实践教学环节的质量评价体系平台的研究

高职高专院校实践教学环节是高职高专教学中的一个非常重要的组成部分 ,它直接关系到能否实现高职高专教育人才培养目标。目前大多数高职高专院校对实践教学环节开始重视 ,但对实践教学环节质量的考核、评价还停留在原来的评价手段和方法上。本文是立足高职高专教育的人才培养目标 ,构建高职高专实践教学环节的质量评价的新平台。通过质量评价体系评价 ,客观、公正、科学、合理的评价学生的实践技能 ,同时改变那些不符合要求的实践技能培养模式     

中外足球裁判员管理现状、体制及对策的比较研究

通过献资料法、查询法、分析和综合法对世界足球强国职业足球比赛裁判员的管理体制与中国职业足球比赛裁判员的管理现状及存在的主要问题进行了分析、比较和论述，就中国借鉴国外足球强国对裁判的管理方法和经验，制定适合我国职业足球比赛的裁判员管理体制，保障我国职业足球比赛裁判队伍的公正和纯洁，促进我国职业足球运动的健康发展提出了合理化建议。

章对并校后图书馆图书采访工作的现状作了具体的分析，并对新形势下图书采访工作如何应对提出切实可行的举措。

自十一届三中全会以来,中国的政治发生了巨大变化,实现了个人集权向集体集权的转变,实现了国家政治生活的正常化以及政坛上新老集体的稳定过渡,建立建全了各项民主制度;实现了一定程度的分权和党政分开.总之,中国的政治发展在二十年来取得了重大的进步.在这些重大进步的背后,邓小平同志做出了卓越的理论探索与实践贡献.     

Interactive Storytelling: From the Book of Genesis

Keith Park, advisory teacher for Sense (the National Deafblind Rubella Association) in Greenwich and Lewisham, London, has written about his approach to interactive storytelling for BJSE before. This article describes a series of poetry workshops based on chapters 37 to 45 of the Book of Genesis (the story of Joseph and his family) using the text of the King James Bible of 1611. The workshops took place at Charlton School in Greenwich between September and November 2002. The full text of the Genesis workshops, with a clear exposition of their implementation, is provided here but the article begins with a restatement of the principles of interactive storytelling. The importance of developing curriculum access for pupils with multi-sensory impairments while simultaneously supporting staff who work with these young people in schools is emphasised. Keith Park discusses the relevance of the circle concept in storytelling and the strong focus, in the poetry workshops, on rhythm. He goes on to evaluate the impact of the workshops, both in terms of staff confidence and through examples of the pupils' responses mapped against the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) framework for recognising the attainments of pupils with learning difficulties. The article concludes with some indications of further developments in this exciting and innovative area of practice.     

The impact of digital technology on archival science

Archival science is to be regarded as a system. The properties of that system can be investigated and integrated. The methodology to do so has been tested in two research projects which are presented in this article as examples of the way in which the view of archival science as a system supports the development of new knowledge and as a demonstration of the stability of archival theory. This article presupposes that the archival discipline is also a “science”. Many have argued against the idea on the basis of a common perception that a science is a type of study entirely objective by virtue of the rigorous manner in which it is carried out and the restricted range of topics to which it applies. In fact, the activity of science is based upon a complex framework of assumptions that make it possible for the landscape of the scientific endeavour to be redrawn over time, and, while striving towards objectivity, considers it to be an unattainable ideal.

安全保护系统是石油化工生产系统中的关键装备.笔者以可靠性研究为基础,建立单元或冗余配置安全保护系统可用度、故障率计算模型，并对DCS和ESD系统单元和冗余配置的安全保护系统进行了比较和分析。     

我国竞技体育后备人才培养问题的理论探讨

伴随着经济一体化进程,我国竞技体育后备人才的培养受投资主体单一及竞赛制度的制约,各省市之间各自为政、封闭的后备人才培养体系效益较低。应该以国家“奥运战略”为目标,加强各省市体育后备人才培养合作,以发挥比较优势并提升整体竞争优势,为国家培养更多的高水平竞技体育后备人才。     

对我国宏观经济地带及综合经济区划分的思考

从科学发展观的内涵和全面建设小康社会的目标来看,我国“七五”确定的三大宏观经济地带和“九五”划分的7大综合经济区已难以适应新形势下统筹区域发展的要求。文章在介绍了“完整的区域经济体系”的基础上,提出了我国新三大宏观经济地带及10大综合经济区的划分方案,并给出了新三大宏观经济地带的发展对策。
