语言的变迁是受多种因素影响而形成的,其中语音的变换也可能是遵循一定规律的.从语音的变迁入手,探讨格林定律到维尔纳定律的转化过程,可为英语语音的变化规律以及“无例外的音变规则”的探索做些尝试.

木铎金声是儒家对教师的一种文化想象和价值推断,阐明了古代教师的基本操守和意境。家国情怀是教师的人生意境,孔颜乐处是教师的学术意境,有教无类是教师的教育意境,诲人不倦是教师的教学意境,切磋琢磨是教师的创新意境。实行合理的教育治理,放松对教育的行政干预,回归儒家的教师意境,使教师能够自由地发出木铎金声,可以为中国教育的复兴辟出一条蹊径。     

从语言民族性角度谈汉语俚语欠额翻译

汉语俚语作为民族语言的基本构成之一,其形式和内容无不体现出语言的民族性特征。然而,这些民族性特征却在跨文化交际中受到不同程度的抹杀,出现欠额翻译现象。本研究基于《骆驼祥子》中抽取的535例汉语俚语及其对应的四种译文,拟从体现语言民族性的语音、修辞两方面,具体从儿化音、复迭手法入手进行频次统计与分析,探讨汉语俚语英译过程中在音、形上出现的欠额翻译现象。经分析后指出欠额翻译的成因不仅在于语言自身与文化的差异造成的不可译性,也在于非语言因素如人为因素、社会因素的共同参与。     

从“三美”角度看《红楼梦》中《好了歌》的两个译本

“三美论”是著名翻译家许渊冲先生提出的翻译标准,主要用于诗歌翻译。《红楼梦》是中国古典小说艺术的集大成者,是中国小说的巅峰。其中文采斐然的诗词韵文集中体现了这部作品的艺术性与文学性,但也给《红楼梦》的翻译增加了很多难度。该文将结合“三美论”来分析杨宪益、戴乃迭夫妇和霍克思和闵福德译本中关于《好了歌》的翻译。     

Largest Silurian Vertebrate Discovered from Yunnan,China

<正>An apparent absence of Silurian fishes more than half-a-metre in length has been viewed as evidence that gnathostomes(jawed vertebrates)were restricted in size and diversity prior to the Devonian.A team led by Professor ZHU Min,Institute of Vertebrate Paleontology and Paleoanthropology(IVPP)of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has unearthed a bony fi sh with an estimated length of about 1 meter from the Silurian Kuanti Formation in Yunnan Province of southwestern China,revealing that pre-Devonian gnathostomes could attain comparatively large sizes.The study published on June 12 in the journal of Scientifi c Reports adds

通过对<韵镜>列字的考察,可以得出其声母共有四十二类,与七八世纪佛经音义反映的声母系统极为一致.这可能是向我们透露了一个重要信息:<韵镜>反映的是中唐甚至是更早时期的汉语语音系统,其成书年代亦当在七八世纪甚至更早.     

Listening differently: A pedagogy for expanded listening

Mainstream education promotes a narrow conception of listening, centred on the reception and comprehension of human meanings. As such, it is ill‐equipped to hear how sound propagates affects, generates atmospheres, shapes environments and enacts power. Yet these aspects of sound are vital to how education functions. We therefore argue that there is a need to expand listening in education, and suggest that listening walks could provide a pedagogy for this purpose. Using interview data in which early years practitioners reflect on a listening walk, we show how the method can: (i) produce heightened multisensory experiences of spaces; (ii) generate forms of difficulty and discomfort that produce new learning; and (iii) influence practice, particularly practitioners’ ability to empathise with young children. Listening walks function by disrupting everyday sensory habits, provoking listeners to listen anew to their own listening, in an open‐ended way that is not tied to predetermined learning outcomes. The method therefore has wider pedagogic potential for rethinking education and childhood beyond rationality, representation and meaning.     

一种有毒有害气体浓度监测系统的研究

本文提出了一种新型的监测有毒有害气体浓度的系统,阐述了系统的硬件设计及选型.系统可以检测出空气中硫化氢气体的浓度,并且当测量值超出预设报警限时可以发出声光报警信号,提示现场工作人员采取紧急措施,减小中毒事故的发生率.实践证明,系统可靠性好,能满足不同场合监测有毒有害气体浓度的需要,具有一定的实用性和社会推广价值.
