郭沫若早期诗学与与西方文艺美学思潮（二题）

文章运用比较诗学的方法，对郭沫若早期诗学与弗洛伊德精神分析美论和柏格森生命美学的影响／接受关系进行了讨论。文章认为，郭沫若早期对这两种思潮的接受都不是照单全收的，由于时代(现实)与文化传统的制约，再加上西方不同思潮的交叉影响，这两种思潮在郭沫若那里均已发生了这样那样的改变，这种改变隐含了诗学建构的某些规律性现象。文章以郭沫若早期对上述两种思潮的接受为个案，探讨的其实是一种新型诗学何以建构的问题。     

Meaning in Life in College Students: Implications for College Counselors

The authors examined the relationship between meaning in life and college adjustment in a sample of 96 college students. In line with previous research on meaning in life and positive psychosocial functioning measures, presence of meaning was positively correlated with adjustment, whereas searching for meaning was negatively correlated with adjustment. However, the degree to which students were actively searching for meaning moderated the relationship between presence of meaning and adjustment. Recommendations for college counseling services are discussed.     

Stress,Adaptive Coping,and Life Satisfaction

The authors examined the relationship between stress, adaptive coping, and life satisfaction among college students who reported having a friend or family member with eating disorder symptomatology. A hierarchical regression confirmed the study's hypotheses. Higher stress was linked with less life satisfaction. After stress was controlled, plan coping had a beneficial influence on life satisfaction. College counselors can use these findings when choosing interventions for clients who are close to someone with an eating disorder.     

Attitudes toward Dual Language Immersion Programs in China

With the development of economy and the English learning reform in China,the role of English has increased than ever before.Dual language immersion(DLI)programs,as a new way to offer both languages and content instructions,will gradually take place of traditional English learning and become a new tendency in China.The attitudes of related groups toward the DLI programs are very important to its further development.This paper will first give a brief introduction to the current situation in China,and then analyze the attitude toward DLI programs,includingones of students,teachers and administrators,to find out problems existing in current DLI programs.     

In the hearts and minds of employees: A model of pre-adoptive appraisal toward artificial intelligence in organizations

Organizations face increasing pressure to implement artificial intelligence (AI) within a variety of business processes and functions. Many perceived benefits surround AI, but a considerable amount of trepidation also exists because of the potential of AI to replace human employees and dehumanize work. Questions regarding the future of work in the age of AI are particularly salient in pre-adoption organizations, before employees have the opportunity to gain direct experience with AI. To cope with this potentially stressful situation, employees engage in cognitive appraisal processes based on their own knowledge and personal use of AI. These pre-adoptive appraisals of AI influence both affective and cognitive attitudes, which in turn trigger behavioral responses that influence an organization’s ability to leverage AI successfully. Our survey of 363 Taiwanese employees shows that perceptions of AI’s operational and cognitive capabilities are positively related to affective and cognitive attitudes toward AI, while concerns regarding AI have a negative relationship with affective attitude only. Interaction effects of employee knowledge and affective attitude are also observed. This work’s main contribution lies in the development of an empirically-tested model of the potential impact of AI on organizations from an employee perspective in the pre-adoption phase. These results have practical implications for how organizations prepare for the arrival of this transformative technology.     

军人企业家领导特质研究——以万科集团总经理王石为例

全球众多成功的知名企业家中有很多都是军人出身,因而有人评论说世界上最大最优秀的商学院不是哈佛,不是斯坦福,而是西点军校。为此,本文首先运用文献分析法,探讨了军旅生活塑造了军人哪些独特的品质;采用案例分析法,对万科集团总经理王石的个案进行了深入分析。研究发现,军队造就了军人企业家与众不同的特质,而这些特质又很大程度上影响了他们的经营决策,进而帮助这些企业家领导企业走向成功。     

生命关怀：赋予小学生人格养成生长的力量——生命关怀下小学生人格养成教育的整体建构研究

开展扎实有效的人格养成教育的序列研究,是江阴市晨光实验小学从＂八五＂到＂十二五＂课题实施的轨迹。文章在简要解读课题的内涵,回顾近20年的研究历程,以及探寻课题研究价值的基础上,从生活指导、社团活动、课堂教学三个维度对操作实施进行了具体的阐释,旨在促进学生形成积极的人生态度,培养健康的审美情趣,养成自主的学习能力。     

Taking charge and letting go: exploring the ways a Transition to Adulthood project for teenagers with Duchenne muscular dystrophy has supported parents to prepare for the future

The new Special Educational Needs and Disability legislation in the Children and Families Act 2014 intends to raise the aspirations of young people with special educational needs and their families, and improve their life outcomes. But what do raised aspirations and better outcomes look like for young people who have a life‐limiting impairment? This article draws on data from a parent evaluation of a lottery‐funded Transition to Adulthood project for boys with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), called ‘Takin’ Charge’, focusing in particular on whether or not the project helped parents of boys with DMD prepare for the future. Key themes that emerged were the importance and novelty of older role models with DMD in the project who were able to share their journeys into adulthood, the support between families that the project enabled, the meaning of family resilience and aspirations for a normal life. The use of solution‐focused questioning with families affected by a life‐limiting impairment is also explored.     

余华小说《第七天》中的生与死

《第七天》是余华继《兄弟》七年之后完成的最新一部长篇小说，描绘了主人公死去后所经历的事情以及勾起的回忆，为读者展现了一个平等、和谐的死亡世界。经过分析，作品中的生死问题包括三个方面：作品中的人物对死亡没有痛苦或恐惧，能够理性地看待死亡；生与死的意义被颠倒，死亡世界接近理想中的现实世界，更加引人向往；生与死由“爱”这条纽带联系起来，让人们在冰冷中感受到温情。这部小说暴露了大量的社会现实，引人深思，也备受争议。
