印度学位分类目录的编制、特征及其启示

学位分类目录编制攸关学位教育的管理与质量保障。印度学位分类目录是从国家层面对高校学位 名称和学位底线标准予以规范的分类系统。在高等教育内部管理体制和外部治理体系变革的综合作用下, 印度学位分类目录在分类和调整方面进行了大幅度的修改。在强化了自身功能的同时,目录的编制也充分 体现了中介机构的参与性和专业性。研究印度学位分类目录对加强我国学位授予和学科专业分类目录的科 学性、整合性、引领性具有重要参考价值。     

研究生学术不端行为治理的制度构建与完善——基于985工程大学文本分析

完善高校学术规范制度是治理研究生学术不端的重要环节。综合分析38所985工程大学研究生学术不端治理文本后发现,当前高校在研究生学术不端治理的制度构建上主要体现在治理依据、治理原则、治理内容、治理程序、惩治方式等五个方面,较为全面。但也存在一些共性问题,一是文本内容表述不一,认定、惩戒标准失衡;二是制度设计缺陷,主动治理意识不足;三是教化性特征不显,学生权益保障不移;四是"重处罚、轻预防"。完善研究生学术不端治理制度需强化高校主动治理意识、构建系统化治理机制、重视治理程序正义、优化惩戒实施以及改变功利性评价机制。     

历史研究是一切社会科学的基础

2018年1月3日,中国历史研究院成立。习近平总书记代表党中央致信祝贺。贺信特别强调了历史研究的重要价值。历史研究之所以重要,是因为“世界的今天是从世界的昨天发展而来的。     

Enhancing Teaching and Learning: Libraries and Open Educational Resources in the Classroom

Academic libraries continually adjust services to adapt to the ever-changing landscape in higher education. In response to the broken textbook market, libraries are becoming actively involved in the open educational resources (OER) movement. Although there is not a formal program in place, librarians at Utah State University explored a collaborative approach to integrate OER in faculty members' courses. One goal of the effort was to work closely with faculty to consider course objectives and learning outcomes when evaluating and incorporating OER. This article identifies a streamlined process for targeting courses most suited for OER adoption and outlines a process of collaborating with teaching faculty to integrate relevant OER. The paper includes a detailed workflow that other libraries can easily adapt to make OER part of their faculty outreach toolkit.     

Teaching Them to Teach: Programmatic Evaluation of Graduate Assistants’ Teaching Performance

Academic libraries are one of the most important sources of “on the job” training for future library instructors. Librarians who supervise and assess these future library instructors (often in graduate assistant positions) often choose to provide observations and feedback each semester to these instructors in training. Scholarly literature, however, provides little information on whether this system helps graduate assistants to develop as teachers. The authors of this article assessed graduate assistants’ performance as teachers over three semesters using a system of observation and self-assessment. They analyzed both patterns and areas of growth and discuss the strengths and weaknesses of this system.     

五年制高职学生自主学力形成性评价的探索——以楚雄广播电视大学为例

21世纪，全新的评价体系将替代传统的考试。电大五年制高职生自主学力形成性评价是依据马列主义关于人的发展学说，贯彻素质教育主旨。针对彝族地区职业教育实际，探索改善电大五年制高职学生自主学力的形成性评价，在实践中激励、凸现学生的主体地位，促进其全面、和谐、健康发展。     

对大学学术自由和功利意识之间张力形成的认识

学术自由是大学尤其是研究型大学的“性格”，理所当然地要维护和弘扬。但是，随着经济的发展，尤其在知识经济年代，社会越来越要求大学体现服务功能。于是，在市场化和效益化的社会背景下，大学在发展过程中不可避免地产生了功利意识，从而形成了学术自由和功利意识之间的矛盾和张力。     

高校图书馆纪律建设的问题及对策

本文在总结高校图书馆纪律建设存在问题的基础上 ,提出解决问题的对策。     

Academic socialization,parental educational expectations,and academic self‐efficacy among Latino adolescents

This study examined the direct association between parental educational expectations and adolescents’ academic self‐efficacy, as well as the moderating influence of parental academic socialization messages. Participants were 148 Latino parent–adolescent dyads with the majority of Mexican origin (80.4%). Most of the parent participants were mothers (85.8%). Adolescents were 13 (46%) or 14 (54%) years of age, and 53% identified as female. Adolescents reported their academic self‐efficacy and perceptions of their parents’ educational expectations; parents reported on their academic socialization messages of shame/pressure and effort regarding academics. The results suggest that, after accounting for parents’ level of education and immigrant status, parental educational expectations were positively associated with adolescent academic self‐efficacy. This association was stronger among adolescents whose parents reported transmitting fewer messages of shame/pressure and academic effort. These results point to the importance of nuances in the content and type of academic socialization messages within Latino families.
