关于新世纪师专教育改革与发展的建议

师专教育作为我国师范教育体系的一个层次，在相当一段时间内将独立存在。在新世纪里，师专教育的发展观要变，发展行为要变，发展战略也要变。必须通过内部与外部的改革来实现师专教育的健康发展。本从政策与学校两个层面对师专教育的改革与发展提出了建议。

高等教育与资本市场相互介入的必要性与可行性

高等教育与资本市场的互动关系，是高等教育与经济发展相互关系中的又一新的表现形式。双方能否相互介八，不仅关系到高等教育大众化过程中的资源瓶颈问题，而且也关系到资本市场能否重新活络并找到新的投资亮点的问题。本文对这一新的关系形式从其必要性与可行性等方面进行了较为全面的探讨：首先从资本的定义及资本市场的内涵切入，分析了双方相互介入的重要性与形式，其次在分析和探讨高等教育与资本市场相互介入的必要性与动因的基础上，再进一步探讨高等教育与资本市场双向互动的可行性。     

毛泽东同志的“减负”思想及启示

毛泽东同志在减轻学生负担、关注学生身心健康方面作了大量论述,对新中国成立后的教育发展影响很大。毛泽东同志“减负”思想的基本出发点是要学生生动活泼地、主动地发展,其科学内核包括精简课程设置和教材;反对注入式教学方法,提倡启发式教学方法;改革考试和评价方法。毛泽东同志的“减负”思想,对当前我国教育改革有重要的启示。     

论大学生职业道德基本规范的教育

职业道德基本规范是职业活动中各行各业人们应当共同遵守的职业行为准则。当代大学生存在职业道德基本规范缺失、滑坡的现象,分析其成因是多重的,所造成的危害也是不容忽视的。高等学校可采取营造良好环境、强化教育、增强教育的针对性、注重实践、发挥先进典型的导向和示范作用等有效途径,以充分发挥自身的作用,对大学生进行职业道德基本规范教育。     

南京电大开放教育网上教学现状分析与对策

网上教学工作是开放教育试点项目的中心工作之一，网上教学是实施开放教育课程并保证开放教育质量的关键因素，南京广播电视大学十分重视网上教学工作和网上教学效果研究。文章依据南京电大网上教学检查和网上教学问卷调查结果与分析，从加强网上教学资源建设、完善网上教学支持服务等六个方面。提出了促进网上教学工作的策略与措施。     

The promises and limitations of international comparative research on teacher education

This article revisits methodological perspectives on international comparative research on teacher education (TE). Benefits and problems related to comparative educational research methodology in general are discussed. Further, methodological issues associated with designing and carrying out an international comparative study on TE are addressed using a multi-level study on teacher education in Finland and Norway an as example. Towards the end of the article, the promises and limitations of international comparative research on TE are presented. Important benefits of comparative education on TE include widening the understanding of one’s own and other TE systems as well as gaining an understanding of international trends. However, uncritical use of such research may lead to decontextualised, ahistorical and standardised transfer and development of education and educational policies. The article concludes by urging researchers in the field of international comparative research on teacher education to address the questions: What is being compared? How is context addressed?     

Revealing future research capacity from an analysis of a national database of discipline-coded Australian PhD thesis records

This article reports how statistical analyses of PhD thesis records can reveal future research capacities for disciplines beyond their primary fields. The previous research showed that most theses contributed to and/or used methodologies from more than one discipline. In Australia, there was a concern for declining mathematical teaching and research capacity. We decided to investigate the ‘hidden’ mathematics research capacity in PhDs outside of mathematics. Australian PhD records were re-coded with up to three fields. Records with mathematics as one of their codes were selected and analysed for their relationships to disciplines in their other codes. Triple-coding revealed ‘hidden’ mathematical research capacity that had previously been single-coded in another field had mathematics as one of their subsequent fields. Our findings have implications for policy and planning for mathematics in Australia, and multiple coding of PhD theses records enables analyses for other disciplines to be undertaken to show their research capacities.     

Art and Design Education in the Ecology of Care

In the light of challenges arising from contemporary issues such as inclusivity, sustainability and justice, the connections between art, design and caring appears to be pertinent. What role can artists and designers play in the ecology of care? How can we lead art and design students to connect and lend their creative skills to care needs? Drawing on the ethics of care and a relational view on health this article highlights the various teaching approaches and initiatives introduced at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, to support and guide students to realise various art and design for health and wellbeing projects that provide opportunities for students to part take in ecology of care using their creative skills. Although creative explorations at the intersection of art, design and caring is still at an early stage, outcomes from this ongoing effort have been encouraging in response to the shifting social needs to create a more inclusive and flourishing society in Singapore.     

浅谈如何提高学生使用E-learning平台进行互动学习的积极性

E-learning平台作为一个方便易用、功能全面的教学互动平台,已经在越来越多的高校中得到了广泛使用,但是如何发挥好该平台的互动功能,提高学生进行互动学习的积极性,一直是平台使用过程中的难点。本文笔者将自己多年使用E-learning平台进行互动教学的经验进行了总结,从"重视度的提升、习惯的养成、榜样的力量和角色的转换"这几个方面详细阐述了如何调动学生的积极性,让学生主动使用E-learning平台进行学习。
