草食畜牧业乳肉功能性产品发展的战略思考

我国畜牧业历经40余年快速增长,科技创新要素和全面小康社会新发展理念"双轮驱动"畜牧业步入由数量规模型向质量安全型转型发展的新阶段。发展动物功能性产品是畜牧业转型升级和高质量发展的重要突破口。文章在分析国内畜牧业行业和国内外草食畜牧业功能性动物产品发展现状的基础上,剖析了我国草食畜牧业乳肉功能性产品研究的前沿科学和技术问题,同时围绕生物技术(遗传改良与生物合成)和非生物技术(饲养管理)对目前草食家畜乳肉功能性产品研发方面的实践探索做了简要介绍;以期在国家相关产业发展战略层面,针对不同生态区域特点和消费需求,加大草食畜牧业高质量转型和乳肉功能性产品研发与产业化的支持力度,不断夯实草食畜牧业乳肉功能性产品调控理论和技术。唯如此则对于引导草食畜牧业可持续发展和消费者健康膳食,以及我国畜牧业新发展格局形成具有重要的战略意义。     

英汉动物词文化内涵差异研究

词汇是语言三大系统中最活跃的部分,也最能体现文化的独特魅力和内涵。由于英汉两种语言环境的不同,一些常用词及其文化内涵截然不同,这一差异必然给我们掌握词汇的真正含义带来一定的困难。文章从审美角度结合实例对比分析了英汉词汇中最典型的动物词的文化差异,根据审美价值取向角度的不同,阐述了英汉语言中同一动物词的不同甚至相反的涵义,总结了进行英汉动物词对比研究的重要意义。     

茶多酚补充对游泳大鼠脂肪代谢的影响及机理研究

目的:以游泳大鼠为研究对象,通过检测其补充茶多酚过程中身体成分和脂肪代谢的变化,探讨茶多酚补充对游泳大鼠脂肪代谢的影响及机理.方法:将雄性Wistar大鼠40只随机分为4组(安慰剂对照组、运动对照组、补充茶多酚对照组和补充茶多酚运动组).采用沉淀法测定大鼠血清LDL-C和HDL-C水平;酶法测定血清TC和TG;比色法测定血清LPS、LPL和HL.结果:4周茶多酚补充可明显减缓游泳大鼠体重和体脂增长速度,明显降低大鼠血清TC水平及游泳大鼠血清LDL-C水平.同时,茶多酚补充可明显提高游泳大鼠血清LPL含量,并一定程度地降低其血清HL水平.结论:茶多酚补充可在一定程度上减慢游泳大鼠体重和体脂的增长速度,加快其能量代谢速度;可能会通过影响游泳大鼠脂肪代谢相关调控酶水平,使其血脂水平下降,进而影响其脂肪代谢过程.

ABSTRACT

This article provides new insight into the modernization of the monarchy after the First World War by exploring how George VI promoted fitness and outdoor recreation during the interwar years. Sport functioned as a site of cross-class male bonding which formed part of a wider strategy by the monarchy to strengthen social cohesion. The new royal charities raised substantial funds, and they established a national fitness movement during the 1930s which was supported by the National Government, Labour leaders and the Trades Union Congress, but eschewed extremes on both left and right.     

‘Bloodhounds as Detectives’

ABSTRACT

This article explores the nineteenth-century origins of the sniffer dog in one of the most notorious homicide investigations in British history, focusing on Scotland Yard's attempts to use the reputed olfactory powers of pure-bred English bloodhounds in the hunt for London's East End serial murderer Jack the Ripper in 1888. This episode has been historiographically overlooked in part because the dogs were never actually deployed. However, the failure to unleash dogs on the Ripper's trail turns out to be critically significant, opening up a space through which the historical contingencies and social meanings of dog-breeding and training practices can be explored and scrutinized. As a crime-solving tool, utilized for the purpose of investigating metropolitan crime, canine detection posed distinct problems. Proponents of bloodhound detection had to contend with various cultural, material and practical challenges, in order to guarantee the canines as reliable hunters in an environment that was contaminated by slum odour.     

