二叉树的静态二叉链表存储

目前,对二叉树存储结构主要有顺序存储结构和链式存储结构（二叉链表）两种.其中链式存储结构比较常用.为了简化对二叉树的遍历、线索化等有关操作的具体实现过程,提出改进的顺序存储结构——静态二叉链表.     

论太平天国运动的两重性

不能简单地肯定或简单地否定太平天国运动,应在辩证唯物主义指导下,一分为二地采取阶段论方法,以1856年的天京变乱为标志,对太平天国运动进行评价.前期运动代表农民阶级利益,必须给予充分肯定.后期运动抛弃了农民阶级利益,实行洪氏家族的封建统治,必须给予否定.总体评价,太平天国功大于过.     

一类交换半群在求解二元二次不定方程中的应用

建立了一类新的交换半群,对《一个交换半群的元素的表示形式》、《一个交换半群的推广与应用》两文中半群的元素表示形式和结果进行了推广与加强.并且利用其结果得到了几类二元二次不定方程的整数解表达式.     

AgxZn1-x和AgxAl1-x双相合金超导体的超导态参数

A well-known pseudopotential is used to investigate the superconducting state parameters (SSP), viz., electron-phonon coupling strength, Coulomb pseudopotential, transition temperature, isotope effect exponent and effective interaction strength for AgxZn1-x and AgxAl1-x binary alloys theoretically for the first time. We have incorporated here five different types of the local field correction functions to show the effect of exchange and correlation on the aforesaid properties. Very strong influence of various exchange and correlation functions is concluded from the present study. Comparison with others such experimental values is encouraging, which confirms applicability of the model potential in explaining the superconducting state parameters of binary mixture.     

TDD-CDMA 系统中基于业务统计的联合功率控制算法

An important feature of the traffic in mobile networks is burstiness. Drawbacks of conventional power control algorithms for time division duplex （TDD）-code division multiple access （CDMA） systems are analyzed. A joint power control algorithm based on service factor is presented to address the TDD-CDMA mobile services in the burst mode according to the Markov modulated Bernoulli process. The joint power control equation is derived. A function model is developed to verify the new algorithm and evaluate its performance. Simulation results show that the new power control algorithm can estimate interference strength more precisely, speed up convergence of power control, and enhance power efficiency and system capacity. It is shown that the proposed algorithm is more robust against link gain changes, and outperforms the reference algorithms.

刍议"行政区经济":理论阐释、实践应用与发展前景

20世纪90年代初我国区域地理学家刘君德教授发现"行政区经济"现象,并提出其概念、特征与理论框架。十多年来,越来越多的学者用"行政区经济理论"分析研究我国区域经济问题,区域经济发展的现实也不断验证该理论的有效性。"行政区经济"理论在行政区划、区域规划、区际利益协调、都市圈建设,在新兴产业旅游、金融发展等现实问题中越来越显示出其"生命力",成为深入分析与解决这些问题的必经之路,从学科发展的角度看,"行政区经济"成为区域经济学研究领域富有中国特色的分支学科。本文就此进行了理论上的回顾与阐述,最后对"行政区经济"的发展前景作了深入探讨。     

中央与地方科技事权与支出责任划分的考虑——基于对科技综合管理部门的调研

财政是国家治理的基础和重要支柱,是全面深化改革的基点,而建立事权与支出责任相适应的制度,是财政体制改革的基础环节。通过对科技综合管理部门的实地调研与座谈,基本摸清了我国科技事权与支出责任划分的现状,分析了存在的主要问题,并对原因进行了剖析。最后,在完善国家治理体系的框架下,提出了改革的初步思路,包括总体框架、划分原则和实施路径。     

区际贸易差额与区域经济协调发展

我国一直存在区际贸易差额，并且有些地区贸易差额较大。区际贸易差额过大会拉大区域经济发展差距，不利于区域经济协调发展。为谋求区域经济协调发展，应大力提高欠发达地区的经济技术水平，在相同水平技术矩阵基础上拓展区域分工，构筑市场互补关系，促使区际贸易差额缩小。
