基于海洋生物认知的专项信息系统设计与实现

根据图书馆拓宽专项服务业务，展开对海洋生物知识普及的需求，在研究海洋生物分类的基础上，应用数据库设计中概念设计和逻辑设计的理论基础和具体技术，提出了以海洋生物图像信息处理为主的系统组织方式，着重探讨了数据访问接口的相关技术及海洋生物图片检索的方法。     

The Concept of Record in Interactive, Experiential and Dynamic Environments: the View of InterPARES*

This article presents the concept of electronic record as articulated by the first phase of the InterPARES (International research on Permanent Authentic Records in Electronic Systems) Project (1999–2001) and discusses it in light of the findings of the second phase of the Project (2002–2006). While InterPARES 1 focused on records produced and/or maintained in databases and document management systems, InterPARES 2 examined records produced and/or maintained in interactive, experiential and dynamic environments. The authors describe the characteristics of these environments and of the entities found in them in the course of case studies conducted on systems used for carrying out artistic, scientific and e-government activities, and propose the new concept of record that InterPARES 2 is eleborating, which expands on that formulated by InterPARES 1.The authors would like to thank InterPARES 2 research assistant Randy Preston for his careful editing and constructive criticisms. Some of his suggestions have been incorporated in the text of this article.

数字信息资源的基础管理性元数据初探

论文提出管理性元数据是元数据在信息资源管理层面上的拓展.对管理性元数据的研究应从信息资源管理的总体来把握其特征,信息资源生命周期的基础管理环节为完整地理解、全面地把握、切实地研究管理性元数据提供了符合实际需求的切入点.论文还提出基础管理性元数据的研究将在信息资源管理层面推进信息资源的共建、共享、共管.     

重庆五校土木类专业艺术教育现状调查研究

土木类专业实施艺术教育具有非常重要的意义。为了对土木类专业的艺术教育现状进行深入的分析和研究,进一步推进艺术教育的发展,采用问卷调查、访谈等方法,选取重庆市5所设有土木类专业的院校进行调查研究。结果显示,重庆市高校土木类专业的艺术教育在课程设置、艺术活动的开展、师资力量等方面都存在问题,限制了艺术教育的健康发展,最后提出了加强土木类专业艺术教育的对策与建议。     

The Ephemeral,the Essential and the Material in the Conservation of Contemporary Art: Decision-Making for the Conservation of a Work of Art Made with Butterfly Wings

This article presents the intervention process carried out on a work of art created by artist Yolanda Gutiérrez Acosta, using a series of ephemeral materials such as butterfly wings and agave thorns. The work, an installation from 2002, is entitled ‘Efímeras’ (‘Ephemera’) and consists of 12 flowers mounted on acetate sheets and attached to the same with vinyl acetate copolymers and acrylic acid esters (Mowilith®). These flowers are installed on the floor in a bed of dried flowers. The conservation of contemporary art can lead to some previously unimaginable problems for restorers. Current works of art are somewhat material in nature, but they also have a conceptual dimension that is essential for their artistic interpretation. The artist’s participation in the decision-making process prior to the restoration was quite useful. The passage of time, its effect on the work, and the need to understand the possibility of the demise and destruction of the work were implicit as of the onset of its creation, such that, according to the artist, we are forced to reflect upon the possibilities of its future state.     

Disciplined freedom,branded authenticity,and dependable independence: how tensions enact flexibility in lifestyle blogging careers

Analyzing 219 blog posts from 52 self-employed women lifestyle bloggers in North America, this study shows how these digital professionals navigate tensions and communicatively constitute work flexibility. In their narratives, women bloggers employed tension management approaches such as reframing, continual connections, and reflective practice in response to tensions in enacting temporal–spatial, identity, and financial flexibility. Specifically, women followed oxymoronic constructions – disciplined freedom, branded authenticity, and dependable independence – to embrace and transform competing poles of fluidity?structure, authenticity?marketability, and independence?interconnection. Expanding work–life research to the self-employed digital labor context, this study responds to recent calls to uncover more-than tension management strategies in empirical settings and contributes to a tension-centered, contextual, and processual analysis of workplace flexibility construction.     

试析当代中国老年人生死观与生死态度之矛盾及其解决途径

当代中国老年人在生死观上表现为不怕死,而当真正面临死亡时,又呈现出恐惧的一面。此生死观和生死态度之矛盾的产生,有其深刻的时代和社会原因。解决老年人生死观和生死态度之矛盾,一是要突破人们对死亡的避讳,二是避免用革命英雄主义生死观看待自然死亡,三是要对老年人进行生命教育,提升其对生命和死亡的认识。     

道德教育的期待:人之自我超越

自我超越是人的生存本性。生活意义的超越是自我超越的基本涵义。自我超越的可能存在于人的两重化结构之中。引导人的自我超越是教育的根本使命。"我可能是什么"是教育要促使人永远向自己提出的问题。良心的召回是当代教育所面对的历史重任。     

对军事院校大学语文教学的思考

本文从军事院校大学语文课实施过程中所遭遇的一些尴尬现象入手,针对军校学员培养的特点,从"人文科学性"和"非工具性"的角度对大学语文课的定位进行了分析。
