"出版号"即出版者代号+出版物的流水号(即书名号),它是中国标准书号的一部分,按序排列,形成一个恒寂的8位数.这个编码系统科学性强,且具唯一性.利用它作书次号排架,乱架率可达零;索书,漏检率可达零;组织目录,款目错位率适可达零.     

《古籍定级标准》中的"级别等次"和"四原则"释评

古籍普查对于全面了解和掌握各级图书馆、博物馆等单位及民间所藏古籍情况，建立中华古籍综合信息数据库，形成中华古籍联合目录，有针对性地开展古籍保护工作，有着十分重要的意义。古籍普查所涉及的鉴别和定级，是一项十分复杂和细致的工作，明确定级工作中的相关概念，甄别定级过程中的复杂情况，对于保证定级标准的严密和科学，对于保证古籍普查工作的顺利进行都是大有裨益的。文章对文化部颁布实施的《古籍定级标准》中的“级别等次”和“四原则”有关条款内容作了解释评价。

The role of consequences of moral action in maximizing moral elevation

Moral elevation is described as a state of positive emotion that includes uplifting feelings, positive views of humanity and a desire to be a better person. Numerous empirical studies have demonstrated that elevation has powerful effects on people’s moral intention and behavior. The next step is to investigate how to maximize the emotion of elevation. According to the evolution of moral elevation research and the theory of moral disgust, we hypothesized that the consequences of moral action would influence moral elevation. The results of two studies in the present research (Study 1: N = 122, average age = 36.96 years; Study 2: N = 232, average age = 23.93 years) demonstrated that moral acts with good consequences were more effective in inducing moral elevation than moral acts with bad consequences. The implications for research and practice are discussed.

Historically, the medium of comic books and the profession of librarianship have both suffered image problems. The former is deemed unrespectable; the latter lacks the same level of prestige afforded many other professions. Does having this in common result in comic books offering images of librarians and librarianship more informed (and, therefore, more positive) than are generally to be found in other media? Or do they employ the same cliches about librarians that are the bane of so many in the profession? To examine these questions, some of the more prominent depictions of librarians in mainstream American comic books and graphic novels were reviewed. with mixed results. Recent depictions of librarians do seem to be more informed and more sympathetic than in the past, but even today, comic book writers still employ some of the more negative stereotypes about librarians as a way to provide their relationship with some quick and easy laughs.
