试论移动数字图书馆现状及其发展策略

移动数字图书馆是图书馆在移动网络环境下不断创新、普遍发展的服务方式,是传统图书馆向数字化图书馆转变过程中不可或缺的环节和重要发展方向。文章对当前国内移动数字图书馆现状和制约发展的因素进行了分析,对移动数字图书馆发展策略进行了初步探讨。

A review on high power SOFC electrolyte layer manufacturing using thermal spray and physical vapour deposition technologies

Manufacturing of solid oxide fuel cell （SOFC） components remains nowadays a key point for the indus- trial development of this technology. Especially, the deposition of the dense electrolyte layer which is sand- wiched between the porous anode and the porous cathode is of paramount importance and thus focuses a lot of attention. Therefore, this paper considers and reviews recent developments concerning solid electrolyte layers manufacturing using thermal spray （TS） and physical vapour deposition （PVD） technologies.     

手机媒体时代思想政治理论课教学实效性探析

手机媒体时代,加剧了高校思想政治理论课教育目的性、教学现实性和“社会本位”与“主体本位”的矛盾。为提高思想政治教育教学效果,手机媒体时代对教师的自身魅力、教师教学水平、课程网站内容、大学生新媒体批判意识等方面提出了新要求。为提高思想政治理论课教学效果,课程组老师创新教育教学理念,进行了信息化的教学设计,将手机媒体引入课堂教学和开发微型教学资源的新探索。     

Fe-Cu双金属内电解法处理印染废水的实验研究

针对印染废水中偶氮染料稳定性高,水溶性大,常规方法难以将其去除的问题,设计并开展了Fe-Cu双金属内电解法对偶氮染料活性艳红X-3B废水去污脱色的模拟实验.分别从反应时间、pH、初始浓度、FeCu双金属的投放量以及温度等对该污染物去除率的影响进行分析讨论,得出了Fe-Cu双金属内电解法在弱酸、弱碱、25℃、低初始浓度条件下对活性艳红X-3B的去除效果较好的结论,为印染工业废水的治污技术提供了参考依据.     

大学生网络受欺凌与网络欺凌的关系:手机成瘾与父母情感温暖的作用

采用网络欺凌问卷、大学生手机成瘾倾向问卷和父母情感温暖问卷,调查了906名大学生,考察了手机成瘾在网络受欺凌与网络欺凌间的中介效应,探究了父母情感温暖对这一中介过程的调节效应。发现:网络受欺凌、手机成瘾、网络欺凌两两之间存在显著正相关;手机成瘾在网络受欺凌与网络欺凌中发挥部分中介作用;父母情感温暖在这一中介路径中起到调节作用。具体而言,随着母亲情感温暖水平的提高,网络受欺凌通过手机成瘾对网络欺凌的间接作用会减弱;然而,随着父亲情感温暖水平的提高,网络受欺凌通过手机成瘾对网络欺凌的间接作用会增强。大学生网络受欺凌既能直接影响网络欺凌,也可通过手机成瘾产生间接影响,高校心理健康教育应合理利用父母情感温暖对大学生网络欺凌与成瘾行为的干预作用,避免网络欺凌在高校的恶性循环。     

大规模开放网络课程的研究

大规模开放网络课程的建设在中国方兴未艾。大规模开放网络课程应具有教学模式多样化、开发工具多元化、兼容性良好、交互内容分类清晰和学习提示功能健全的特征。研发团队中的主讲教师、设计专家、美工、程序员和辅导教师具有各自的职责和选聘条件。课程设计中要建立学习元标签、设计多种教学模式和具有交互分类功能。要建设课程评价体系。     

组织块法和酶消化法培养大鼠颌下腺细胞的比较研究

应用组织块法和酶消化法进行原代大鼠颌下腺细胞(rat submandibular gland cells,RSGCs)分离培养,通过免疫细胞化学法检测细胞角蛋白-8的表达,经DAB染色均呈阳性,提示培养细胞为上皮细胞来源。在倒置显微镜下观察细胞数量、生长情况和生长周期,两种方法所培养的原代大鼠颌下腺细胞均生长良好,相互聚集形成腺泡、腺管样结构或呈铺路石状。其中酶消化法所培养细胞贴壁较好,生长周期短,细胞数量更多。提示酶消化法分离培养较组织块法更易获得大量RSGCs,为以颌下腺细胞作为实验载体的涎腺非肿瘤性疾病的研究奠定了实验基础。     

Powerful devices: how teens' smartphones disrupt power in the theatre,classroom and beyond

During a series of high school English and Drama class trips to the theatre, so many students were online, the entire back row often glowed blue. Although much of the literature suggests that information and communication technologies are benign and neutral, this back-row collision of digital and live culture signals to teachers that technology is freighted with issues of power: questions of identity formation, consumerism, autonomy and freedom. This qualitative study of high school students at the conclusion of their four-play series suggests that cell phones shape the youth audience experience, that etiquette regarding the use of these powerful devices remains sharply contested, and that students apply a range of strategies to dealing with issues of power and agency around their use.     

Mobile phone images and video in science teaching and learning

This article reports a study into how mobile phones could be used to enhance teaching and learning in secondary school science. It describes four lessons devised by groups of Sri Lankan teachers all of which centred on the use of the mobile phone cameras rather than their communication functions. A qualitative methodological approach was used to analyse data collected from the teachers' planning, observations of the lessons and subsequent interviews with selected pupils. The results show that using images and video captured on mobile phones supported the teachers not only in bringing the outside world into the classroom but also in delivering instructions, in assessing students' learning and in correcting students' misconceptions. In these instances, the way the images from the mobile phone cameras supported students' learning is explained using a variety of approaches to understand how images support learning.
