论大学体育教育的危机与改革

当前的大学体育面临着 “用什么样的形式代替正在逐渐消亡的大学正课体育”的严峻课题, 本文利用一些事实说明了这一形势并进行了分析, 同时提出了对我国大学体育课程的教学改革的若干建议     

Web-Based Student Assessment for Program Evaluation

As part of an overall evaluation of the Global Learning and Observations to Benefit the Environment, (GLOBE) program, we designed a Web-based assessment environment to measure students' environmental awareness and data analysis skill. It was expected that students who were identified as high implementers in the GLOBE program would outperform low implementers in their ability to construct environmental inferences and the degree to which they could analyze environmental data. Seven high and middle school classrooms were identified as either high or low GLOBE implementers depending on the amount of atmospheric data they had collected during the year. Within each classroom students were assigned into smaller learning groups of three students per group. A total of 32 groups participated in this study. Analysis of students' responses to the tasks revealed that the students differed in their performance. Overall, the results showed that students in the high implementing classrooms were more likely to construct higher-level environmental inferences than students in the low implementing classes. Contrary to expectations, middle school students were more likely than high school students to solve the data analysis problem correctly. However, upon further analyses, high school students constructed more data graphs and were more skilled in providing correct evidence to support their decision making than were middle school students in GLOBE. This study confirms the viability of using technology-based assessments for measuring students' environmental awareness and data analysis.     

中国基础教育生均经费支出的公平性研究——基于Gini系数和Theil指数的测算

基础教育生均经费支出的公平性影响着教育过程公平和教育结果公平。文章基于1995—2018年基础教育生均经费支出数据和在校生数据,通过计算Gini系数和Theil指数测算了中国基础教育生均经费支出公平性的变化规律。研究发现,1995—2018年中国基础教育生均经费支出公平性总体上处于"比较公平"和"相对合理"水平,且整体上更加公平了;基础教育生均经费支出的省际差异大于区域差异;东部地区基础教育生均经费支出省际差异较大,公平程度较低;全国高中生均经费支出的公平性有降低的趋势。基于以上研究发现,文章提出了相关政策建议。     

我国足球体制中存在的问题及解决措施分析

足球是世界各国第一大的体育运动项目,随着经济的快速发展,世界各国已经对足球相当的重视。现阶段我国足球体制中还存在着许多问题没有解决,抑制了中国足球与世界接轨的脚步,近些年中国足球取得的成绩少之又少,整体水平呈下降趋势,这就要求相关部门对足球进行改革,提出切实可行的措施,推进中国足球向前发展。     

“问题-讨论”教学法——在语文阅读教学中的运用

阅读教学是语文教学的重中之重,“问题-讨论”教学法更显得尤为重要。只有把阅读教学搞好,才能提高学生的语文能力,才能显示这个“过程”的作用。     

档案的基础工作与利用的关系

档案的基础工作和档案利用作为档案工作与档案利用者联系的桥梁,无论是在理论上还是在实际中都有着很重要的意义。文章通过对二者密切关系的分析,提出了一些建设性的意见及想法,希望对新时期档案工作贡献一点有价值的东西。     

甘谷县部分小学教育现状调查

采用现场走访、问卷调查、统计分析等方法对甘谷县28所小学教育现状进行调查分析。通过对小学校舍、教学设施、师资结构、学生等情况进行调查分析,表明甘谷县小学教师文化程度存在很大差异;城乡小学教育、师生配比、生均占地等方面存在显著城乡差异。相关部门应投资扩建县城小学和加强川区、山区小学硬件设施建设;提高山区教师待遇;建立小学教师人才交流平台,实行教师轮岗制。     

What underlies successful word problem solving? A path analysis in sixth grade students

Two component skills are thought to be necessary for successful word problem solving: (1) the production of visual-schematic representations and (2) the derivation of the correct relations between the solution-relevant elements from the text base. The first component skill is grounded in the visual–spatial domain, and presumed to be influenced by spatial ability, whereas the latter is seated in the linguistic–semantic domain, and presumed to be influenced by reading comprehension. These component skills as well as their underlying basic abilities are examined in 128 sixth grade students through path analysis. The results of the path analysis showed that both component skills and their underlying basic abilities explained 49% of students’ word problem solving performance. Furthermore, spatial ability and reading comprehension both had a direct and an indirect relation (via the component skills) with word problem solving performance. These results contribute to the development of instruction methods that help students using these components while solving word problems.     

普通中专"大学化"转型的三种基本模式及问题分析

世纪之交，高等教育大众化步伐的加快使曾一度作为高等教育补充形式普通中专教育面临十分尴尬和困难的境地，“大学化”的教育升级和转型开始成为普通中专应对危机的主要选择途径，盘活了教育资源。职业技术学院、社区性高职学院、中专、专科并入高校这三种基本模式实际都是中专办学独立状态的历史性消失，中专“大学化”后过渡期问及其以后面临的问题必须引起足够重视。     

加工水平对具有广义抽象关系数学问题迁移的影响

解题者对靶题与源题之间的共性意识及加工水平对解题迁移的影响已经得到了验证,其中靶题与源题之间存在着广义抽象关系.结果表明:(1)当靶题是低难度或高难度问题时,解题者对靶题与源题之间共性关系的意识及加工水平对解题迁移的影响没有显著差异;(2)当靶题是中难度问题时,解题者对靶题与源题之间共性关系的意识及加工水平对解题迁移的影响有显著差异.
