指出学术期刊是国家创新体系中的重要组成部分，属于知识传播系统知识应用系统，具有传播知识、培养人才、实现知识与技术的应用和配置创新资源的功能。从编辑培养、组稿思想、报道计划、科研一组租稿、扩大发行范围等方面进行了探讨，对充分发挥学术期刊在国家创新体系中的传播知识、培养人才、配置创新资源等作用提出一些具体看法。     

学术史书写的若干学理问题探略

学术史研究在世纪之交繁盛一时，至今不衰，是中国当代学术研究更为深广的阐释诉求所致。学术史研究是从历史的角度看待学术，体现的是叙事者的话语建构。学术史研究应避免唯尊学术而排斥社会、政治因素的偏向。学科发展史的研究应成为当代学术史书写的一个范式。学术史研究对于一门学科的厘定有着非常重要的意义。实证与史识、全面与客观，是学术史书写的基本原则。研究主体的学养是一种生命境界，与学术史书写状态息息相关。     

从大学生入伍体检合格率看我国学校体育的责任

未来战争需要身体和文化素质较高的军人,从在校大学生中征兵是改善军队质量的重要措施。当前我国大学生体质较差,入伍体检合格率极低。研究认为:多元化的体育教学思想、应试教育体制、体育课的评价标准、学校卫生工作是造成这一状况的主要原因。改变这一现状学校体育的责任重大。     

关于高校重点学科文献资源建设的思考

对高校重点学科文献资源建设的经费、采访体制、采集途径、资源开发、人员配备等方面存在的诸多问题进行细致分析，提出重点投入、调整结构、情报调研、协调合作、提高素质、加强开发等诸多解决问题的有效途径和措施。     

“You Oughta Have My Life!”: The Story of Jamie,A Resistant Writer

This article offers ways to understand how a fifth‐grade resistant writer positioned himself socially and academically within classroom writing practices and how these positions influenced literacy learning. Classroom writing practices enabled the student to explore the possibilities of who he was as he determined what types of learning were socially available to him. The student's voice is heard to describe how he was using writing in creative ways to position himself. He engaged in positional writing practices to create spaces for himself to influence and to examine his and others' positions. Effective instructional approaches and implications for teaching are discussed.     

天津市高校图书馆馆员素质与培训研究

本文采用抽样问卷调研方法，收集了天津市高校图书馆馆员素质的现状．培训需求等方面的数据，彩SPSS对这些数据进行了描述性和推断性统计分析。研究发现被调查者对自身的心理素质和自学能力感到自信，但对其他方面的知识与技能普遍认为自己掌握得不够。多数馆员迫切希望接受计算机知识．图书馆自动化及外语知识的培训。     

Just when you thought it was safe: synthetic phonics and syncretic literacy practices

Until just recently one might have been forgiven for considering the ‘Reading’ debate to have been amicably resolved, with, at the end of the twentieth century, a negotiated consensus reached comprised of all sides in the debate agreeing on a balanced approach to the teaching of initial reading. However, the recent intervention of the House of Commons Education and Skills Committee with its report, Teaching Children to Read, and its advocacy of synthetic phonics, has once again brought the teaching of reading in UK schools to public attention. This paper seeks to provide an interesting comparative example of a UK literacy context where synthetic phonics is employed regularly and systematically. Thousands of British schoolchildren attend mosque schools on a daily basis where they learn how to read the Classical Arabic of the Qur'an. They are taught how to decode the text accurately and fluently using synthetic phonics methods. This literacy practice is described and suggestions are made about what it might have to contribute to the discussion around the adoption of synthetic phonics in mainstream schools
