基于随机森林的船舶避台失败原因分析

为提高船舶避台成功率,采用随机森林对船舶避台失败的原因进行分析,并与决策树进行对比。结果表明：随机森林和决策树对船舶避台失败事故的平均诊断率分别为8423%和7556%;随机森林对一般事故和重大事故具有更高的诊断率,分别达到900%和961%。事故原因分析表明：造成船舶避台失败的首要原因是船员责任感不强;船员责任感不强、决策出现差池和船舶日常管理混乱极易导致船舶避台失败事故。本文研究可为船舶实施合理避台措施提供一定的参考。

Women are underrepresented in the field of computer science, a trend that in part can be traced to girls’ early experiences with the discipline.     

Bond property test of reinforced concrete with all soaking and impressed current method corrosion

In order to research the bond properties between corroded reinforcement bars and concrete, reinforcement bars with different diameters and different types and concrete with different strength levels were treated specially with all soaking and impressed current method, and the bond properties were measured with the pull-out test. The comparative analysis of the bond properties of corroded reinforcement bars was carried out. The results showed that the types of reinforcement bars and concrete had great influence on the bond strength. The corrosion and volume expansion of reinforcement bars made concrete in tensile condition, which tended to produce cracks in parallel reinforced direction. The typical bond failure of plain reinforcement bars was pull-out, while the typical bond failure of ribbed reinforcement bars was split. The bond strength between corroded reinforcement bars and concrete increased with the increase of concrete strength. The bond strength of plain and ribbed reinforcement bars showed a decreasing trend after the first increase with the increase of the extent of corrosion. Through the test, the coefficients of the bond strength of plain and ribbed reinforcement bars were given, respectively.     

The deviant university student: historical discourses about student failure and ‘wastage’ in the antipodes

The emergence of academic development in Anglophone higher education was linked to post Second World War massification and concerns about student failure. These concerns were driven by increasing statistical investigations into student attrition and degree times to completion, particularly in Australia and Aotearoa, New Zealand. There was a dominant discourse about student ‘wastage’ (the deviant student). However, if we fast-forward to the late 2000s, we can see that these discourses have been replaced by discourses about university responsibility and teaching quality. Drawing on Foucauldian discourse analysis, this paper aims to trace the historical roots of contemporary teaching and learning dilemmas and to show how the responsibility for student failure was gradually shifted from perceptions of deviant students to perceptions of teacher ‘deviance’, which academic development units were designed to ameliorate.     

内置CFRP圆管的方钢管高强混凝土轴压中长柱极限承载力研究

根据内置CFRP圆管的方钢管高强混凝土的特点,通过引入混凝土强度折减系数和等效约束折减系数,将内置CFRP圆管的方钢管高强混凝土等效为内置CFRP圆管的圆钢管高强混凝土。进而,在统一强度理论的基础上,推导出内置CFRP圆管的方钢管高强混凝土轴压构件的强度承载力。通过引入整体稳定系数,推导出内置CFRP圆管的方钢管高强混凝土轴压中长柱的稳定极限承载力公式。将该公式的计算结果与试验结果进行了比较,结果表明该理论公式是正确可行的。理论公式以期能为工程应用提供帮助。

介绍了振动监测技术在高速线材轧机齿轮箱上的应用。通过对减定径机伞齿轮箱和精轧机增速箱两起轴承损伤案例诊断过程的分析,找出了轴承疲劳损伤的故障信号特征、损伤原因和改进措施,确保了设备的稳定运行,为现代设备管理提供了一个有效的工具。     

Sticks and stones will break my bones but failure feedback may not hurt me: gender differences in the relationship between achievement motive,coping strategies and environmental mastery

This study investigates the processes through which achievement motivation guides the selection of coping strategies which in turn affects environmental mastery post-failure feedback. Seventy-six college students received failure feedback after completing a professional aptitude test. Findings showed that gender moderated the relationship between Hope of Success (HS) and planful problem-solving coping but not between HS and escape-avoidance coping. No moderated mediation was found when HS was used to predict environmental mastery with gender as the moderator and either planful problem-solving or escape-avoidance coping as the mediator. Simple mediation analyses showed that planful problem-solving did not mediate the relationship between HS and environmental mastery. Instead, higher scores on HS predicted lower use of escape-avoidance coping which in turn predicted higher environmental mastery. Implications for the role of feedback in educational settings are discussed.     

干旱区绿洲型城市水资源利用及其与经济发展的相关性研究——以武威市为例

基于1980-2008年武威市水资源的面板数据,运用指数模型评价了其水资源的承载力,并对其总耗水量与GDP和工业总产值进行了相关性分析.结果表明:武威市水资源承载力远大于人口压力,水资源利用属于严重超负荷承载;全市水资源利用与经济发展呈较强的正相关性,但水资源匮乏制约了全市的经济发展;全市普遍存在水资源利用低效现象,可通过强化水源管理、控制水源污染、变更耕作制度、完善配水方案等措施来提高水资源利用效率.     

图书馆服务补救体系的预应机制研究

图书馆服务补救的预应机制就是建立事前预警系统,最大限度地减少或避免服务失败的发生。在对图书馆服务失败的分类与识别的基础上,分析服务失败对读者的影响,进而在"稳健设计"和"内部服务补救"两个方面探讨和建立有效的预应机制。指出:"服务功能体系、组织管理体系、质量管理体系、服务交流体系"是图书馆稳健设计的具体内容;有效的内部服务补救必须在遵循一定的原则基础上,还应在"理念、制度、方法、措施"等方面得到图书馆领导的强有力支持。