The Power and Function of Images in Northern Europe During the Migration Period

ABSTRACT

In the fifth and early sixth centuries, numerous objects in northern Europe were decorated in a particularly consistent visual style (‘Germanic Animal Style I’). This article argues that we should treat these images not simply as representations of cultural notions, but as an active part in the process of creating a shared elite identity, formed during a particular period of historical crisis.

The architecture of archives: Whose form, what functions?

This article examines theclaim that, through its overt symbolicmessaging, the Gatineau Preservation Centre,opened by the National Archives of Canada in1997, embodies a perfect transparency betweenfunction and form, with the shape of the placebeing derived seamlessly from the needs of thearchival work done there, and the proof beingin the exposure of all the elements to view. It reveals the undercurrents of contendingoppositions to this claim, both in thesubversive, Mannerist, or impure architectural eccentricities designed into thestructure, and in the embodiment of archivalnarratives whose symbolism is challenged byunacknowledged resistances. While the buildingis clearly inspired by Modernist andEnlightenment orientations, such as theambition to preserve unchanged a universal,transcendent historical authenticity, thesediverse resistances buried in it aremanifested, for example, in the contest of maleversus female structural elements, and inthe authority of the monumental and exposed setagainst the seduction of the varied and secret. Most importantly, the absorption of the bodyboth metaphorically and physically into themany disciplines of the place unconsciouslycalls into question the building's self-imageas the epitome of a liberal-humanist andobjective-scientific activity; it reflectsinstead the destabilizing plays and displays ofpower which are increasingly seen to form theindeterminate field of the archival pursuit.     

游泳运动和增龄对小鼠雌二醇和骨组织雌激素受体表达的影响

目的:观察游泳运动和增龄对小鼠雌二醇和骨组织雌激素受体表达的影响。方法:ICR小鼠随机分为2月龄对照组(C_0)、10月龄基础对照组(C_1)、10月龄安静对照组(C_2)、10月龄每日运动组(S_1)和10月龄隔日运动组(S_2)。12周后对小鼠血清雌二醇和骨组织雌激素受体的表达进行测试。结果:1)随龄增加血清雌二醇E_2浓度出现上升,其中C_1和C_2组显著高于C_0组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。运动对血清E_2浓度的影响表现为S_1和S_2组均显著高于C_0、C_1和C_2组(均为P<0.01),同时S_1组略高于S_2组。2)随龄增加ER阳性细胞数的表达显著下降,其中C_1和C_2组显著低于C_0组(均为P<0.01)。运动使S_1和S_2组ER阳性表达数增加,但仍低于C_0组(P>0.05,P<0.01),显著高于C_2组(P<0.01,P<0.01)和C_1组。S_1与S_2组相比,S_1组表达较高。结论:随龄增加小鼠血清雌二醇含量和骨组织ER表达下降,运动能改善内分泌功能,促使雌激素含量和ER表达增加,提示对延缓骨丢失有益。     

机械牵拉刺激对大鼠骨骼肌卫星细胞增殖的影响

目的：探讨机械拉伸刺激对骨骼肌卫星细胞增殖能力的影响。方法：通过Flexercell细胞拉伸力学装置对骨骼肌卫星细胞施加5％、15％和25％拉伸应变加载实验，用CCK-8法检测细胞受机械刺激后的增殖变化，采用BCA蛋白测定试剂盒测定细胞总蛋白含量。结果：骨骼肌卫星细胞受机械张力刺激后，发现卫星细胞增殖能力增强，蛋白含量增加，其中，15％拉伸应变率的促增殖与对照组有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：机械刺激可以促进体外卫星细胞的增殖能力，细胞增殖能力与细胞所受刺激的负荷大小有关。
