辽宁省经济开放度现状、问题及提升对策

近年来辽宁省对外贸易额和利用外资额基本保持稳步增长,但外贸依存度呈现下降态势,且一直低于全国水平.辽宁省外经贸发展面临的问题主要在于贸易规模相对较小,外贸对经济增长贡献有限;进出口商品结构有待优化,高新技术产品占比较低;贸易伙伴相对集中;省内各城市发展不协调;外商投资产业分布不均衡.提升辽宁经济开放度的对策包括:提高进出口企业创新能力;多渠道开拓国际市场;引导外资在地区间合理分布,加大对欧美发达国家的引资力度;加强信息化建设,改善进出口环境.     

加强非税收入管理探微

对非税收入的内涵进行了界定,分析了目前我国在非税收入管理方面存在的问题,提出了相应的解决问题的措施,以进一步建立统一完整的国家预算,增强政府宏观调控能力,推进财政体制改革,健全财政经济运行机制。

北魏政治历史，实际上就是一部化变革的历史。《太和十五年》所张扬的是民族化的本位主义，意在说明，在化冲突中，保持自己化的重要性。孝帝迁都洛阳，放弃的不仅仅是一座城市，更是一种化，是维系北魏生存的民族化。     

基于协整理论的河南省城乡居民收入与消费实证分析

根据1980—2014年统计数据,利用协整理论和误差修正模型,对河南省城乡居民收入和消费之间的协整关系进行实证分析,结果表明,河南省城乡居民收入与消费间均存在协整关系,并且在长期中城乡居民收入波动对消费支出的影响程度大于短期影响。     

Internationalising practices and representations of the ‘other’ in second-level elite schools in Ireland

While Irish elite schools have adopted some internationalising practices, international students are often erased from their ‘public faces’. Based on interviews and analysis of schools' websites, this paper argues that Brooks and Waters' [2014. “The Hidden Internationalism of Elite English Schools.” Sociology, advance online publication April 2] argument that elite schools hide their internationalism to preserve an explicit national identity for strategic purposes largely applies to the Irish case. In addition, it explores how features characteristic of Irish elite educational settings can help understand ambiguous attitudes to the international ‘other’, who is not only hidden but also at times ‘Irish-ised’ as these schools cultivate cultural identities defined primarily along ethno-national lines.

知识经济与教师待遇探新

知识经济的到来，使人才的竞争日趋激烈，从而使得作为知识经济基础的教育更加重要。人才的培养，教育的发展关键在教师。从这个角度讲，知识经济与教师待遇有着密切的联系。尽管我国的教师待遇近几年来得到了明显的改善和提高，但与发达国家，甚至发展中国家比较起来，还有很大的差距。为此，建议采取如下措施：以政府行为保证教师待遇的巩固和提高，以法律的形式保证教师待遇的落实；适时调整教师工资，等等。     

Mapping the social side of pre-service teachers: connecting closeness,trust, and efficacy with performance

This exploratory study foregrounds the important, but often understudied social side of pre-service teacher development and its relation to teaching performance in one university-based teacher preparation program in the US. We examine the extent to which pre-service elementary teachers’ social relationships and perceptions of peer trust and efficacy are associated with performance on a high stakes mathematics teaching assessment. Findings suggest that social and emotional support through close social ties, peer trust, and self-efficacy are significantly and positively associated with pre-service teachers’ teaching performance. Our work further contributes to the development and discourse about teacher education in university-based teacher preparation programs.     

我国公司强制审计的立法完善

对《公司法》、《证券法》、《注册会计师法》及相关法律法规中规定的公司设立验资、上市验资、年度会计报表审计等强制审计进行了论述,对审计活动在公司治理结构中发挥的作用进行了说明,指出现行立法中公司强制审计的不足,并对此提出了几点立法建议。
