转变公证执业理念提高公证执法水平

论文以社会主义法治理念为指导，阐述了《公证法》实施中遇到的转变执业观念，提升执法水平，重塑公证公信力；公证工作恪守“客观、中立”的原则，防止越权执法或公证不作为；着力解决“重实体，轻程序”，因程序违法侵害当事人权利等问题。     

The delicate dance: the assessment implications of awarding students vocational qualifications within university degrees

This paper explores the implications for assessment of embedding qualifications from the vocational education and training (VET) sector within university qualifications. As VET qualifications are now all competency based, assessment in the two sectors is quite different, since universities have generally eschewed competency‐based training and assessment. A general discussion of the issues is followed by the results of a small‐scale research study carried out in the VET discipline area itself, with participants drawn from the AVTEC list of VET teacher‐educators. Telephone interviews were conducted with nine Australian university academics involved with such qualifications; and data were extracted from a broader study of students who had undertaken the Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training embedded within degrees and graduate diplomas in VET at one of these universities. It is clear that there are many assessment challenges involved with the practice of embedding, which have not yet been systematically addressed.

Mapping Invitations to Participate: An Investigation in Museum Interpretation

This a/r/tographic inquiry delves into questions about participatory art museum practice, specifically seeking to understand the nature of invitations to participate. Utilising drawings, writing and mapping of embodied participation, questions of how individuals are invited to participate in various locations and how these invitations inform the work of art museums that engage in participatory practice are considered. Conditions for participation, including familiarity, personalisation, enthusiasm, playfulness, narrative, uniqueness, sociability and listening, as well as anti‐invitations that contradict moves toward participation, are discussed in relation to examples from the study and scholarly writing. The purpose of this article is twofold: first, to share research about participatory practice in various locations and its implications for art museums, and second, to explore the potential of arts‐based research methodologies, particularly a/r/tography, for art museum education research.     

《会计法》与会计诚信问题研究

会计诚信并非只是针对会计人员而言,在《会计法》中应明确规范,会计诚信涉及所有提供与使用会计信息相关的机构和人员,除了一般会计人员、财务经理、总会计师外,部门的高管层领注册会计师、机构投资者、证券分析师、社会金融机构、政府行政领导和国家监管部门等等,都会涉及会计诚信问题,不能让部门的高管层、行政领导和监管部门等认为会计诚信只是会计人员的事,而与他们无关。     

高职实训课程PBGS教学模式设计与应用

为提高设计制作类高职实训课程的教学效果,提出了一种数字校园环境下结合仿真实验教学的PBGS教学模式。该教学模式基于建设的课程网络平台,以分组完成不同仿真制作项目为载体,以学生为主体,将线上与线下、仿真与实践有机结合,并以改革考核方式引领教学活动的开展。这种教学模式被用于天线安装与调试实训课程,实践表明,学生更好地理解了天线相关抽象概念,学生的动手能力和学习兴趣得到了提高,教学效果更好。     

当代大学生诚信制度建设的体系构建

大学生诚信品质的培养,既要靠道德力量的自律,也要靠制度规范的他律,二者相互补充,缺一不可。推进当代大学生诚信教育,不仅需要对大学生加强诚信道德教育,还需要加强诚信制度建设,构建诚信制度体系。当代大学生诚信制度体系由一系列与时代发展相适应、与大学生实际相吻合、与诚信道德建设内在要求相一致的具体制度所构成,包括政治诚信制度、学习诚信制度、经济生活诚信制度、人际交往诚信制度、就业创业诚信制度等实体性的制度内容,也包括诚信评价制度、诚信信息采集记载制度、失信处罚与教育制度、诚信档案管理制度等程序性的制度内容。     

Design and application of learning environments based on integrative problems

This work reports on the results obtained from the application of learning environments on the basis of one integrative problem and a series of other smaller problems that limit the contents to be investigated and learned by the students. This methodology, which is a variation to traditional problem-based learning approaches, is here illustrated in terms of its application in an engineering economics course, a subject that is taught in most engineering programs. The purpose of this methodology is to improve students’ learning, which is measured through the students’ academic performance and their learning strategies, and to characterise them as a function of these variables. The results obtained after the systematic application of this methodology are positive. The surveyed students showed significant changes in the examined variables as well as in their satisfaction and motivation level, and in their commitment to learning.     

网络远程教学：一种后现代主义文化教学观

文章认为,与传统的学校课堂教学模式的不同之处在于,网络远程教学模式采用了消解知识叙事中心、颠覆知识叙事主题、拒绝知识叙事深度、离散知识叙事结构、破坏知识叙事语言、表演知识叙事游戏、追求知识叙事享乐等后现代主义的知识叙述模式,正是这种知识叙述模式造成了网络远程教学独特的后现代主义文化魅力。     

海外汉语教学与研究的新课题

根据作者近年的研究和实践,归纳出海外汉语教学与研究中的几个新的课题,包括“海外汉语教师的专业特点与职业定位”、“赵元任直接法影响下的北美中文教学传统”、“赵氏方法在神经科学上的新证据”,以及从理论到实践的“书面语体特征的自动检索与定量分析”。海外汉语教学的道理千条万绪归根结底,就是一句话：训练第一。
