哈耶克对社会主义计划经济批判的批判

哈耶克对社会主义计划经济的批判主要包括三个层面:无知论是哈耶克社会主义批判的哲学基础,它断言人们所掌握的知识存在或然性,不能把握全局性变化,也无法做整体性和中长期计划;自发的扩展秩序理论是哈耶克批判计划经济的历史观前提,也是无知论的理论延伸和提升,主要从人类历史发展过程的自发性角度否定计划经济的可行性;经济计算论据是哈耶克否定计划经济的直接经济学依据,认为由于取缔自由竞争的市场,导致社会经济无法核算成本,浪费和高成本不可避免。在这些理论中有科学的预见,也有时代局限和意识形态偏见所造成的对社会主义计划经济的误读。     

PERFORMING CALCULATION IN THE ART MARKET

The purpose of this article is to suggest a model of calculation in art markets based upon the work of Pierre Bourdieu and of actor-network theory. It will be argued that Bourdieu's concepts of capitals, economic, symbolic and cultural are useful for the specificity they lend to value making processes in the art market. However, actor-network theory's proposal of a distributed form of agency between humans and non-humans (e.g. calcualtion tools) is favoured here, posing a fundamental challenge to Bourdieu's notion of agency as resting solely at the hands of human agents. In order to understand the performance of calculation, this article explores the role of catalogues as an example of a market device in the Scottish auction market. It will be argued that the performativity of the catalogue cannot be fully understood without taking into account not only how it represents and enacts the value/s of aeshtetic objects, e.g. paintings, but also how this performance is mediated by its role as an aesthetic object.

基于SFA的知识产权政策效率评价研究

本文使用2007-2016年这十年的数据,运用随机前沿分析模型分析了我国知识产权政策对投入效率的影响状况。采用柯布—道格拉斯生产函数测算了我国知识产权投入效率水平与相关生产要素的关系模型。通过技术无效率方程考察了知识产权投入效率的政策影响因素。研究结果表明,对于知识产权投入效率,创造和运用政策工具有显著的正向影响,而保护和管理政策工具有负向影响。     

Drivers of information technology choice by individuals

Technology acceptance has spawned considerable research in technology adoption, technology use, and technology switching. However, technology choice—i.e., an individual’s selection of a technology from a set of technologies that support similar tasks—has received limited attention in information systems research. This research was aimed at identifying the drivers of technology choice through a series of activities in two universities, in which students chose an information technology tool from various alternatives to complete the given tasks. A thematic analysis was conducted on the reasons for technology choice reported by 249 students, which yielded 18 technology, user, and environmental drivers that influenced individuals’ technology choice. This study provides insights into the drivers generally applicable for technology choice and drivers applicable in specific contexts. Implications for research and practice are discussed.
