改革开放以来农村社区认同消解之逻辑

改革开放以来,我国农村社区认同总体趋向消解。它跟生产方式的变化、农民内部的分化、传统婚姻家庭的解体、城市化的快速推进、现代信息技术的发展、现代性＂下乡＂、国家基层治理转型不无关联。这些变化、发展都是国家所推进的现代化工程的重要部分,对于其积极性意义已有过多的论述,然而对其给农村社会发展所造成的副作用却估计不足,突出表现在农村社区认同的变迁上。     

科研事业单位技术类无形资产入股问题探析

当前科研机构和高校在技术入股时,存在技术入股审批程序复杂,强制性技术入股评估作价不尽合理,技术入股未获得收益即征所得税,一些股权激励的措施存在落实难等问题。在国际经验借鉴的基础上,建议国家从立法层面确定技术入股的管理制度、优化相关制度流程、完善技术类无形资产定价机制。     

民众对城市地标感知和认可的实证研究——以广东省惠州市为例

从民众感知和认可的角度以惠州市为例对城市地标的塑造进行实证研究。通过发放470份问卷,在可信度分析的基础上,运用多重响应分析方法和交叉分析方法对数据进行分析,总结出城市地标塑造的民众感知与认可标准,即满足民众文化需求且融入民众生活。因此,关注内涵比关注类型更重要。     

Outsourcing Copy Cataloging at Adelphi University Libraries

ABSTRACT

Adelphi University Libraries contracted to outsource copy cataloging and physical processing with Blackwell's Book Services in 1995. Since May 1996, 17,000 shelf-ready titles and over 16,000 catalog records have been received and loaded to our Innovative Interfaces OPAC. Costs, implementation, workflow, and benefits are discussed in this article. The outsourcing program, although hampered by staff shortages in the Libraries, has been highly successful in achieving enhanced cataloging and improved processing at reasonable costs.     

“升本”对民办高职院校发展的影响——以南昌理工学院为例

生源是民办高校发展的生命线.民办高校的招生受诸多因素影响,如高中毕业生人数、区位优势、宣传力度、营销策略、国家政策等,但对于同一时期同一所民办高校而言,这些因素的影响作用有限.对南昌理工学院实际案例的调研表明,升本对民办高职院校招生的顺利进行、科研成果的稳步开展、社会认可度的不断提高具有显著影响.     

The 2018 Guidelines for Initial IFT Approval of undergraduate food science and food technology programs

IFT Approval of undergraduate food science and technology programs has continued to evolve since its inception in the 1960s. This report provides rationale and outlines key changes in the latest revisions of the IFT Approval Guidelines that were approved by the IFT Board of Directors in 2018. The 2018 Guidelines retained the previously established outcomes‐based assessment model, but includes changes to Program Goals, redefined Standards, and measurable Essential Learning Outcomes. In addition, this report describes a new online submission platform. The report also provides insights into the training and review systems employed by the Higher Education Review Board.     

Parental requests for evaluation and authorities’ responses: issues of accord

The present study investigated the reasons of parents request for the initial evaluation to determine their children’s special educational needs (SEN) and the state authorities’ response in the Greek educational system. For the needs of the present study, 250 case files were randomly selected from a state Centre for Differential Diagnosis and Support, which is responsible for the identification, evaluation and intervention for students with SEN. Various data were recorded, such as parental reason for requesting the evaluation, the official designation for each case, whether the parent accepted the evaluation results and whether any individualised intervention plan or other recommendations were specified. The analysis suggested that most cases involved students with learning disabilities, although a certain degree of disagreement in the classification of students was observed. For the majority of cases, parents accepted the official diagnosis; however, the state centre did not offer an intervention plan to benefit the students in the majority of the cases. Implications based on the present study findings are considered.

电视选秀作为大众文化现象,其背后隐藏的力量是媒体、大众文化的催化剂——广告和大众文化的消费群体,从中可以看出大众文化在媒体追逐技术更新和利润的操作下,并通过广告的魔力将大众完全掌控,而大众在广告的诱导下参与大众文化消费,并以此实现自我认同和从自我认同到社会认同的转变。
