豆及豆制品所含的营养成分丰富且具有较高的生理功效。豆制品品种繁多,风味独特,生产历史悠久,是我国传统食品中的一支奇葩。然而许多传统豆制品的生产工业化程度低,卫生质量差,产品标准化程度低,品质不稳定。实现豆制品生产的工业化、规模化,对传统食品生产技术进行创新和改造,市场潜力大,前景广阔。

汉初列侯在侯国内有置吏权和赋敛权,侯国具有一定的独立性。列侯就国后侯国隶属汉郡,七国之乱和侯国官制改革之后,列侯置吏权和赋敛权被剥夺,侯国独立地位消失。     

身份——社会学视野中的社会资本

身份现象作为中国社会的一种传统行为和传统文化的积淀现象,今天依然深刻地影响着中国社会成员的行为方式。身份现象能够“再生产”出社会关系、社会互动模式等社会现象,能够带来价值增值,从这种意义上讲,身份是一种资源,是一种社会资本。在现代中国社会中,身份意识、身份情结促生了身份的社会资本属性,并且作为一种潜在的行为规则体系长时间、持续地影响着中国人的日常生活,对身份的研究有利于构建和谐的社会秩序。     

Fourth Graders' Social Standing with Peers: A Prospective Study on the Role of First Grade Physical Activity,Weight Status,and Motor Proficiency

We prospectively examined the role of physical activity involvement, weight status, and motor functioning capability in 1^st grade for social status among other pupils in class in the 4^th grade. Our sample included 80 Norwegian 1^st grade pupils (Girls N = 44; Boys N = 36). 1^st grade motor proficiency and objectively measured physical activity, but not weight status was predictive of 4^th grade social standing among pupils in class as measured by socio‐metric status. Interaction findings also revealed that 1^st grade healthy weight children being proficient in the motor domain benefit more in terms of their social standing among peers in 4^th grade than do 1^st grade overweight but equally motor proficient children. Being physically active in the 1^st grade seems more important for social standing among peers in 4^th grade for 1^st grade girls than for boys. Results may inform early intervention efforts in school to enhance pupils' psychosocial development.

Summary

Historically, the medium of comic books and the profession of librarianship have both suffered image problems. The former is deemed unrespectable; the latter lacks the same level of prestige afforded many other professions. Does having this in common result in comic books offering images of librarians and librarianship more informed (and, therefore, more positive) than are generally to be found in other media? Or do they employ the same cliches about librarians that are the bane of so many in the profession? To examine these questions, some of the more prominent depictions of librarians in mainstream American comic books and graphic novels were reviewed. with mixed results. Recent depictions of librarians do seem to be more informed and more sympathetic than in the past, but even today, comic book writers still employ some of the more negative stereotypes about librarians as a way to provide their relationship with some quick and easy laughs.     

从平民主体性看大众文学与民间文学的差异

大众文学一般是指现代工业社会中所产生的,与市场经济发展相适应的一种市民文学,具有商业性、产业性和复制性。民间文学是指在民间的意识形态下自发流行的文学,它是属于平民自己的内在性文学。大众文学控制在少数人的手中,它忽视了平民的主体地位。民间文学充分体现了平民的主体地位。     

中学健美操教学现状调查及对策研究

现在很多中学的体育课教学中,健美操教学已经越来越受到体育老师的重视和广大中学生的喜爱。但是,中学健美操的开展工作并不像我们想象的那么顺利,个别学校甚至根本没有开设健美操课。文章通过问卷调查法、文献法等对中学健美操的教学现状调查、中学健美操教学的对策等方面进行一些研究,以期与相关的健美操爱好者及推广者交流,达成相互提高之目的。
