《供应链管理》桌面实训实例分析——商丘职业技术学院高职实训新方式

商丘职业技术学院《供应链管理》课程实训教学中实施的桌面实训项目,其设计思路来源于沙盘实训并借鉴于桌面游戏。在教师的实训教学实践中,逐步形成了完整的实训设计,包括实训模块、实训课时、实训规则等,并取得了良好的实践效果。桌面实训作为高职实践教学的新形式具有较强的推广性。     

循环冗余校验算法的FPGA高速实现

介绍了循环冗余校验原理,并以CRC-16生成多项式为例,用Verilog HDL硬件描述语言描述该算法.采用Quartus Ⅱ 8.0进行综合、仿真,并用Cyclone Ⅱ系列的EP2C35F672C6器件适配和编程下载,在DE2开发板上实现.该CRC模块既是CRC校验生成模块,又是CRC校验检错模块.另外,该CRC模块还可以封装成具有Avalon总线接口的自定义组件IP核,从而可以重复利用.实验结果表明,该校验器速度快,占用资源少,并在实际中得到了应用.

<上海清真寺成立董事会志>记述了清末上海穆斯林社团成立董事会的历史事件及其董事会管理机构的基本情况.它的成立折射了穆斯林社团为了生存竞争和维护文化传统的独特性而建立伊斯兰组织的原因.此外,从董事会负责人及其职能部门、清真寺寺产、宗教活动、教育等方面的状况,可以看出这是上海穆斯林社团为适应上海社会的飞速发展而作出的改革努力,因此上海成立董事会事件在中国伊斯兰教界中具有重要意义.     

On the Performance of Semi- and Nonparametric Item Response Functions in Computer Adaptive Tests

Large-scale assessments often use a computer adaptive test (CAT) for selection of items and for scoring respondents. Such tests often assume a parametric form for the relationship between item responses and the underlying construct. Although semi- and nonparametric response functions could be used, there is scant research on their performance in a CAT. In this work, we compare parametric response functions versus those estimated using kernel smoothing and a logistic function of a monotonic polynomial. Monotonic polynomial items can be used with traditional CAT item selection algorithms that use analytical derivatives. We compared these approaches in CAT simulations with a variety of item selection algorithms. Our simulations also varied the features of the calibration and item pool: sample size, the presence of missing data, and the percentage of nonstandard items. In general, the results support the use of semi- and nonparametric item response functions in a CAT.     

Creating a more inclusive journal: the Journal of the Medical Library Association's evolving process for selecting editorial board members

The Journal of the Medical Library Association (JMLA) selects new editorial board members every year. In the spring of 2021, JMLA used a new process for reviewing and selecting applicants for the limited number of open editorial board positions. This reevaluation of the selection process was spurred by a desire to create a more diverse and representative board. Changes to the procedures for selecting new editorial board members included having an open call for editorial board members, creating an application form, creating a selection committee to screen applicants, creating a form for the selection committee to extract data from applications, and creating a two-step process for screening and then selecting board members. As part of construction of this new process, areas for continued improvement were also identified, such as refining the application form to allow more specific answers to areas of interest to the selection committee. The newly created selection process for editorial board members constitutes a significant change in JMLA processes; however, more can be done to build on this work by further refining the selection process and ensuring that new members are selected in a transparent and streamlined manner.     

从刻蚀电路板废液中制取硫酸铜的工艺研究

研究了以刻蚀电路板废液为原料制取硫酸铜的工艺条件。探讨了Fe3 的干扰,不同的pH以及不同浓度的NaOH和H2SO4对产品质量的影响。结果表明:采用15%~20%NaOH与20%H2SO4可使产品的回收率达92%,产品纯度可达98%。     

西非—中国航线原油远洋运输方案优化

为满足西非—中国航线的原油远洋运输方案的时效性要求,以油船运费、滞期费和靠港费之和最低为目标函数,以供需平衡、港口水深和装卸时间为约束条件,求解一个包含船型组合、装/卸港航线组合、油种替换、批次拆分等多决策变量的大规模NP(Non-deterministic Polynomial)难问题.采用差分进化算法进行求解.为提高求解速度,采用双染色体编码、基因组压缩编码、船型与拼装变量隐式联锁、配送油种比对解码等方法,进行供需平衡约束,降低问题规模,并缩减问题的"劣质解空间",提高差分进化算法的搜索时效.利用提出的算法对中国石化某月度西非—中国航线实际原油远洋运输方案进行优化,得到优化方案平均用时约5 min,可节约运费50余万美元.     

中国职业足球联赛理事会构建的反思与重构

在法人治理结构中,理事会居于核心与主导地位,主要负责组织内部的决策与监督职能。我国职业足球联赛理事会刚刚建立不久,理事会内部结构设置不够完善,理事会性质与地位较模糊,理事会的角色与功能难以有效发挥。在我国职业足球联赛治理架构中,理事会是独立于中国足协之外,属于职业足球联盟下属机构性质的理事会。理事会是确定联赛运营方向,制定联赛经营决策的组织机构。

利用平衡板测人体运动环节重量和重心位置方法的理论推导

人体运动环节重量和重心位置是运动生物力学定量计算与分析的基础材料,如何简便、迅速地计算出受试运动员的环节惯性参数一直是本学科中从未攻克过的难题。运用平衡板测人体重心的基本原理,通过让受试者在二维平衡板上移动四肢而改变环节重心位置,同时在不动环节上附加重量的方法推算出了人体总重心与各运动环节重心之间的关系,最终得出了各运动环节的重量与重心位置。这项研究是对人体环节重量与重心位置测量的突破性探索,具有深远的意义。
