大学生网上创业模式研究

首先对大学生网上创业的现状进行了分析,然后应用SWOT分析方法,从大学生网上创业的优势、劣势、机会和威胁四个方面对大学生网上创业进行了分析,在此基础上总结了适合大学生网上创业的三种模式,最后对大学生如何进行网上创业进行了总结,并提出了社会相关部门和高校应该支持大学生网上创业。     

Fractional order sliding mode control of a pneumatic position servo system

Gas flow has fractional order dynamics; therefore, it is reasonable to assume that the pneumatic systems with a proportional valve to regulate gas flow have fractional order dynamics as well. There is a hypothesis that the fractional order control has better control performance for this inherent fractional order system, although the model used for fractional controller design is integer order. To test this hypothesis, a fractional order sliding mode controller is proposed to control the pneumatic position servo system, which is based on the exponential reaching law. In this method, the fractional order derivative is introduced into the sliding mode surface. The stability of the controller is proven using Lyapunov theorem. Since the pressure sensor is not required, the control system configuration is simple and inexpensive. The experimental results presented indicate the proposed method has better control performance than the fractional order proportional integral derivative (FPID) controller and some conventional integral order control methods. Points to be noticed here are that the fractional order sliding mode control is superior to the integral order sliding mode counterpart, and the FPID is superior to the corresponding integral order PID, both with optimal parameters. Among all the methods compared, the proposed method achieves the highest tracking accuracy. Moreover, the proposed controller has less chattering in the manipulated variable, the energy consumption of the controller is therefore substantially reduced.

Racism and citizenship education in Northern Ireland

Racist attitudes towards, and attacks on, the minority ethnic populations in Northern Ireland (NI) have increased dramatically over the last number of years. Despite the increased media attention regarding racist attacks, the fallacy that racism is not a major problem in NI is an enduring one. However, there is a growing recognition that minority ethnic communities experience a diverse range of racial harassment. Education is a mode promoted by national and European governments as the vehicle in which anti-racism programmes can be delivered. This article suggests the impending introduction of a statutory citizenship education (CE) component to the revised NI curriculum from September 2007 can play an important role in tackling the high levels of racism being experienced by the minority ethnic population in NI.     

城镇化进程中贵安新区乡村治理问题探析

城市文明是对农村文明的超越和发展,伴随着城镇化的推进,农村在实现自我蜕变的同时,被动地承受着城市文明的浸染。其中,传统的乡村治理模式、思路和措施也开始经受新的挑战和质疑。贵安新区当前的城镇化率还不到40%,新区的城镇化建设将是一个长期的过程,如何实现区域范围内基础薄弱、欠开发、欠发达的农村和农民的城镇化,如何面对城镇化进程中乡村治理出现的新问题、新挑战,必须迅速明确思路,找到切实可行的具体途径。     

西安市基础教育与社会经济协调发展的实证研究

基础教育的发展和社会经济的发展是一个动态演进的过程。以西安市2001-2011年统计年鉴和教育统计公报的数据为基础,构建基础教育与社会经济交互作用下的两个子系统,运用线性加权和法确定两个子系统的综合发展水平,构建协调发展度模型,进而评价基础教育与社会经济发展的协调状况。结果表明：（1）2001-2011年期间,基础教育发展指数平均每年上升0.08个点,社会经济发展指数平均每年上升0.03个点;（2）研究期末协调度为0.993、协调发展度为0.902,协调发展类型为优质协调发展类经济滞后型。西安市在未来的发展中,要加快经济转型升级,大力发展创新型经济,实现西安由教育大市向教育强市的根本性转变,以期达到社会经济和基础教育之间的平衡。     

瑞安市学前儿童体育活动的现状调查

本文以瑞安市学前儿童体育活动的现状为研究对象,运用文献法、调查法、逻辑法等对瑞安市学前儿童体育活动开展现状进行调查。结果显示：瑞安市幼儿体育价值观还是比较全面的,但还没有形成一个统一的认识、明确的体育目标,缺乏统一的活动内容和效果评价标准,幼儿教师培训、学习的机会偏少,缺乏专业的幼儿体育师资人才、体育活动场地不足,器材偏少等问题。针对存在的问题,提出相应的发展对策,旨在为瑞安市学前儿童体育活动提供参考和借鉴。
