文艺理论研究的多元探索——中外文艺理论学会第十届年会及学术研讨会侧记

中国中外文艺理论学会第十届年会围绕文学基础理论研究的困境与出路、中外文论交流与当代文化建设、本土文艺理论建设的意义与途径、文化研究中的美学问题、媒介研究与网媒文学的价值取向等议题,展开了多层次且富有成效的阐释与讨论。     

一种上市企业风险披露量化方法

[目的/意义]以一种更完善的测度方法度量上市企业年报文本中披露的风险信息。[方法/过程]文章以百科词典为基础词库,最大限度地抽取出上市企业年报风险文本中的实体词,使用文本向量化的方法将实体词转化为风险向量,对企业年报风险文本中包含的风险信息进行度量,以信息含量值量化企业年报中所包含的特有风险信息。[结果/结论]通过对市场层面、行业层面的风险信息含量进行分析,得出不同行业或企业风险信息披露的水平。     

科技报告委托方著作权问题分析

介绍科技报告所涉及的工业产权与著作权种类,论述科技报告合作作品、职务作品、委托作品的三重作 品性质,着重分析科技报告著作权的诞生、转移、归属状况。文章得出科技报告著作权在项目合同书中无另行约定的 情况下,归属项目承担单位的结论。这种著作权归属不利于国家科技报告制度的建设,在阐明了国家对科技报告著作 权的需求后,文章提出国家合理取得科技报告著作权的方式,认为国家应该与项目承担单位约定对科技报告取得排他 许可授权。     

试论体育新闻报道的二律背反现象

立足当前体育新闻报道发展的实践,详细分析了体育新闻报道中的二律背反(即专业化和去专业化并存)现象及其产生的原因。此基础之上,还针对当前体育新闻报道存在的误区进行了探讨,以期为当前中国体育新闻报道实践提供一定的指导。     

敦煌绿洲1955 年至2010 年胡杨年生长季对气候变化的响应

利用敦煌绿洲气象站1955年-2010年日平均气温资料,采用气候倾向率、Mann-Kendall检验、相关分析及Morlet小波功率谱等方法分析了研究区胡杨生长季对全球气候变化的响应。结果表明：近56a来,研究区胡杨年生长季有开始日提前,终止日推后,年生长季天数延长的趋势;展叶始日有提前趋势,叶黄初日有推后趋势。胡杨生长季开始日、展叶始日分别与3月和4月平均气温呈负相关关系,胡杨生长季终止日、生长期天数及叶黄初日分别与10月、3月-11月及8月-9月平均气温呈正相关关系。胡杨生长季开始日、终止日、生长季天数、展叶期及叶黄初日均具有多个突变,存在3.77~8.33a的短尺度周期,这反映出研究区胡杨生长季对气候变化响应十分敏感。

本文分析了如何及时、客观、深刻地对农村民生报道问题。     

Negation recognition in medical narrative reports

Substantial medical data, such as discharge summaries and operative reports are stored in electronic textual form. Databases containing free-text clinical narratives reports often need to be retrieved to find relevant information for clinical and research purposes. The context of negation, a negative finding, is of special importance, since many of the most frequently described findings are such. When searching free-text narratives for patients with a certain medical condition, if negation is not taken into account, many of the documents retrieved will be irrelevant. Hence, negation is a major source of poor precision in medical information retrieval systems. Previous research has shown that negated findings may be difficult to identify if the words implying negations (negation signals) are more than a few words away from them. We present a new pattern learning method for automatic identification of negative context in clinical narratives reports. We compare the new algorithm to previous methods proposed for the same task, and show its advantages: accuracy improvement compared to other machine learning methods, and much faster than manual knowledge engineering techniques with matching accuracy. The new algorithm can be applied also to further context identification and information extraction tasks.

Learning under conditions of hierarchy and discipline: the case of the German Army, 1939–1940

To survive in and adapt to dynamic, turbulent, and complex environments, organizations need to engage in learning. This truism is particularly relevant for army organizations in times of war and armed conflict. In this article a case of army operations during World War II is analyzed on the basis of ?rtenblad’s integrated model of the learning organization and Argyris and Schön’s theory of action approach. Among others, it is found that survival of and adaptation to combat conditions is possible through single-loop learning, provided that this learning takes place in an open and productive learning climate. This and other conclusions have important implications for theory and practice of organizational learning under conditions of hierarchy and discipline.     

找个好理由——从教学现场看“好诗”

论文透过现代诗的教学经验,了解学生对诗的喜好,并由此思考什么是＂好诗＂。依据学生对白灵主编《九十一年诗选》的讨论稿以及本人＂现代女诗人作品选＂的课程响应,可知学生喜爱的作品有四个特点：一,文字浅显可读,简洁顺畅,较易吸引学生阅读;二,题材、主题可亲近,较易引起经验上的共鸣;三,以抒情为主,表达亲情或爱情的作品,学生最易进入诗境;四,具有象征性、思考性的诗,可以让不喜风花雪月的学生,从知性的角度去欣赏诗。
