of the LKF. Finally, numerical simulations are presented to validate the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed results.

Further results on delay-dependent stability criteria of discrete systems with an interval time-varying delay

This paper deals with stability of discrete-time systems with an interval-like time-varying delay. By constructing a novel augmented Lyapunov functional and using an improved finite-sum inequality to deal with some sum-terms appearing in the forward difference of the Lyapunov functional, a less conservative stability criterion is obtained for the system under study if compared with some existing methods. Moreover, as a special case, the stability of discrete-time systems with a constant time delay is also investigated. Three numerical examples show that the derived stability criteria are less conservative and require relatively small number of decision variables.     

Synchronization of linear dynamical networks under stochastic impulsive coupling protocols

This paper investigates a stochastic impulsive coupling protocol for synchronization of linear dynamical networks based on discrete-time sampled-data. The convergence of the networks under the proposed protocol is discussed, and some sufficient conditions are showed to guarantee almost sure exponential synchronization. Moreover, this coupling protocol with a pinning control scheme is developed to lead the state of all nodes to almost sure exponentially converge to a virtual synchronization target. It is shown that the almost sure exponential synchronization can be achieved by only interacting based on the stochastic feedback information at discrete-time instants. Some numerical examples are finally provided to present the effectiveness of the proposed stochastic coupling protocols.

对《金瓶梅》的版本进行了梳理，认为现存所谓“万历本’’《新刻金瓶梅词话》实刻于清初；说《金瓶梅》作者是兰陵笑笑生，这不过是三百年前的书商作伪；兰陵笑笑生不可能是《金瓶梅》的作者。     

扎实抓好"三库"建设促进学报水平上台阶

为摆脱学报困境,高校学报应根据自身的特点,搞好“作者库、读者库、审稿专家库”的建设。具体措施为:建立激励机制,扩大稳定作者队伍;强化意识,准确定位,培养固定的读者群;建立广泛的审稿网络,确保刊物学术质量。

2001-2002年《临沂师范学院学报》(社会科学版)载文、作者及引文的统计分析

以2001-2002年发表的《临沂师范学院学报》(社会科学版)为统计对象，对其载文量、作者的地区分布和职称分布、引文量、引文文献的类型、年代等进行统计分析。主要统计结果：两年间共发论文366篇，期均载文分剐为48、43．5篇；载文作者中，具有中级以上职称的作者人数占作者总数的80．29％；引文文献总量为1270篇，篇均引文3．63篇；引文文献类型中，图书专著占全部引文的65．59％，期刊为27．01％。
