运动员红细胞免疫功能初探

酵母花环法检测４５例成都体育学院运动系学生红细胞免疫粘附功能；红细胞免疫调节促进因子；抑制因子及红细胞增强中性粒细胞吞噬作用试验。同时选择年龄、性别与运动员组相同条件的四川省卫生干部管理学院４１名体检正常学员作为对照组。实验结果显示运动员红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率（ＲＣＲ）明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１），红细胞受体花环促进率（ＲＴＥＲ）高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００５），吞噬增强率高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。     

多输出函数的一些密码学性质

首先对处理布尔函数的Ｗａｌｓｈ变换进行了修改，使其能应用于多输出函数ｆ（ｘ），：ＧＦ（２）＾ｎ→ＧＦ（２）＾ｍ，（１＜ｍ＜ｎ）；其次对多输出函数的退化性、线性结构、非线性性和相关免疫性等密码学性质进行了讨论。     

Cancer in south Karnataka and its paradoxical relation to diabetes mellitus

The present work identifies a high incidence of oral cancer in south Karnataka. The primary reason for this could be due to extensive addiction to tobacco alone or tobacco and alcohol in most of these patients. The next in intensity was cancer of the breast and cervix among the cancer patients surveyed in south Karnataka. Majority of these patients had no specific addiction and the exact reason for this high incidence remains unclear. Only a small percentage of patients exhibited other types of organ related cancer. It has been reported that the incidence percentage of diabetes mellitus and cancer in India, parallel each other. However, we observed a low incidence of diabetes mellitus patients also having cancer in south Karnataka. Though the exact reason for this remains unclear an attempt has been made here to explain this phenomenon, hypothetically using information in literature, which suggests a suppression of cellular regenerative activity by sugar and sugar phosphates. Cellular regenerative activity is well known to be a prerequisite for cancer.

Diffusion of innovations: Smartphones and wireless anatomy learning resources

The author has previously reported on principles of diffusion of innovations, the processes by which new technologies become popularly adopted, specifically in relation to anatomy and education. In presentations on adopting handheld computers [personal digital assistants (PDAs)] and personal media players for health sciences education, particular attention has been directed to the anticipated integration of PDA functions into popular cellular telephones. However, limited distribution of early “smartphones” (e.g., Palm Treo and Blackberry) has provided few potential users for anatomical learning resources. In contrast, iPod media players have been self‐adopted by millions of students, and “podcasting” has become a popular medium for distributing educational media content. The recently introduced Apple iPhone has combined smartphone and higher resolution media player capabilities. The author successfully tested the iPhone and the “work alike” iPod touch wireless media player with text‐based “flashcard” resources, existing PDF educational documents, 3D clinical imaging data, lecture “podcasts,” and clinical procedure video. These touch‐interfaced, mobile computing devices represent just the first of a new generation providing practical, scalable wireless Web access with enhanced multimedia capabilities. With widespread student self‐adoption of such new personal technology, educators can look forward to increasing portability of well‐designed, multiplatform “learn anywhere” resources. 鱼类Mx蛋白研究进展

在脊椎动物中,干扰素诱导产生Mx蛋白,能使细胞进入抗病毒状态.I型干扰素通过与其受体的结合引发JAK-STAT信号转导途径的激活,导致了Mx蛋白及其他抗病毒蛋白的表达.Mx蛋白具有典型的结构特征,包括三联体ATP/GTP结合区、发动蛋白家族结构的特征序列以及亮氨酸拉链结构和定位信号.90年代起,鱼类Mx蛋白的研究逐渐引起人们的重视,并且发现polyI:C诱导表达的Mx蛋白具有部分抗病毒活性.现从Mx蛋白结构特征及其作用机制、鱼类Mx蛋白的表达和活性以及其在鱼类天然免疫研究中的意义3个方面对鱼类Mx蛋白进行了综述.     

组织免疫系统的构建及运行机制——对大亚湾核电站的案例研究

借鉴医学免疫理论，构建了组织免疫系统分析框架，探讨企业组织如何构建免疫系统以及免疫系统如何发挥作用的机制。对大亚湾核电站的案例研究揭示，认知、防御和记忆功能是组织免疫系统的关键要素，任何一个要素的缺失或失灵都会破坏免疫系统的正常应答。组织免疫系统的建立对于避免复杂系统的失败是非常重要的。     

组合设计和相关免疫性

论述了组合设计和相关免疫性之间的关系，并介绍了利用组合设计来构造相关免疫函数的一些方法。     

基于粮食安全与经济发展区域差异的土地资源优化配置——以武汉城市圈为例

从武汉城市圈全局粮食安全的角度出发,综合考虑案例区内各县域经济发展的区域差异,采用灰色预测模型预测的人口总量结合人均粮食消费水平测算得到武汉城市圈耕地需求总量,并运用层次分析法测算各区域建设用地需求优先度,进而构建分区异步元胞自动机模型,可为基于粮食安全与经济发展区域差异的土地资源优化配置提供重要的方法支撑。研究发现,武汉城市圈土地资源区际优化配置结果能满足武汉城市圈粮食安全对耕地的需求,同时也兼顾各区域经济发展水平差异对建设用地的需求。土地资源区域间优化配置须同时考虑全区域粮食安全和经济发展水平的区域差异,为实现土地资源的合理利用和社会经济的可持续发展提供决策支持。     

Physical activity - an important preanalytical variable

The concentration of several biochemical and hematological biomarkers is strongly influenced by a number of preanalytical variables. Several lines of evidence attest that short, middle, and long-term exercise, as well as the relative intensity of physical effort (from mild to strenuous), may influence a broad array of laboratory variables. The amount of extracellular release and clearance from blood of most of these biomarkers is markedly influenced by the biological characteristics of the molecule(s), level of training, type, intensity and duration of exercise, and time of recovery after training. It is hence noteworthy that test results that fall outside the conventional reference ranges in athletes not only may reflect the presence of a given disease, but may frequently mirror an adaptation to regular training or changes that have occurred during and/or following strenuous exercise, and which should be clearly acknowledged to prevent misinterpretation of laboratory data. The aim of this narrative review is to provide an update about the most significant changes of some biochemical and hematological biomarkers in response to physical exercise, for appropriate interpretation of these changes in the context of physically active subjects.
