高职水力学实验室开放实践与探索

根据高职院校的特点及其人才培养目标,建立并实施与之相适应的实训（实验）室开放运行机制。通过浙江同济科技职业学院水力学实验室开放过程的具体实践研究,加强实践育人功能及管理制度完善,成为实训教学完成的保障,不断实践促进实验室开放全面、深入地开展工作。     

Juggling competing activities: academic staff as doctoral candidates

ABSTRACT

This article explores the experiences of a group of established academic staff in New Zealand and the UK, as they undertake a doctorate in their home institutions. Our interest is in how individuals negotiate this dual status from a cultural-historical activity theory (CHAT) stance that explores how rules, tools, community and divisions of labour, and interacting activity systems, shape doctoral experiences. The focus in this article, having analysed their detailed narrative accounts, is on how academics experience three interdependent activity systems: those surrounding the thesis, the institutional context, and the home-life spheres. Issues related to time, workload and supervision issues, variability in collegial support and impact on personal priorities and time emerged. There is a range of particularities – from easy access to resources/supervisors to inflexible institutional regulations – applicable to this group of doctoral candidates. Negotiating life as an academic with concurrent doctoral candidature provides positive outcomes in terms of teaching, research confidence and general personal and professional development. However, a range of difficulties can also be encountered, particularly in relation to personal and professional relationships, and workload management.     

Suggestions for the "Integration in Multiple Certificates" Curriculum System Construction

College course scarcity and time to degree

College students are taking longer to earn baccalaureate degrees now than ever before, but little is known about institutional factors that may contribute to this trend. In this paper we investigate an important institutional constraint—course scarcity—that we hypothesize may be associated with increased time to degree. We employ a unique administrative dataset from a large, moderately selective, public institution and use an instrumental variables approach, identifying off the random registration times assigned to students. Results suggest that course scarcity does not delay students’ graduation. We explore alternative explanations for our findings and discuss a variety of other factors correlated with time to baccalaureate completion.

在这个充满诸多干扰的时代,高校学风普遍存在着一些问题,特别是高职院校。本文在探讨了高职院校学风的主要问题及分析引发其成因的基础上,从辅导员的角度来谈如何改善高职院校学风的几点思考。     

外来术语的引进与学术本土化——以softpower的汉语翻译之争为例

外来术语的引进不仅仅是一个简单的翻译问题。softpower这一术语进入中国之后被翻译为“软实力”、“软权力”和“软力量”，甚至引起了学者间的持久争论。从术语学的角度看，对softpower的翻译违反了术语的单义性和单名性原则，没有充分考虑来源语中该术语的概念体系和目标语中该术语的概念体系，以及这两个概念体系之间的对应。从翻译学的角度看，解构主义给翻译的异化原则提供了理论支持，使译者对来源语术语的忠诚度减弱，自我创作成分增加。从意识形态的视角看，学术本土化为通过术语翻译的方式进行所谓的创新提供了道义支持。     

积极心理教育在高职和谐宿舍建设中的应用

宿舍是高职学生中一种较为特殊的形式,这样一个群体具有＂正式群体＂与＂非正式群体＂两重性。根据这一群体的特点,运用积极心理教育来开展和谐宿舍的建设工作。     

Expanding opportunities to learn to support inclusive education through drama‐enhanced literacy practices

This study examines how the Early Years Educators at Play (EYEPlay) professional development (PD) programme supported inclusive learning settings for all children, including English language learners and students with disabilities. The EYEPlay PD model is a year‐long programme that integrates drama strategies into literacy practices within real‐classroom contexts. Inclusive education refers to ensuring equal opportunities to access and participation in learning activities for all students. Cultural‐historical activity theory was used to understand and unpack the drama practices. Twelve semi‐structured focus group interviews were conducted with 19 preschool teachers. The data were analysed via constant‐comparative and interpretive methods. The study findings showed that EYEPlay PD practices enhanced inclusive learning settings for diverse groups of students by increasing access and expanding opportunities to learn, and supporting a positive learning environment.     

Factors associated with the type of violence perpetrated against adolescents in the state of Pernambuco,Brazil

To analyze the factors associated with the types of violence against adolescents reported in Pernambuco, Brazil, from 2009 to 2012. Prevalence study conducted through an electronic database from the Violence Surveillance Official System in a population of 5259 adolescents (aged 10–19 years). Poisson regression was used, with significance level at 5%. There was a significant increase of 204% in the number of violence reports, and the number of reporting units increased by 92.6%. When separately evaluated, physical violence was the most prevalent type, accounting for 44.7% of the reports. Taking as independent variables the age range of 15–19 years, female, having no disability, and public roads as place of occurrence, the positively and independently associated factors were: male gender (OR 1.5, 95% CI 1.4–1.6) with physical violence; having deficiency (OR 1.7, 95% CI 1.5–2.0) with psychological violence; age range of 10–14 years (PR 2.4, 95% CI 2.2–2.6) with sexual assault; and male (OR 3.9, 95% CI 2.0–7.5), having disabilities (PR 4.6, 95% CI 2.7–9.7), and occurrence in residence (PR 2.8, 95% CI 1.3–6.1) with neglect. Age between 10 to 14 years was associated with the occurrence of sexual assault; male with the occurrence of physical violence and neglect; having disabilities with psychological violence and neglect; and occurrence in the residence was associated with neglect.     

高职专任师资实践能力建设的问题与构想

提升我国高职专任师资的实践能力,不仅关系到高职院校核心竞争能力的培育,更关系到当前社会对高技能人才巨大需求与供给矛盾的化解。针对高职专任师资实践能力薄弱的问题,政府、行业、企业和高职院校在加强高职专任师资实践能力建设上,应创新制度设计、加大经费投入、丰富培训资源、加强培训考核评价,以满足高职教育人才培养质量不断提高的新需要。
