内不愧心,外不负俗——论赵树理对儒家“以道抗势”传统的继承

"以道抗势"是儒家士人的传统,作为知识分子赵树理无论是在现实生活中还是在作品创作都继承了这一传统,他以"现实主义"作为价值本原,以此作为反拨当代以来日益泛滥的左倾思潮的武器。虽然这造成了赵树理以后人生的悲剧命运,但是却在复杂的政治环境中显示了赵树理可贵的知识分子操守,这也是他为后人所敬重的主要原因之一。     

科学范式与西方国际关系学科史的重构

以库恩的“范式”概念及其“科学发展史观”为哲学依据,本文认为整个西方国际关系学科史是一部以现实主义范式所主导的、常规科学研究时期为基础,并间以科学革命阶段的曲线发展史。因此,作为科学的西方国际关系学在不久的将来必将会出现一个主导范式来规范研究,而这一主导范式可能会藉由三种路径得以实现。此外,本文还探讨了处于反常或危机时期的我们这些国际关系研究者的选择与创新之路。

从意义理论看反实在论对实在论的反驳

从意义理论的视角看，实在论与反实在论争论的焦点是语句的真值条件是否是观的超越证实的。反实在论采取了两个策略对实在论发难：一是否定某些论说（例如伦理）的语句不具有真值；二是否认语句有客观的潜在超越证实的真值，为此反实在论提出了三个基于语言理解的反驳。该反驳存在的主要不足是它假定的前提仍需要论证，但它从语言分析入手探究形而上学问题的思路和方法，对我国的哲学研究无疑具有一定的借鉴意义。     

Educational Studies and the Domestication of Utopia

This paper offers a critique of educational real utopias. Real Utopias are experimental forms of thought and practice intended to harness the transgressive force of traditional utopianism while avoiding its associated dangers. The concept has been embraced by the field of educational studies and applied to the study of various educational settings, institutions and processes. This paper does four things. Firstly, it outlines the concept of utopian realism and highlights those aspects that are said to differentiate it from the utopia that supposedly played a role in the human catastrophes of the twentieth century. It then evaluates a selection of educational real utopias to assess whether they can, in fact, be said to have succeeded in the task of harnessing the intellectual force while overcoming the dangers of traditional utopianism. Thirdly, the paper offers a critique of utopian realism, arguing that the concept of utopia has become thoroughly domesticated. Finally, the paper defends the expansive and holistic concept of utopia that utopian realism rejects. The argument here is that only when utopia is understood as a holistic system is it able to produce its most potent pedagogical effects.

Critical realist review: exploring the real,beyond the empirical

This article defines the ‘critical realist review’, a literature-based methodological approach to critical analysis of health care studies (or any discipline charged with social interventions) that is robust, insightful and essential for the complexities of twenty-first century evidence-based health and social care. We argue that this approach, underpinned by a critical realist philosophy and methodology, will facilitate students and researchers to employ relevant theoretical insights from a range of disciplines that have necessary contributions to make to our understanding of health and social care practice and provision. We explore the limitations of randomised controlled trials (RCTs) and the systematic review for informing evidence-based health and social care. The article also offers some suggestions on method, although, as we argue, the approach deliberately eschews a ‘cookbook’ approach. A glossary of terms is provided in the Appendix.
