七元素调控宏观经济

经济哲学与宏观经济调控方略在经济发展中的重要性显而易见．回顾经济学流派的各种经济政策展示了调控的显著性，在当今国际经济一体化过程中，宏观经济政策的贫乏越加显现出来．创新是首要任务．以宏观经济指标理论，政策性和阶段性的宏观调控策略．宏观经济良性循环三大任务为综合目标的七元素调控宏观经济的数学模型是三率调控宏观经济的进一步深入和细致，我们分析了税收，存款利率，贷款利率，汇率，货币发行量，国债发行量，财政预算七元素与30个宏观经济指标变量间的经验关系，并由此建立粗略的阶段性的效益矩阵作为决策的基础．利用宏观经济指标对经济的贡献率确定加权系数，并建立线性的目标函数并求出离散组合优化值，为中国宏观经济的发展献一点调控策略。供政府部门的决策者参考．     

建构主义学习环境下的化学教学设

对建构主义理论、教学模式、及建构主义学习环境下教学设计的内容与步骤进行了概括和分析。根据建构主义教学设计理论,以“碳的几种单质”为例,采用“抛锚式教学”思路提出了课堂教学设计中如何突出学生的主体地位,创设问题情境,从而实现教学最终目的———意义建构的化学教学设计的具体方案。     

Teaching by Principles:A Case Teaching Plan of ELT

Since the early 20th century, Chinese ELT teachers and researchers have been seeking the best method for ELT. Different methods have been introduced, tried out and found unsatisfactory. In teaching practice, many have come to favor that although no single ELT method can meet all teaching and learning needs, many ELT methods have valuable insights into ELT that should be drawn on. However, teachers need a set of principles to adapt their teaching procedure to the specific circumstances. This paper, through a case teaching plan, presents how to apply varies teaching methods to design teaching plan under the guide of teaching principles.     

语言模因论与英语听力教学

报道一项旨在验证"语言模因论"对英语学习是否有促进作用的教学实验。受试者为35名英语教育专业2009级本科学生。他们在课堂内通过听说等渠道模仿、朗读、背诵和复述《听力教程》中的某些英语听力对话、段落和新闻材料并学习里面的生词和短语以及与之相关的文化背景知识,行动研究的时间为16周。结果表明:所有被试者英语听力理解能力得到了较大的提高,而且促进了师生对英语听力理解过程的反思能力。这说明在进行英语听力训练时,对学生提出模仿、朗读、背诵和复述等学习方法的要求,不仅能有效地促进英语学习,而且提高教学质量。     

Systemic action and learning in public services

Complex, systemic issues continue to challenge public services without respect for organisational and professional boundaries. In practice, collaborative working with others who have differing professional cultural norms and systems confront members with the need to learn about each other's values, priorities and practices. This paper explores the potential of action learning for the development of systemic leadership capabilities within public services. Starting from core principles it is argued that action learning be seen not simply as a small group process for problem-solving or individual development, but as a collective process for inquiring into and taking action on projects and practices within their complex, multi-agent contexts.     

Collaborative research for sustainable learning: the case of developing innovation capabilities at Volvo Cars

This paper aims to make a contribution to the stream of literature on action research by describing a longitudinal collaborative research project which evolved out of a long-term, participation partnership with Volvo Cars. The collaboration was aimed at developing innovation capabilities in the company and accumulating knowledge on how capabilities are developed. The paper provides insights into the design of collaborative research projects to enable mutual, sustainable learning. It draws on key notions in the literature on collaborative management research and action learning, highlighting the research design of the project at Volvo Cars and its relations to action learning. The paper describes how the research design opened the way to establishing a learning system at Volvo Cars while simultaneously generating new scientific knowledge within the area of innovation capabilities. The paper provides rich and detailed data on a collaborative research setting and highlights key aspects related to organizing and undertaking collaborative research.     

Concentric collaboration: a model of leadership development for healthcare organizations

Drawing on their experience in a Midwest healthcare system, the authors propose a model of leadership development through action learning that embraces ‘concentric collaboration’ at its core. The present study suggests that the process of concentric collaboration can serve to strengthen the skills of the individual leader as well as foster collective leadership. Central to the model is the growth and development of the individual leader which extends outward to create connections with others, ultimately increasing the social capital necessary to effect organizational change. This work contributes to the leadership development literature by offering a comprehensive model that includes the process of individual growth as well as collective capacity, organizational factors that support or inhibit this process as well as implications for practice.

以行动导向教学观为指导,从典型工作任务分析出发,确定了职业能力及职业素质目标,详细阐述了教学项目设计、实施、考核的课程设计流程,探讨了高职B/S结构程序开发课程的教学设计和教学实施。     

The Perceptions of Administrators Concerning the One Florida Initiative

The purpose of this study was to discover the perceptions of Florida law school administrators on the impact of the OFI （one Florida initiative） and the addition of two MSI （minority serving institution） law schools on diversity in Florida＇s legal profession. This research explored the impact of Governor Bush＇s EO （executive order） on diversity within the SUS （state university system） of Florida law schools. Further, this study examined the impact of the creation of two MSI law schools after implementation of the OFI, as perceived by the administrators. The concept of CRT （critical race theory） provides modern legal debates outlining the usefulness of historical civil rights policies in opinionated climates. This study will examine the role of CRT in relation to affirmative action and desegregation case law. CRT forms the framework for examining the impact of the creation of two MSI law schools in the state of Florida. In conclusion, this study found that minority representation in law schools has improved in Florida as a result of the OFI as well as the addition of two MSI law schools. Black representation, however, continues to lag behind other races, particularly the Hispanic population. This study concluded that the OFI has helped improve minority representation in the legal profession.
