从理论宣传角度审视五四时期“问题与主义”之争

20世纪初的＂问题与主义＂之争早已尘埃落定,但它所警告的教条主义空谈理论的危险并没有随之消失。＂问题与主义＂之争中提出的宣传＂主义＂和＂学理＂的方法,对我们今天的理论宣传仍有很大启发。     

高等数学课程思政案例教学探讨

该文以湖南中医药大学开设的高等数学课程为例,结合当今社会热点挖掘课程蕴含的思政元素,以定积分的概念、可分离变量微分方程的应用两个教学案例为载体,重点探讨了高等数学与思政教学的有机融合,最后给教师队伍的建设提出一些建议。     

渐江绘画艺术形式对安徽建筑景观设计的启迪

渐江曾生活于现今的安徽地域,对安徽的人文风貌在其画作中描绘了许多。渐江的绘画画风笔墨严谨、格调简约,对描绘的自然景物高度概括,虽然用墨偏淡,但不显虚空。画面形式具有现代设计学的韵味,构图独特。这种当时的新视觉形式,不仅影响了中国的山水画,而且也给安徽建筑景观设计在形式和意境方面带来了影响和启示。     

Do early care and education services improve language development for maltreated children? Evidence from a national child welfare sample

Young children under 6 years old are over-represented in the U.S. child welfare system (CWS). Due to their exposure to early deprivation and trauma, they are also highly vulnerable to developmental problems, including language delays. High quality early care and education (ECE) programs (e.g. preschool, Head Start) can improve children's development and so policymakers have begun calling for increased enrollment of CWS-supervised children in these programs. However, it is not a given that ECE will benefit all children who experience maltreatment. Some types of maltreatment may result in trauma-related learning and behavior challenges or developmental deficits that cause children to respond to ECE settings differently. The current study uses data from a nationally representative survey of children in the U.S. child welfare system, the National Survey of Child and Adolescent Well-Being II, to assess whether young CWS-supervised children (N = 1,652) who were enrolled in ECE had better language development outcomes 18 months later than those not enrolled in ECE. We also explore whether the type of maltreatment that brought children to the CWS’ attention moderates the relationship between ECE and children's language development. After controlling for children's initial scores on the Preschool Language Scale (PLS-3), type(s) of maltreatment experienced, and child and caregiver demographics, we found that ECE participation predicted better PLS-3 scores at follow-up, with a positive interaction between ECE participation and supervisory neglect. ECE seems to be beneficial for CWS-involved children's early language development, especially for children referred to the CWS because they lack appropriate parent supervision at home.

Family factors and parenting in Ukraine

The present study aimed to estimate the use of positive and negative parenting practices in Ukraine and explore relationships between parenting practices, intimate partner violence (IPV), alcohol use, and sociodemographics. Parents of children (N = 320) ages 9–16 from three Ukrainian regions answered questions from the Alabama Parenting Questionnaire (APQ), the Revised Conflict Tactics Scales (CTS-R), Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale (FACES), and the Alcohol Use Section of the Drinking and Drug History and Current Use Patterns questionnaire. Ukrainian parents who reported lower use of alcohol, balanced family functioning and lower intimate partner violence were more likely to use positive parenting and less likely to use negative parenting practices. Parents with lower education were more likely to use negative parenting practices. Furthermore, alcohol use, IPV, parent education and higher family income were significantly and indirectly related with positive and negative parenting scores. The model explained 61% of variance in the positive parenting, 67% in the negative parenting.     

我国图书情报领域期刊论文的科学数据引用特征研究

[目的/意义] 探索期刊论文科学数据引用特征与规律不仅有助于描述学科领域对科学数据的利用情况，还能够揭示学术成果表达中的数据引用模式。[方法/过程] 以我国图书情报领域6种期刊2017年与2018年第一期刊载论文为样本，结合国家标准《信息技术科学数据引用》的引用元素，采用内容分析法从9个维度对样本论文的科学数据引用行为进行数据编码，应用统计学方法描述图书情报领域期刊论文科学数据引用特征并探索不同维度特征间的关联关系。[结果/结论] 图书情报领域期刊论文广泛引用来自国内外的统计整理类科学数据，对期刊论文中个人研究科学数据的引用量较大；科学数据引用标注方式与科学数据类型存在一定对应关系，但多样化的标注方式缺乏统一性；二手引用现象较为突出，二手引用程度与科学数据创建者类型相关。     

依法治国背景下的地方法治建设

在阐述依法治国、地方法治建设及其相互关系的基础上，审视地方法治社会建设发展的历史与现状，分析中国目前地方法治社会建设的主要障碍及成因，并提出全面推进依法治国背景下加强地方法治社会建设的对策。     

新公共管理理论视阈下的高校财务管理

高校财务是高校正常运转的最重要的保障,在整个的高校发展过程中发挥着重要的作用。当前高校在财务管理上还存在一些问题,因此,高校财务管理制度必须立足于新公共管理理论的视角,完善高校的财务管理体制；引入企业的专业化的财务管理的方法、提高财务管理人员的财务管理意识和能力；建立多元化的内部和外部监控机制和提高财务分析的能力,树立正确的风险观。
