兰州市城区稳定边界层变化规律的初步研究

兰州市城区空气污染严重与其特殊的大气边界层密切相关。利用兰州市城区现有大气边界层探测资料 ,采用多种稳定度参数计算方法 ,统计分析了该市大气层结稳定度的时空分布规律及其与天气形势的关系 ,发现兰州市城区冬季大气稳定边界层日间存在发生或发展的特有现象 ,并探寻了其形成机制 ,从而为兰州市开展空气污染预报提供可靠的理论依据

Designing for communication at work: A case for technology-enhanced boundary objects

In this article we conceptualise the challenges of communication between a mortgage company and its customers in terms of crossing boundaries between communities. Through an ethnographic study we first address the question: what are the challenges of communication between sales agents and customers of a mortgage company around mathematical artefacts? Insight into these challenges formed the basis for an intervention in which we designed technology-enhanced boundary objects (TEBOs) that were reconfigurations of problematic symbolic artefacts. Secondly, we ask what the sales agents learned from the intervention. The data suggest that the intervention with the TEBOs helped employees to develop a better understanding of the mathematics behind the mortgages they sold, and to improve communication with their customers.     

新古典范式、比较制度范式与契约结构范式——交易费用内生化的三种思路

基于新古典范式的交易费用模型化无法触及制度;基于比较制度范式的交易费用模型化对交易的组织细节虽有深刻的洞见,但无法求解均衡交易费用。鉴于此,提出一种创新的交易费用模型化范式——契约结构范式。从契约结构的角度发现:交易参与人的行为品行和信息结构以及标的专用性会导致交易冲突;改善信息结构、提升治理水平是化解交易冲突的必由之路;均衡交易费用出现在信息费用和治理费用的边际效应相等时;制度环境的介入会节约交易费用但会耗费制度费用,二者的权衡导出均衡的制度边界。     

国家散手运动员平衡能力的研究——以冬训阶段为例

通过对中国国家散手队备战2008年北京奥运武术比赛冬训期间进行平衡能力的实验研究,对散手运动员的视觉、本体感觉、前庭系统在维持身体平衡中的作用进行讨论,分析散手运动员平衡能力的特点,以及如何通过平衡能力的核心肌力训练来提高身体素质防治运动损伤,为散手运动在平衡领域的研究提供客观的实验依据。     

基于边界理论剖析体育教学决策权

随着体育教育课程的不断改革与发展,体育教育理念的与时俱进,对体育教师的标准要求更加严格,其思维方式和教学决策权更需要以理性的态度去对待,以"以生为本"的人性关怀来审视,从边界视角,通过文献资料法、访谈法和逻辑分析等方法,对体育教学决策权的边界从伦理边界和能力边界、法律边界和制度边界、社会边界和心理边界进行阐释。结果表明体育教学决策权是作为体育教师专业自主权的具体体现,具有合法性和合理性,二者是辩证统一、相互渗透和融合,同时体育教师教学决策权具有一定的相对性和延展性,具有其本身行使的体育区域和体育边界。通过对体育教学决策权边界的剖析,使得我们对体育教学决策权的理性认识,更加有利于我们对体育教学决策权的利用向人性化的方向发展,从而更好地提升教育教学质量的内涵意义。

Information-sharing in public organizations: A literature review of interpersonal, intra-organizational and inter-organizational success factors

Information sharing is considered an important approach to increasing organizational efficiency and performance. With advances in information and communication technology, sharing information across organizations has become more feasible. In the public sector, government agencies are also aware of the importance of information sharing for addressing policy issues such as anti-terrorism and public health. However, information sharing can be a complex task. Identifying factors that influence information sharing is critical. In the literature, research in information sharing focuses on the interpersonal, intra-organizational, and inter-organizational levels. This paper reviews the current information-sharing research, discusses the factors affecting information sharing at the three levels, and provides summative frameworks. These frameworks provide a means to discover future research opportunities, and a systematic way for practitioners to identify key factors involved in successful information sharing.     

Characterization of two-dimensional cellular automata over ternary fields

The set of papers [3], [4], [6] and [7] (Chattopadhyay et al., 1999; Dihidar and Choudhury, 2004; Khan et al., 1997, 1999) deals with the behavior of the uniform two-dimensional cellular automata over binary fields (Z₂). Some structural properties and precise mathematical models using matrix algebra over the field Z₂ are reported for characterizing the behavior of two-dimensional nearest neighborhood linear cellular automata with null and periodic boundary conditions [3], [4], [6] and [7] (Chattopadhyay et al., 1999; Dihidar and Choudhury, 2004; Khan et al., 1997, 1999). In this paper, we characterize two-dimensional linear cellular automata transformations by using matrix algebra built on Z₃. We analyze some results for two-dimensional CA with rule numbers 2460N and 2460P. Finally, we investigate the dimension of the kernel of two-dimensional cellular automata defined by the rule number 2460N.     

金融控股集团风险传染的一般均衡:基于内部关联交易的模型分析

金融控股集团因其内部关联交易产生规模经济、范围经济和X效率优势,但金融控股集团的关联交易,特别是以内部借贷为主的资金关联交易,在充分发挥集团化协同优势的同时,也产生了风险传染问题.本文在传统的传染均衡研究基础上,引入了金融控股集团中“关联交易”这一重要因子,构建了一个基于内部关联交易的传染均衡模型,使模型更逼近于金融控股集团传染的真实特征,深入研究了金融控股集团内部传染的主要特征与效应.
